The beach and restaurants are close and the two heated pools are even closer. This first floor, 800 square foot condo sleeps four, with one queen bed and two twins, and it comes with two bathrooms.

The manicured lawn and hibiscus trees feel like part of the lanai as you sit at the table enjoying the view of palm trees against the blue sky.

In the photos of the kitchen, see the buttons on the icemaker? None of them say, “Ice for cocktails on the patio as the sun goes down,” but maybe one should because there’s no better place to enjoy the fragrant evening breeze after another full day of Marco Island’s endless activities.

The kitchen comes with everything you need for your patio beverage of choice. You’ve got a coffee grinder and coffee maker, a kettle, an ice tea maker and a blender. For breakfast, there’s a waffle maker and juicer. And when you see the big screen TV, you’ll be glad to know there’s also a popcorn maker. As you can see, “fully stocked” is an understatement with this kitchen. It’s got all the appliances, cookware and utensils you need for every meal of the day.

The living room is comfortably furnished and designed with an island style décor, with tropical touches like pineapple lamps and paintings of sea birds. Even the wooden blades of the ceiling fan are carved into the shape of palm fronds. The sliding glass window fills the entire wall with an image of palm trees against the sky.

The unit comes with air conditioning and a washer and dryer and plenty of ways to enjoy yourself, like Wi-Fi, 3-D television, surround sound, a PlayStation 3 and TVs in the bedrooms, not to mention the Mariner’s two heated pools on spacious brick patios surrounded by palm trees.

The unit also includes a beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler for the short walk to the warm sands and turquoise waters of Resident’s Beach, where you can purchase a pass for access to beach activities, dining at Paradise Grill, picnic chickees with charcoal grills, a playground and concerts on the green.

After the beach, you’re just a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s, Joey’s Pizza, Fin Bistro and more.

5 Minutes walk to Beach on Marco

Loved the we walked the beach every day. The pool was warm and large enough for the condo residents and lounges were plentiful. We did find the lanai furniture unsatisfactory. Uncomfortable and unable to sit longer than 15 minutes; inexpensive plastic chairs and no lounge chair. The master mattress not firm enough. Overall it was a great property to rent even with those two criticisms. Would come back for sure.

Agent found a new condo after the first condo was not available due to problems with renovations by owner. This condo was a good fit as the others at the complex provided a friendly environment. The Agent refunded the difference in rent which came in handy to purchase beach passes . the lack of a view was a disappointment but the other aspects made it a good rent.

Vac properties staff very professional and helpful; location excellent, very clean and bedroom/bathrooms/kitchen good condition..
NEED upgrade living room- couch soft and too low,lazyboy chair not comfortable and phones to much static not able use for local calls
