The apartment was great with very nice views. The walk to the ocean was much much longer than the 300 ft as described in the rentals information. This should be corrected, we chose this location based on the distance to the water since we had my 76 year old mother with us. The walk was more like 2,000 ft to the water and was difficult for her to make. I would recommend this location only to people capable of walking that far in extreme heat.

Very relaxing. This is the second year we stayed in this condo and it was again perfect. We love the pool!!

We have stayed at South Seas several times and this condo was by far the cleanest and best one! The view is amazing and the condo had everything you could need. I would definitely rent it again. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This location of Marco Island is quiet and very relaxing. The view was amazing, and the condo very clean and accommodating. Check in and out was very easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The walk to the beach was a bit long, but very pretty. The beach was not crowded at all during our entire stay. Our family enjoyed our vacation a lot.

Loved this condo! Was better than the pictures. Extremely clean and well stocked with all of your home/kitchen needs. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony and master. It is a good walk to the beach but the beach buggy made carrying supplies much easier. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Great lay out of the unit. Very clean and well maintained. Master bedroom King bed super comfortable. Beautifully appointed and furnished with all amenities. Love the beach wagon/cart to transport beach gear. Excellent pool with plenty of chaises longes. Very accommodating South Seas staff and Marco IslandVacation Properties staff. Easy walk or car rides to many restaurants. Gypsy at Isle of Capri favorite dinner spot. Devinci’s for great Italian. Jet ski tour in the mangroves was tremendous. We would come back.

Very nice condo with plenty of room for 4 people. No complaints at all even the weather cooperated and was beautiful all week. Would be nice if there was some kind of walkway part way to beach so it would make the walk easier since it was farther than anticipated.

We loved the location which allowed us plenty of beach walking and we took the cart with umbrellas and chairs to the beach every afternoon. I know others don't like the walking distance to the beach, but we count that as a plus. The lovely kitchen was great, as are the showers, and the bed is so comfortable. We hardly left as everything we needed was right there.

I always enjoy my time on the island and it seems the sunshine serves to recharge my batteries for the year ahead. I've stayed in various condos on the island but this is my second stay in this particular unit. It is a joy to stay in as the unit has many new updates in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The location is perfect for watching that lazy sun slide off the edge of the horizon each evening and I personally enjoy the north end of the island as it is quieter and there are fewer vacationers joining me at the water's edge. I couldn't be more pleased with this unit and plan to stay there again. The staff at Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc. is the best! Should you choose to work with them to stay at this unit, it will provide a beautiful backdrop for your vacation memories!

Marco is a pretty location with great weather. Hated the location of property in proximity to beach since i go to places like Marco specifically for the beach . If a storm were to pop up,quickly you are screwed. Also, I tend to stay on beach all day so there is no,way to make a quick trip to use restrooms. Did not like laundry facilities as a shared concept. The description of condo makes it sound like washer & dryer are in the unit.

I have never booked a rental property before and looked at dozens of condos. I am so happy I decided to book this one. This is a beautiful, homey beachfront condo that is well maintained with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and Tigertail Beach. The pictures really dont do this condo justice. The owners thought of everything from a well-stocked kitchen to providing towels and beach items. The views were just amazing from anywhere inside the condo. In the morning you can see the sun rise from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms and in the evening you can see the beautiful sunsets from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and the balcony.

We walked the beach from one end to the other and by far the beach near South Seas Towers is the best. The beautiful white sand beach was so relaxing and fun. Our daily walks were relaxing and we enjoyed looking through hundreds of beautiful shells and sand dollars along the way.

The condo is within walking distance of Doreens and Joeys or a short car ride to lots of other restaurants and shops.

Marco Island Vacation Rental Properties and VRBO were organized and made the booking so easy. The app works great to keep you organized and well informed. The staff at Marco Island Vacation Rentals were incredibly friendly and willing to help with whatever you needed. I would be happy to work with them again.

The Marco Island vacation rental folks are very nice and make the stay very pleasant. Our condo was clean, ready to go and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a great experience.

Dealing with the rental property staff was fine but the ones at South Seas is a different story

The unit was **** and span. The view was great. It was quiet. Enjoyed the walk to the beach, and appreciated the cart, the Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas and chairs.

We had a wonderful stay in the South Seas Towers. We had a lovely view from our condo and could watch the sunset every evening. The condo was nicely furnished and had great beach equipment for our use (sturdy chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cart with with to haul things to the beach). While it was a bit of a walk to the beach, it wasn't too bad. There was a nice pool on site as well. My only suggestion would be to have more silverware settings. It seemed we needed to wash them often before the dishwasher was full.

We stayed at this condo in December (week before Christmas). The place was newly redecorated with nice bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Loved the view through the sliders and the balcony. The location to the gorgeous beach and lagoon is pleasant walk across white sand and what a bonus to have the Tigertail beach SUP/Kayak rentals within walking distance as well. The place had everything we needed. Pool was a perfect temperature. The booking experience and process was a breeze. Plus, Andrew Vale was always available to answer any questions. We will be back (and we typically do not repeat vacations ) We have recommended this place to all of our family and friends. It's our hope that other renters enjoy & respect this owners property as much as we did :-)

The condo was exactly like the pictures; everything was clean and in working order. The south seas towers were well maintained and having the parking available made the experience that much better. As for Marco Island Vacation Properties company; they were friendly and easy to work with, I will recommend anyone to use them.

We chose Marco Island for our family's spring break this year. Both kids are in college and we wanted time to relax and just hang together. South Seas was a perfect location as was this condo. The sunsets are amazing! Everyone gathers on their balconies, grabs a glass of wine or a beer and watches. After the sun disappears into the ocean, everyone cheers and claps! We so enjoyed this! Every day we packed up the cooler with lunch & beverages, beach chairs & towels and headed to the beach. Sea shells galore! Lots of wildlife/birds abound! We also enjoyed going to Tigertail Beach which was right next to Tower 4. We rented kayaks and paddle boards! Great restaurants around the corner! (Doreen's & Joey's)....both have excellent food! Condo was very nice & clean! Perfect!

Initially nervous booking this online but the property and area were a very pleasant surprises. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was newly renovated (or at least looked that way)! Beautiful, comfortable and clean furniture. TVs in every rooms an even in know them. Beautiful view and sunset! New appliances. Beautiful view and large balcony which faced sunset so we enjoyed that every day during our one week stay. Included linens, towels and beach towels so you don't need to pack those items. Also included beach chairs and umbrellas! My Only two "would have been nice to have" about this unit are: 1) it was a longer than I expected of a walk to the beach with the kids because you have to go around to get to the beach (hard to describe so look on a google map for clarity). With that side I wan to emphasize this IS a beachfront property.. For adults it's not a long hike but if you are a family with little ones I would recommend you perhaps stay in buildings one or two of these 4 large condo buildings. 2) Some balconies had mesh around railings as a safety measure for kids and would have been great to have on ours as we where on 8th floor and made me a bit nervous to have my 2 year old on balcony but this is obviously a nice to have only for guests with young children.
