Loved the location! Super relaxing! Easy communication with management co.

Well appointed condo in a decent building. A lot of thought had gone into the design and into the amenities and inventory of the unit. It was very impressive.
Never quite managed to master the cable, but not there to watch TV anyway. The only other issue was the AC would stop randomly, however the management office gave us instructions on how to reset it which did the trick.
I think the pool area would be very crowded in peak but in late August was just fine. Everyone friendly, excellent management company very organised, just texted a bit too often!

We loved staying at Tower 4 with the family and had a great vacation. We toured Marco Island on jet skis, went to Naples, Miami and The Everglades.
Kids had fun, water and beach was clean. The pool is a bit boring, nothing is allowed. The condo was well stocked and clean. Fire alarm went on twice, management knocks once and opens your door which we did not like.
Marco Island is a nice place, but not much to do in the evening. It was a nice vacation for a a few days.

We spent a week in this condo which was fully furnished and well stocked with everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that the wifi connection could have been a bit better since it was spotty at times but we made do. We were 3 adults, a 8 month old baby and a 26 month old toddler. Getting to and back from the beach proved quite a challenge because I either had to carry my infant or push his stroller through a long stretch of sand. Just something to keep in mind if you travel with little ones. Also, if you're not bothered by mosquitos bites anywhere in the vicinity of the condo, even the elevators, you'd be okay. It proved too much for us since I'm allergic and my kids ended up with bites in their entire bodies. We couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we could have if it wasn't because of the mosquitos. Maybe it was the time of the year (July) and that it was the rainy season.

We have stayed in this unit on previous visits to Marco and always had a great experience. Beautiful unit, impeccably designed, all the amenities, close to everything. Marco prices are reaching the outrageous, not the fault of the unit, but food prices are insane.

We loved our stay at South Seas Tower 4. The unit was exactly as described in the listing. We were pleased how clean it was and loved the view of the pool and Tigertail Beach. We enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning. The owners thought through all our needs and more. The kitchen was well equipped and had an abundance of extra supplies. Beach towels, pickle ball rackets, puzzles and more were provided. The owners and management company provided excellent customer service. We would recommend this rental property to friends and family and would love to stay here again.

To start the property was in great shape except the owner had shut the water off. After arriving my wife decided to take a shower and to her surprise no water in the unit at all.Had to call maintenance. The next problem was a cabinet door loosened up and was partially hanging. Had to call maintenance for that. “Not happy” . That being said over the years my wife and I have stayed in many different units in SS and this one turned out to be one of the best even with the maintenance problems.

The condo was beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! Everything we needed was right there in the condo, except for food of course! Even though we were in the 9th floor, we had easy access to all the amenities. If we ever go back to Marco island, we will come back to this property!

Easy to book, exceeded expectations on all levels, gorgeous unit with elegant details, even to the crown moldings. Spotless, all the latest amenities, would absolutely re-book this unit. Staff friendly and professional, pleasure to deal with all stay.

Arrived late and had no problem getting the keys. The security team was pleasant to work with for entry. The place was clean and offered plenty of space. Nice views, easy access to Tigertail Beach. We were there during off season so there were fewer people at the pool, allowing us space to enjoy. Pickle ball and tennis courts were also easy to get to and open for use the whole time during the designated hours. It was mostly quiet in the evenings which makes it even more relaxing. Lastly, the management company and owner were responsive and helpful when I somehow had two reservations instead of one online?!?

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Marco at this lovely condo. It was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you ask for. The only MINOR negative was a potentially faulty disposal. Other than that this gets a “5” rating.

Beautiful location, super relaxing!!

Unit 909 is fantastic. It is very nicely updated with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in a stay on Marco Island. The rental agency was responsive and the owners delightful to work with.
