South Seas Tower 4-1209

We had a wonderful stay at 4-1209. Each room had a view of the pool and beach! The furniture was sufficient and bathrooms were good. Management company was very communicative and checked in right away giving us instructions for the week. We only missed the sunset as our view faces the other way.

It was an easy process and friendly people to work with every step of the way. The property was very adequate for us and a beautiful view of the water!

We were not informed that the parking garage for tower 4 was closed. It should be included with the rental listing, not lost in the pages of the info. It was a busy week so finding a spot near the building was almost non-existant. There were a few handicapped spaces available, but then people started using them ( no stickers) people parking in front of the building which was also not allowed, but was done anyway. The KEY system is needed but ridiculous. On the plus side--the towers and properties are very well maintained, due to the strict rules. I would return, but would check on parking and see if they have streamlined the entering and exiting process.

Condo was very nice. We had a problem with the shower door. Fixed next day. Personnel was pleasnt, easy to work with.

The rental was clean and on the beach which was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. The walk is long especially if you are carrying a ton of things. A wagon would be a welcomed addition to the beach items as well as cleaning out the storage area and getting rid of items that are broken.

Room was very clean and view can’t be beat. Rules were reasonable despite what other reviews state. Marco and it’s resorts are not intended to be a child’s playground and some do not like that.

The high point of this condo was the beautiful view of the beach and the grounds were very well maintained. The balcony that went the entire length of the condo was also a definite plus!
The areas we were not as satisfied with was the condition of the condo. It was quite apparent that it was not swept prior to our arrival. They had just mopped as the floor was still damp, but there was visible dirt and dust on the floor, baseboards and furniture. If I were the owner, I would definitely be looking for a new cleaning service. The property looked as if it was decorated and furnished very randomly. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning.
Be prepared for LOTS of rules. The pool security lady takes her job VERY serious and definitely looks out for the owners who live there. No music, food, drinks by the pool and you can't even throw a small ball while in the water. Lots of rules in the building, too. Can't shake towels over the balcony, can't throw trash down the chute past 9PM etc....All things to consider if renting for your family.

Pool was closed for first week of 2 week vacation. Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen are great and nicely remodeled. Furniture in dining room and living room are extremely uncomfortable and old. Cold weather forced us inside for 3-4 days so that mattered! Balcony had broken tiles that are cracked and loose with furniture strategically placed on top. They are a safety hazard and should be least take all the broken pieces away so no one gets cut. Condo had not been cleaned upon arrival and had to wait until after 7pm for occupancy. Cleaning fee was refunded to us. Hard to reach the management company. Had to always leave a message and they call you back....not ideal when you walk in and the previous renters mess is still there. Security gate is frequently backed up to get in and out of the complex which was annoying, but not the fault of management or the condo owner. We would stay here again if they replaced the old, tired furniture in the living area and fixed the balcony tiles.

Our family of six had a fantastic week at this beautifully updated unit with amazing views of the beach from every room. We loved waking up to the view of the water from the master and enjoyed coffee on the large balcony. Extremely clean condo and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Sleeper sofa was not your traditional pullout. It had a trundle like pullout which was small but it worked for our 8 year old just fine and our 14 year old slept on the sofa. The complex took Covid seriously and required masks in all common indoor areas. Elevators worked with literally no wait time. Walk to the water was about 10 minutes...good exercise. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a very peaceful place we ever had. The building and around very clean . And the best thing is no smoking smells.

Great view, Condo is very old, AC very loud, VERY STRICT RULES, very annoying, the pool guard lives in THE building right above this unit, very annoying, you can't even talk at night on the balcony, unfriendly people, Originally I booked a nicer unit, after couple of weeks they called me offering me this unit

As we had rented a condo in These Towers already several times we knew about ist excellent place directly on the beach. The property was very well maintained and decorated. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning where sun was shining until the late afternoon. The best was Walking the beach every day.

This a fine, clean, well-equipped condo with beautiful views of the Gulf. There are beach chairs in the closet. Bathrooms are clean and pleasant; bedrooms are spacious. Sitting on the balcony--where sun hits most of the day--is a nice addition. The pool is clear and not overly crowded (in shade until about 11 a.m.) Families were pleasant and respectful throughout the complex and at the pool. The actual seaside is a bit if a hike, but the beach is clean and peaceful for walking and sitting. Management were accessible and helpful--a good thing to know.

We LOVED the Tiger Tail beach area. Lots to do! So many places to eat within walking distance. South Seas Club kept us entertained with Pickleball, tennis, shovelboard and bocce ball. We had a blast! I would definitely stay at South Seas Towers again.

We had a great time and loved the condo. Relaxing on the deck or by the pool is so restorative! The beach is glorious! The wildlife in the reserve is amazing! My only critique... requesting guests to get the linens washed on day of departure and without providing soap or paid laundry card is a bit much. This task should be totally up to management.

Love Marco. Did not care for South Seas. Older Complex. Need a key for EVERYTHING to get in and out of. The beach was over 3/10th of a mile away, so I definitely would not recommend if you have kids. Old complex too. Grounds are beautiful but the buildings need some sprucing up. Unit needs to be updated.

We have stayed at South Seas a few times and thought this condo was the most well furnished, towels, kitchen, etc. The master bath was remodeled and had a walk in shower. Nice touch with a Bose CD/Radio player, wireless and cable with all 3 TVs.

The condo was clean and well kept. I would rent this unit again.

Excellent experience. Check-in was a breeze and condo unit was thoughtfully well appointed. We were especially thrilled to have two guest bedrooms furnished with adults in mind: NO twin beds. Who would want to spend a vacation sleeping in a child size bed? We would definitely rent again.

Arrived in area, but could not get into condo until late afternoon. Had to check out by 10am, so basically lost 2 full days. Asked to leave a bit later, told no. Had to completely clean condo, and had to wash towels etc. The washer and dryer were down the hall, and very old and frustrating to use. Had to put money on a card on first floor, then use it. Took more than one cycle for dryer. I felt not on vacation! No coffee maker, beach chairs and key to owners closet did not work. Management got a coffee maker, and got the key, but frustrating when you pay and waste time doing it. Unit itself was nice and had most everything. The elevators were working, which was not the case in another building, so that was great. Main thing is check in and out made it a waste of 2 days. Had to go to their office for keys, then go to the condo office to pay for parking.

Stayed at South Seas two weeks in March 2015. Very well maintained property, safe & secure. Nice covered parking. Unit 1209 Tower 4 has a terrific view, clean, well stocked, & updated more than others we have stayed in.
