The building consists of 122 two- and three-bedroom units, two heated pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and charcoal grills for your enjoyment. Washers and dryers are located in the units.
This gated community is situated on the south end of the island. It is just a short walk from Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper's paradise filled with small boutiques, salons, spas, specialty shops, and plenty of fine dining options. Another short walk will take you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in an award-winning garden.
