South Seas Tower 1-1204

The property presented by Marco Island Vacation Properties was everything as advertised. This was our 4th year staying in Marco Island and this property was by far our favorite. The location to the beach and walking distances to restaurants and entertainment was great for us. The property was clean, well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We had a problem with a toilet and it was fixed in less than 2 hours, great customer service. Working with Marco Island Vacation Properties has been outstanding.

A very enjoyable month at Southseas T1-1204. The condo was clean and well equipped. The gated property was well maintained. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed Marco being a little less busy in the fall. Daily walks on the beach, lounging and swimming in the heated pool was want we wanted and it was perfect. Walked to a number good of restaurants and delis and felt safe. People on Marco and at Southseas were friendly and accommodating. Had a TV issue but Property Management responded very quickly to resolve the issue. Check-in and check-out was quick & easy.

Our experience, as always, was perfect. We are from the midwest and escaping a bit of the winter is always great. The unit this year had a great view and was exceptionally appointed. Marco Island Vacation Properties was as always great to work with and very attentive.

lovely condo- was not cleaned well when we arrived. Building had lots of issues going on so that impacted the stay. Great location/view.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Ferienaufenthalt mit Ausblick auf dem Meeresstrand in einer top eingerichteten Wohnung. Im ganzen Haus waren die Renovationsarbeiten auf allen Etagen etwas bemühend, jedoch bot die Hausverwaltung immer einen schnellen Service bei Problemen wie Warmwasser oder Internet. Nach dem "Hurrican Ian" war Marco Island, die Beste Wahl als Feriendestination in Südwest Florida.

Terrific well-equipped unit. Walk to beach is a bit long but doable. Beach dolly very helpful.

Location was perfect, could walk just about anywhere on the island. The complex and condo were very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Marco Island Vacation Prop. was fabulous.

This is the first time in our world travels that a vacation rental has everything you need and more. It was spacious, updated, quiet. The only issue was coming in at midnight and no electricity, main breaker off. Not fun but Marco vacationt rental people were great and got things going so we can't complain. We had great sun all day but sadly the missed the sunset due to the other part of the tower in the way.

Everything was almost perfect during our stay in Tower 1. Great view, everything convenient to the location (food), etc. Lots of things within walking distance. Only anxious time was the loss of power one evening but an announcement soon alleviated most of the stress. Even found flashlights in the unit. Overall, it was a great time.! Thank you.

The Vale's (Vacation Properties) are absolutely wonderful to work with, and Marco is truly the best place in Florida; best beach, shelling, restaurants, shops and scenery.

The Condo, kitchen updated, beautiful view, close walking distance to 4 o 5 very good restaurants. A little walk but you can even walk to Starbucks and cold stone, again more restaurants up that way. The beach is very large, it is a little bit of a walk to the ocean across the beach. The condo had everything you would need to enjoy your stay, and a confortable bed. Nice balcony with a beautiful view. Hats of to the owners for making it so nice.. .the pool was also nice and warm, not so kid friendly tho.seemed to cater to a older adult crowd.

A monthly rental on the beach that was all we expected. Unit was very clean and well equipped. MIVP Rental agency was most responsive to needs and repair needs in a very timely manner.

We highly recommend Marco Island Vacation Properties; the Vales are the very best. The location, condo, beach, shelling, and weather couldn't have been better; all outstanding. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

Thanks to Andrew Vale and SST 1-1204, we have enjoyed three successive pleasant, worry-free stays on Marco Island. Location, ambience and value are hard to beat.

This was my first time on Marco Island and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The people were friendly. There were things to do to occupy your time. The office people in the building were very helpful. There was a problem with the refrigerator which was promptly fixed when I called the real esate agent. The beach was quite a walk from the condo and where the condo was situated on the South side, I could not see the sunsets but I had sunshine all day long on my lanai. I would like to go back next year if possible.

We were so pleased with the condo we rented at South Seas. It was very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The Southern view from the 12th floor balcony of the Gulf, the white sand beaches and the tall buildings was beautiful. A great choice!
