South Seas Tower 3-1409

Our unit was very clean, and stocked with the basics needed to start your vacation the view was amazing and we ate out meals on the spacious balcony every day. The pool was warm, clean and never overcrowded, and we appreciated that there was quiet time in the evenings. There was plenty of comfy furniture and the beds were great! From both bedrooms you had a perfect view of the sunrise and the ocean. Sunsets were glorious from the beach. CJ’s was our favorite restaurant, and conveniently close. Highly recommend this 14th floor unit and hosts!

Very disappointed with this property. In drastic need of updating. Kitchen is awful , both bathrooms not much better. Living room sofa needs to be replaced. Management company of this building are not customer friendly , showed lack of assistance.
Would not stay in this resort again and would not recommend to anyone. Price for this unit is too high for the quality.

The unit looked very tired. There were 2 coffee pots, one didn't work. The other we had to cobble together. It had a rusted bottom so it didn't appear safe. There was base board missing in places, the furniture was tired. I went there with family members, all of whom rented a unit in this building. Ours was not the quality of care the other units I have. The beach gear was broken, one f the unbrellas was totally broken and should have be thrown away. Mostly, the unit needs some attention

Great beachfront condo with fabulous views. Easy access to beach and swimming pool.

This unit faces the beach! My family and I enjoyed sitting in the balcony watching the fireworks our stay was during the 4th of July Holiday!

The only down fall were the neighbors on adjacent balcony. Once the fireworks started they played loud music which was not neighborly friendly it was very loud and of poor taste. Overall the place was nice. The unit is a little dated but in fabulous condition. Property staff was very accommodating. Rooms were nice!

This was our second experience vacationing in Marco Island after 12 years staying on Sanibel Island. We found the condo to be satisfactory. we would have preferred be close to the Bay front, the walk was quite a hike. A problem with the pool exists since some folks reserve chairs early and dont return until late in the day. The pool is too small for two condo bldgs.

Just about everything in this unit needs updating.However if you can close your eyes to that the view and location are great.You will still enjoy your vacation as it did for us.The one negative about this particular location is the insect bites we got after dusk.They are called No Seeum as you can't see them but the bites can be quite nasty and very itchy lasting days.The solution is to avoid activities after dusk.

Espectacular lugar, playa paradisíaca, tranquilo, poca gente, restaurantes muy buenos, grandes paseos por los canales.
Si algún defecto tiene el edificio es que lo que le dicen BBQ está lejos, a la orilla del canal, feo y lleno de mosquitos. Debieran hacerlo nuevo, en el
area de la piscina. El resto, perfecto.

The view is very nice.
The pull out couch has seen better days.
There were only 3 coffee cups in the kitchen and frying pans are not non stick. Low quality and hard to clean.
Over all it served it's purpose. I would stay here again.

The condo was very nice, great location on the beach with beautiful view of the ocean. I met several wonderful full time residents, and enjoyed the sun from the balcony in the mornings, great place to have your coffee and breakfast. Will return using Marco Island Vacation Properties Inc. directly instead of Abn. Thank you Andrew.

This was dated and not kept up. The faucets were loud and spit water. The kitchen was run down and didn't have basic needs.

Clean, but baths & kitchen needs updated for the price. Mgmt team great to work with, very responsive. While its on the beach, its 1/4 mile walk to water. Would be tough for little ones. Bought foam for beds & sofa to make them more comfortable. Sitting on balcony was great, but lots of neighbors.

THIS CONDO HAD A PERFECT VIEW OF CRESCENT BEACH. MASTER BEDROOM AND BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. KITCHEN COULD USE SOME UPDATING. SINCE IT DOES NOT COOL OFF AS MUCH AS THE REST OF THE CONDO, A CEILING FAN WOULD BE NICE.

Condo location was ideal with close proximity to restaurants, grocery, etc. View from the condo was awesome. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and coolers.

The rental was nicely decorated and very comfortable, but not very clean. Particularly, the floors were barely swept and the tub was not the cleanest. The dresser drawers were dirty enough that I would not put my clothes in them. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Beautiful views! I do feel we should have been told in advance that both the building AND the beach are under construction, causing a lot of noise and beach walking detours.

We spent a week in this condo and our general impression was that the kitchen and bathrooms needed updating. The master bathroom was missing drain plugs for the sink and the tub and the bath should have been cleaned better. The floor in the kitchen could have been cleaned better and I notice there were no GFIs in the kitchen. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and dinner ware but I did not appreciate the square plates. The wifi in the unit was extremely slow and frustrating were loud when someone moved.
