That’s what you get with this 1,100 square foot first floor Seaview condo, with rear western exposure. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.
Wind rustles the palm trees as you sip your morning coffee out on the spacious lanai.
The light soothing hues and comfortable furnishings give the interior the feel of a cozy seaside cottage. Sunlight through the sliding glass door brightens the coral-hued tile and fills the rooms with natural light. Seascapes, indoor tropical ferns, and bowls of shells enhance the feeling of island tranquility.
The summer kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve everything from a special dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the lanai at sunset.
The cozy master bedroom, decorated with all the colors of the tropics, features a television and wooden bedroom set. The window overlooks the lush tropical gardens, so you’ll fall asleep each night to fragrant, hibiscus-scented breezes.
We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect, so the unit comes with heating and air conditioning, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer.
Marco Island is home to one of the world’s finest beaches and you’re only a short walk away. So you pack up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that come with the property, and walk across the street to the public beach access point, in minutes, you’re strolling the warm sands of the Paradise Coast.
When travel sites talk about an endless array of watersports, they aren’t exaggerating. You can try parasailing. Stand-up paddle boarding. Skim boarding. Snorkeling. Kayaking. Jet skiing. Oh, and let’s not forget eating. You’ll find waterfront restaurants up and down the beach. There’s everything from gourmet to places with a laidback beach vibe and no shirts no problem.
If eating makes you feel like shopping, or you saw someone wearing a bathing suit you just had to have, then head back to the condo and make the short walk to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza. It’s filled with clothing boutiques, spas, salons, restaurants, movie theatres and so much more.
Another short walk will take you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.

It was our choice to choose a condo and won't be doing it again. Description says Lani overlooks the pool (untrue). Constant truck noise across the street for 12 hrs ea day. Beach was close, but who wants to be near noisy trucks on the beach? Issues with keys, parking and a very condescending conversation with a Marco Properties employee. Previous cleaning service left sheets and towels in dryer.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback, Jean. We apologize for any confusion regarding the property description and photos as they do not clearly indicate that the lanai overlooks the pool. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the truck activity, which was a result of the beach renourishment project that occurred during your stay. Additionally, we apologize for the oversight of housekeeping leaving clean linens and towels in the dryer and will address this issue with our housekeeping manager. The rental unit was clean and prepared for us upon arrival. This was our second time renting a unit at the "Seaview Condo". We found it a bit disappointing that the suppliers were very minimal. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel and had to go out and by our own. The fridge was bare empty, which is unusual for a rental. Generally the fridge has basic condiments, and the spice drawer has basic spices. In this case, it was only salt and pepper for spices. There was no coffee pot, only the Keurig with a few pods. We purchased a coffee maker, and left it in the condo. This particular unit needs some minor TLC. It was also very unfortunate that the BBQ was not operational, and the pool heater was broken. We had done our grocery shopping for the week and purchased steaks, burgers etc. only to find out that no one could use the BBQ because they just had the pavers replaced around the pool and they hadn't been sealed yet. We would have appreciated an advanced notice. On our last day, one of the heaters was finally fixed and operational. Marco Island of course did not disappoint, and we had the time of our lives.

Great location, spacious lanai. Clean and as advertised. Beach equipment and bike provided which was nice but worn and low air in the tires. Lanai is off the main road and can get a little noisy. Very cute beach decor. App was easy to use and reference.
We called maintenance our first day there on some small issues and they never came during our 12 day stay but other than that the property company was helpful and easy to work with.
Overall we really enjoyed our time and were satisfied with our stay!
We loved this condo. We have stayed here two times and hope to be back next year. It is perfect for our family of 4. Great location, clean and includes everything we need.
