South Seas Tower 3-1202

Overall my family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids under 10, had a great time at this condo. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, which was important to us. Lots of beach gear to choose from. An extra roll of TP would’ve been appreciated, but otherwise it was nice.

Pros: location to the beach.
10 minute walk to the beach to catch the sunset. and close to playground at tiger tail beach.

Cons:
lots of keys & codes to manage.
i didn’t have one for the gate btwn bldgs 2&3 so kind people let us in when they saw me struggling.

uncomfortable couch, wasn’t an option for sleeping on if you had another guest visit.

shades in bedrooms let in too much light.
in the morning the kids room was full sun by 7am and in the evening our room was full sun. pulling down the shades didn’t help so an option to completely blackout the room would be nice, especially for the kids.

nightstand in kids room was wobbly.
needed to fixed or thrown out, but made me nervous with kids and a glass lamp on it.

patio furniture could be improved. a table for eating would be nice.

condo building itself had a lot of odd rules. no balls in the pool or food, but pool noodles and alcohol was allowed? didn’t make much sense to us.

Motion sensor lights in the bathrooms & closet was annoying at 3am if you got up, you got blinded. Would be nice to turn that off as an option.

Great condo! It has been renovated beautifully. Great sunset views!

Wonderful time with my family.Condo was well equipped with everything we needed.Very nicely decorated and clean.New experience at Marco Island, it did not disappoint.Met a few lovely people in the community. We didn’t want to leave.

It is thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything necessary to enjoy time on Marco.... Even motion sensor lighting in the closet and bathrooms! My only suggestion is to replace the sofa which is too small and miserably uncomfortable.

We have rented units on this property in the past. This unit was beyond subpar compared to the rest. Furniture from IKEA was cheap and falling apart. Good thing we only had 4 persons in our party, impossible to sleep 6 in the unit as advertised. The sleeper/sofa was actually a small futon that could not comfortably sleep one person. Lacking in linens/toiletries/basic cleaning supplies/cooking utensils. Fitness room equipment non-functional during our stay. Felt more like a stay at a Motel 6 than a stay at a quality complex.

The condo was amazing. Lovely, modern and extremely clean. I would definitely book again! The views were amazing from the balcony. The master bedroom was huge with tons of closet space. Working with Marco Island Vacation Properties was a great experience.

One note would be to add a full lengh mirror. Can’t wait to come back to Marco next year!!

This condo has been updated so probably better than most units in this development . Rug under table was stained badly and could use a cleaning or to be replaced. While the beach is gorgeous- it’s a haul to get to the shoreline. Once they update the entire property- this would be more desirable. Everyone around the pool complained about the staff that would not let you keep a drink alcoholic or non on the side of the pool ,
no toys or balls for kids in pool. Hard to relax with all the drama of people being told no and reprimanded over an over again. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and villas- expected more for our money but we made the most of it and enjoyed our family time together.

Excellent place.
One concern: it needs a garbage disposal.

The unit was spectacular and rental experience easy.

Everything was perfect except for the Key Situation. That needs to be updated big time. There should be no need to walk around with two sets of keys every time you leave the Unit. Also its very difficult when you and your companion are doing different activities. Who keeps the one key to the gate, main door etc etc!!!!!!

Everything about my vacation in Marco Island was terrific. The condo unit in the South Seas Tower 3-1202 was nothing short of perfect. Great interior amenities, excellent views, and ideal location to get to either the pool, beach or local establishments. Would gladly stay in this location again.

My rental experience in the South Seas Tower on Marco Island was excellent. The unit was newly renovated and decorated in a beautiful modern beachy style. Perfect. It was very pleasant and comfortable with an awesome ocean view. The pool was very large and also excellent with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. It was a great two weeks!

Dan’s condo was recently remodeled. It was beautiful. The sunset views from the 12th floor were amazing. Even though you can’t see the beach from the balcony it’s there! 2 1/2 mile long huge white sand beach with tons of shelling. Perfect for morning jogs. The weather in December on Marco was perfect. It averaged 80 degrees higher than our home state of South Dakota. 10 of 10 rating!

We had the perfect vacation at Marco Island! The weather was ideal and the beach gorgeous! The condo is new clean beautiful kitchen and bathroom s. Nice sheets and towels. Kitchen well equipped for eating in!and enjoying beautiful sunsets every evening. Good location for walking and easy drive to restaurants. Nice to have a tv in every room to suit everyone. We lived it!

This was not the condo we initially booked, but ended up with it due to our original condo undergoing window replacement. This condo did not disappoint. The upgrades and the view were amazing. The only thing we did not like was the building and how “secure” it was along with the many sets of keys. I liked the fact you had to have a key to get in, but some parts you needed a key to get out of the building. There were about 6ish keys, which made the set bulky and hard to carry. The gym could use a major update. Overall, the condo itself was very nice and updated and went above our expectations.

It was a definitely a beautiful room, gorgeous view and clean inside. however, it lacked but the beach chairs and umbrella they said came with the room. So be advised its probably the ones at the pool. The assistants downstairs had really weird hours and we never saw them. And don't even get me started on the LOUD construction EVERY morning at 7:30am!!

condo was awesome, very updated close to restaurants and dining. pool was very nice and never too crowed to relax and it was very quite all week. Naples was a short drive to get anything that want or need. I would definitely stay in 1202 again.

We loved the condo and the view! Everything was updated, clean and new. The rental agent emailed back quickly and provided us with white vs. black towels and anything we requested. Very happy with our experience and the beach was spectacular!

The property was furnished with modern, uncomfortable furniture that I can only assume came from IKEA. The owners had supplied black bath linens that shed black lint all over the bathroom over the course of the week. The update to the unit was nice but the decorations and furnishings were very minimal.
