As you make your way on the lanai, prepare to be awestruck by the private paradise that awaits you. Surrounded by water and palm trees, the experience is even more enjoyable while you’re splashing in the heated pool or basking in the sun in the spa or on the loungers. When it’s time for lunch, a poolside barbeque for the entire family would be the perfect meal, as this home comes with an outdoor gas grill. And there’s no better way to close out a day in the tropics than enjoying a show on the wall-mounted big screen outdoor television or watching the sky turn a brilliant orange during a spectacular sunset around the firepit on the private dock.
The theme of the interior is tropical modernity, as it incorporates decorative touches from both the paradise that surrounds it and contemporary styles. Sand-inspired tile floors and accented ocean blue walls are brightened by the natural sunlight coming through the many windows. Comfortable furnishings and beautiful coastal artwork and décor further enhance the tropical ambience of the rooms. After a fun day in the sun, sit back on the cozy sectional couch and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television in the living room. To top it all off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time.
The open contemporary kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve an indoor family dinner or a tropical treat on the lanai.
Once you’re ready to drift away to dreamland, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawn space, as well as windows to provide you with a constant view of the outdoor paradise. The master bedroom, in particular, features private access to the patio and an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a glass-enclosed shower, and luxuriating bathtub.
The property offers three different cooling devices – air conditioning, ceiling fans, and night winds off the waterway. The house was amazing. A very clean and beautiful place to stay with a lot of sun possibilities but also a lot of shadow parts. The rental management was perfect as always and we would recommend this house to everybody.

This was our first time renting a house. It was very well appointed & decorated very nicely. Comfortable and relaxing. The only drawback was the lighting in the main bedroom closet and entry way otherwise no complaints. The sofa seating is set very low so could be difficult for older guests.

Our family had the best vacation stay at the Seahorse house.
Everything we needed was provided for the best beach experience,starting with beach chairs, coolers, towels, umbrella, wagon, even bikes. House is beautifully decorated and provides plenty room for a bigger family .
We really enjoyed the amenities outside,big table for eating dinners /grilling by the pool and hot tub.
Our check in /out process was very easy.
We will definitely rent this beautiful house again. We made lots of great memories and saw many gorgeous sunsets. We highly recommend this property to everyone.

My family had a wonderful time in Marco Island! There is so much to do and see, plus lots of beautiful beaches to relax! We were very impressed to walk into this beautiful home with all the perfect decor. The pictures do not lie, it is gorgeous! The house comes with all kinds of amenities from bikes, to beach supplies and anything you could possibly need to comfortably live in this home during your stay. The private pool and hot tub were equally awesome to spend some quiet time relaxing. My family loved this vacation!
Marco Island Vacation Properties was very easy to book through, very effective to communicate with and were very thorough with all of our needs. My daughter (13) said she wants to come back here and stay in this same house every year for vacation. Both my teenage children enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will be back!

A wonderful choice on Marco island! Situated on the waterfront with a gorgeous pool/hot tub and spacious seating on patio and dock. The perfect place to enjoy the sun, swim, play games, or even stream your favorite series on the large outdoor smart TV. Inside we found a beautifully appointed, spacious home with amenities that exceeded expectations. We enjoyed having well equipped bikes to explore the area, new beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the nearby owner’s beach (a must do!), and a Sonos system to enjoy our favorite music while at home. Each of the bedrooms had a smart tv, and the beds were very comfy. The living room/kitchen area featured many choices for seating, and the furnishings were beautiful (and another large screen smart tv!) The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the ease in communication with Marco Island Vacation Properties, and they were very responsive. We will return, and would highly recommend for the perfect Marco Island getaway!

Our house worked out very well. Everything was very clean and in great shape. Everyone in our party enjoyed the accommodations, especially the pool and hot tub. All this combined with great weather made for a great week in Marco Island.

We had a lovely stay in this really beautiful home. The house feels bigger than the pictures and had plenty of space and different relaxing areas for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen had everything you could need - even long wooden sticks to make s’mores in the outdoor fire pit!!! The bedrooms were modern and had very comfortable beds. The large tub in the master was definitely a family favorite. The garage had everything we needed for beach adventures (chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, and toys for the kids). And that just the inside...
The outside is the highlight with lots of room to sit and spread out and lovely pool and hot tub right on the water. Even with the other homes on the block and across the channel the house feels extremely private. I don’t think we saw a single person / neighbor. We watched the sunrise every morning from the lounge chairs.
Our kids are 4 & 6 and this was perfect for us - although I imagine children and adults of all ages would love this home. The property manager and owner were also extremely kind and flexible when we considered making changes to our trip which was very appreciated. Amazing stay. Will definitely be back.
This house provided the perfect setting for a great vacation. It came equipped with everything we could possibly need. Plenty of space for 4 of us to spread out and relax.
