We had an amazing relaxing getaway in this perfect condo. The view was spectacular. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Loved it so much we are booked for next year:)

We love staying at 610 Somerset! We have stayed there many times over the past few years. Always clean and neat. Very convenient location. We love walking the beach and walking to the restaurants. We had to stay at another place two years ago because Somerset was not available. Nowhere hear as nice.

We've stayed in a few different condos along Marco Beach, and Somerset 610 is the best one yet! Beautiful, updated property with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated the easy access to beach and pool, in-unit laundry, and well-equipped kitchen. Thank you!

We pastor a local, small church in Jupiter on the East coast of Florida and needed to find a place to get away for a short sabbatical. We found Unit 610 at Somerset and it looked perfect! After staying there for 10 days, we can say it didn’t just look perfect, it was perfect. It had every item we could have needed, plus it was tastefully furnished & decorated. The unit was very clean and well taken care of too.

Was okay experience. Location was great but certain issues caused the experience to be okay. Already responded on experience via text. AC broke causing us to leave saturday. Pool uncleanliness, poor communication on maintenance and work. Lastly, nobody policing quiet hours, neighbors were very loud as late as midnight. Also suggest earlier gym hours, 7am?

I cannot imagine a better experience. We could hear the waves. We slept like babies in that King bed. The kitchen was stocked perfectly. The condo building had everything, including workout equipment and was near excellent restaurants. Truly a superior vacation property!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Shell Shack. We have stayed in Marco and at the Somerset many times. The Shell Shack is one of our favorite units! The owners have thought of everything! The unit is equipped with everything you need. It was absolutely immaculate. Would recommend!

The condo is beautifully decorated. Everything you need is already there....including the beautiful view of the beach!!!

This condo was the best vacation rental experience. It has a very nice layout, well equipped kitchen, and a great view. Check-in was quick and seamless. We look forward to another vacation in this condo.

We absolutely loved this up to date beachfront condo. It was super clean and we felt comfortable staying for a full week. They had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful island experience!

The unit was beautiful and and the view was amazing. You could not ask for a better location. Tastefully furnished. Everything you needed for the beach was there. I only gave less than five stars on some areas for two reasons. First, there was construction at the property. We should have been notified before we arrived and given the opportunity to cancel. For the amount of money we paid, I would not have expected less. You could not stay in the unit on the days they were removing tile due to the noise. Our unit's water was not cut off but others were. They had no water for the day. I can't imagine. Not sure how they were supposed to go to the bathroom. Second, we were charged $150.00 cleaning fee. Not sure who is supposed to clean the unit but it was apparent that they did not. The floors were gritty. There was popcorn, bottle caps, etc. under the coffee table. Furniture was dusty. Mold in the grout in the shower. The bed in the master bedroom had upholstered sides. They were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The wheel on the sand cart was broke. There is no reason for it to be like that since renters have to clean linens and dishes. That doesn't leave much for a cleaning service to do. All that had to be done when we left was put the sheets that were in the washer back on the bed. We cleaned everything else. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. I don't think the owner knows that the unit is not being cleaned. If the owner reads this review, I would love to discuss it. The unit is beautiful and the cleaning company needs to do a better job. The rental company needs to follow up on all services to units. If these two issues are resolved, you will not find a more beautiful place.

We have been coming to Marco Island for 25 years on vacation. We know what we want and are picky about our accommodations. Somerset 610 scores very high in our book. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Even the beach is perfectly located between two busy areas. We used the pool and grill. Nice and clean!

We vacation in Marco Island every year, and every year we stay at the Somerset. This is the first time we've worked with Marco Island Vacation Properties, and it certainly won't be the last. Informative. Proactive. Professional. Warm. We had our best year yet.

We had a lovely stay at 610 Somerset. The condo is beautifully appointed with everything one needs to be comfortable and settled for the week. Having a storage locker with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and sand toys was so helpful. We loved our week here and will definitely come back. We hope to stay in the same unit again.

We had a great week at Somerset 610. The condo is spacious, updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. I found the blender was broken and management dropped off a new one the same day. The view is incredible and the location good. We enjoyed walking the beach daily and watching the beautiful sunsets! A definite must if you are looking for a condo on Marco!

Our January stay was excellent. This 6th floor unit is located in Somerset which is on the south end of Marco. The unit itself was perfect; updated, well decorated, super clean and lacking for nothing. The views from the furnished balcony are amazing. Although we didn't need anything from the property management company, they checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous condo! First of all, we received a lovely basket of goodies upon our arrival at the "Welcome Center" which was extremely thoughtful and generous of the owners! The condo was absolutely stunning and in a great location! It had recently been remodeled beautifully with all high-end furnishings, appliances and decor! Even though we experienced Red Tide and some rainy and cooler weather while we were there, we had a great time! The owners have thought of every conceivable item that you could need during a visit. We enjoyed our time at the condo and hope to visit again in the near future!

The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The beach was not very crowded in front of the building. We would stay here again. While we didn't need the management company for anything, they seemed very available and were friendly at check in.

Our experience was the best. We had zero issues, (well one internet issue that was fixed immediately). Great communication, great condo and view. Can't wait to go back.

The condo was gorgeous, pristine and well-appointed. Very safe and secluded with limited points of entry without a key. Would have liked more keys (we had two sets and there were 4 of us), might consider issuing more with a deposit. Beach chairs available in the unit’s storage with cute but not highly-functional small umbrellas. This place would be perfect if beach chairs were available to rent at the condo and set up daily. We had a pop-up cabana delivered to provide shade but had to set up and take down daily which was a chore. Overall, outstanding condo and we loved the town. Property management company was very easy to work with and contact with questions.

this was a perfect fit for our family. The condo was very up to date, the decor was lovely, and the kitchen was very well stocked. It is a perfect location on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Somerset before but this condo was by far top notch! the owner has thought of every detail and the condo is tastefully decorated. We had an amazing week! Thank you to Marco Island Vacation Rentals for their hospitality! Great to work with! Somerset Unit 610 is perfect!

Beautiful, Affordable, Great location, Awesome View!!!

We arrived at the unit on a Sunday and our package was available at the office drop box.

The unit was easy to find and amazingly clean. The unit looked even better than the pictures provided. The location of the unit on Marco was near the end of the beach and a great location.

The beach was very quiet and easy to get to. The pool was also great with all new and excellent chairs for your use.

This is a great location and a great unit.

The location can't be beat and the condo is very nice and clean with everything you could possibly need. However, be aware of renovations/construction going on nearby during your stay. My family and I chose this location because we were looking for some peace and quiet. However, the unit next door was doing renovations and there were a few days where we had to listen to constant banging. Although, the units are all privately owned and the rental management company does not have control over renovations of other units, this information should have been relayed to us prior to our arrival. It is fairly easy to find out if there is construction/renovations going on in any of the units and I believe a good property manager should and would be aware of anything going on that would impact a guest's stay.

The condo was as beautiful as pictured. well supplied with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Some vacation rentals don't have many basic supplies, Not this one lots of basics already there! Much appreciated..will definitely rent this property again.

Somerset 610 is beautiful rental property. It's updates are perfect and it has a nice open feel. The property is well stocked and the location can't be beat. On my next trip to Marco I will first check to see if Somerset 610 is available.
