South Seas Tower 4-312

Lovely place to stay. Right on the wonderful beach. Great place with a fabulous heated pool. Our unit has been recently refurbished to a great standard but still has quite a few older parts still required, but overall, a great choice with a great outlook.

Spent the month of February in this condo. We had a terrific time and enjoyed this property.

We enjoyed our 2nd year at this beach location, near Tiger Tail beach with all the shells and Sand dollars. We like the condo’s west windows and balcony for sunset and seeing down the beach. The recently updated kitchen cabinets, counter, back splash are very nice along with both bathrooms having matching cabinets. We liked the large dining table and the king size bed is comfortable.

Condo was very clean and updated for the most part. Beds could use an update.

Our unit was beautiful, I highly recommend South Seas, top notch condos. Place is pristine..Little hike to the beach , but then you get there and well worth it..Check in, condition of Rentsl , property mgmt, pool attendant..A+++

This property has everything for a family! Great unit, access to pool and fitness center and a lovely walk to the beach. We were able to end each day watching the sun set. The property manager was extremely helpful and provided excellent communication. We hope to return one day. Highly recommend

Great view, building and pool. Furniture in unit needs to be updated. It was very old and uncomfortable.

We stayed in tower 4. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It's a bit of a hike to the beach but it was beautiful and not crowded at all. The location is perfect with several amazing restaurants nearby. I will definitely be back.

We had a great time at South Seas Tower 4-312! The views, beach, pool and condo are all amazing. The condo is very big and spacious with everything you could need to have a great beach vacation! Pool chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys, etc. are all provided.

We had a great time. Loved The location. We will return again. Check in was difficult as the offices were closed on a Sunday arrival and we could not connect with WIFI for instructions. I would recommend printing them off ahead of time.

I was extremely disappointed. The condo tower we stayed in was undergoing window replacement and the construction noise was so loud we could not be at our unit for the day. One day we decided to go road trip somewhere else because it was so loud. The units they were working on were adjacent to ours. I took videos of the noise. The walls and ceilings were shaking. This was inexcusable. This unit should not have been for rent during this time frame.

Sadly we did not have the best possible experience this property would be capable of giving. We arrived exhausted at 6 pm to a condo NOT ready. 5 hours later we moved in. After a BTW warning ( after final payment) from management about building construction/ repairs we were Driven most days from 8 to 4 from the condo by ceaseless noise that vibrated the rooms from condos around us. Even the pool was no haven. We liked the view, condo, & location but did not feel like a restful vacation value for our time.

We had a great time with friends. Our accommodations were clean and sufficient. The walk to the beach was a little long for our older folks.

Perfect location, lovely grounds and pool area. Unit is quiet and has a large wrap around balcony to enjoy beautiful views of Tigertail, the gulf and sunsets. Furnishings in need of a serious update, particularly the living area. Peeling paint and other bits of stuff in the carpeting. A beach cart would be nice considering the distance to and items needed for the beach. Throw in an electric kettle too. Overall, a good spot but time to update!

they gave us the wrong key when we picked them up from the ofice so we had to go back and get the right keys . no way to start a vac dont know if we would go back

The condo was so clean and well equipped for my stay!!️It is perfectly located to access, the beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants, shopping, water activities etc... !!️ The Marco Island Properties,Inc. staff were VERY professional and friendly!!️I’m looking forward to next years vacation!!️!!️

The apartment was very clean with a great virw of the Gulf. The kitchen looked new and modern with quality cookware and utensils. Beds are comfortable.

This unit is one of many in a 4 building complex.
Grounds are nice. close to restaurants. about 1 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach has ton of shells and you can swim but not super warm. We had flies one day on the beach. Condo was nice. Had everything we needed and a nice view of the ocean and incredible sunsets.

We loved the condo. It was comfortable and well stocked with all of the beach needs. Clean, quaint retro furniture. Great stay!

The unit was clean and comfortable. Great location. Furnishings need a little upgrading but would rent it again

This newly remodled unit was charming and incredibly clean!! We lived it and home only a couple of days & miss it so much!
Note: internet was too slow for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers in unit; but wifii is also available in lobby!
Awesome location on Marco and amazing view- of the ocean, beach and the nature area of Tiger Beach.

Tiny kitchen. Carpet in bathroom. Very dated. Not ready at promised check-in time.

Property was was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback to these properties is that it's a long walk to the beach. 3/4 mile probably

Kitchen was not properly cleaned. Living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. Many things were broken, to name a few,: the stove, the microwave, various blinds, closet door, steel moulding separating the kitchen and living room, kitchen counter, holes in kitchen linoleum, all three sliding screen doors, etc. etc.... Also furniture was old and in poor repair.

But the basic structure of the unit is very good. It is right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo ! It's perfect location. The view from a balcony is amazing ! The condo is needs to be updated with new TV's, there is no DVD player, needs new pots and pans for sure !

There were small ants in the kitchen but nothing horrible. The condo was in good shape but very dated. The location evened things out...

Grounds are well kept. Love the location. Didn't like the fact you had to have a key to LEAVE the property! Beach well-maintained.
