Beautiful house in a great location.
Everything was very clean and pool & deck area are awesome!

We rented this lovely home for 1 week in July. I brought my 2 daughters, my son-in-law and my 2 grandchildren ages 3 and 8. The house was very clean, spacious, and absolutely perfect for us. The pool was incredible. We all spent hours swimming in it. The temperature of the water was perfect. There was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. We had a great time on Marco Island. We all highly recommend this home! You will be very pleased.

We stayed at the house with a family of 6 and had a wonderful week! The location can’t be beat- waterfront views of the canal and a 7 minute walk from the beach! House was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to cook at home and enjoy evenings poolside! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house for our family vacation. The house was equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to beach stuff. It was very clean and well maintained.The dock was a favorite place to sit and relax. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.The beach was a 10 minute walk away but very doable. Have no complaints at all! We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation for 4 weeks, each of which included a visit from a different one of our children and their spouse. The layout of the house, furnishings, pool, and location were all excellent for this. Our only minuses were that the beds were too soft, the price seemed a bit high, and the beach access was adequate but limited. The later is a feature of Marco, though, so there's not much you can do about that. Those of our guests what wanted to spend a lot of time at the beach found hauling chairs, umbrella, etc. down to the nearest entrance was quite doable.

Great house in a nice area!

To start the check in process is very simple, you just pick up your keys and go. The house was very clean inside as well as the outside pool area. Plenty of space for everyone. Very well stocked with whatever you might need for your stay. This location is approx a 5 min walk to the beach if you dont feel like paying for parking. We go to Marco Island at least once a year and this was definitely one of our favorite houses.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They home was very well kept up, enough of everything you need from the kitchen and the kids I don't think left the pool. Great location for biking or walking to South Beach Access. Any issues were addressed quickly and professionally by Marco Island Vacation Properties. Will definitely be back.

Great location! Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops and mini golf. Heated pool was a must. Well stocked and clean. Management company was super responsive. Saw a ton of life right off the dock (tarpon, grouper, manatee, sting rays). Great trip!!

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and our first experience with Marco Island Vacation Properties. MIVP ensured a smooth and enjoyable vacation. Great communication from them, helpful reminders about taking out trash, and clear instructions for check in and check out. We will definitely book a vacation through them again!

We just returned from our Marco trip and had a great time. The house is a short walk to the beach and also to some restaurants and shops. Mini golf is also a short walk. We had a couple maintenance issues during our stay but we just needed to fill out a brief online form and we heard from management very quickly to address the issues. The only other thing is that some of the dishes and pots/pans weren’t very clean but that’s due to previous renters not running them through the dishwasher and not doing a thorough job with hand washing. But it was an easy fix running a couple loads before we used them.

This home is very well maintained and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked as were the bath and beach towels. We had to make one call to the management company on Christmas evening and they immediately responded. We had an amazing experience staying here. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience in Marco! The house was clean and walkable to the beach and many restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need to cook meals all week! Beautifully decorated and clean. Would rent again!

Great location, home very clean, the only problem we had was the pool was down more than a foot when we arrived we kept filling it but the temp was cold.

Beautiful clean home. The location was perfect. I would recommend this home for an older group of people, they do have a noise ordnance after 8pm. This home has everything you would need for a very enjoyable stay. And, it's close to the public beach!

We had a wonderful stay, but too short. The house has everything you might need. The most difficult for us was to understand the policy of decibels. We had children playing in the pool and we were afraid of bothering some neighbor around.

This home is in perfect condition and beautifully maintained. It came with everything we needed for a wonderful trip. The location on the south end couldn't be better.The beach equipment made the
walk to the beach super easy. We'd be happy to stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in the house. The owners have beautiful furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped. There was laundry detergent, soap, trash bags, a spice rack, Keurig cups, etc. We were surprised at how much the owners provided. There are beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and a beach cart in the garage. The pool is really nice and we spent a lot of our time there. We cooked on the grill several times. The lawn and pool are very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again.
