Beach Club 216

All in all the condo was great! The location, pool, private beach access were amazing. The condo itself was a little small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) but we made it work and again, the location made it 100% worth it. The property was quiet, safe and clean. Check in/out process was a breeze. Would stay there again in the future.

Absolutely perfect. Andrew Vale is always so helpful in helping us find the best place when we come to Marco. The location was perfect, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

We’ve stayed at Beach Club a number of times. This was our first stay in #216. Overall our stay was very satisfactory with a few suggestions for improvement.
Add a stack washer/ dryer unit
The beach chairs need to be replaced. They were moldy , frayed, and in poor shape.
The bed pillows should be replaced. Or...bring your own
There were only two beach towels and there really should be more

The location cannot be beat. Even with two young kids, we were able to pop across the street to the beach with ease, which is the primary reason we chose the rental. We were disappointed, however, with the condition of the condo. When we arrived, we had to address various dead bugs, for example. The condo could use some refreshing, such as fresh paint, cleaned grout, etc. It wasn’t necessarily filthy, but it was disappointing given the price point. There also were ants in the kitchen. Finally, we were disappointed in the tenor of communications we received. While we understand the necessity of informing guests about various ordinances and rules (e.g., noise, turtle season), we were disappointed that the messaging was rather terse and authoritative rather than inviting and informative. As an example, the notice about the kitchen “being inventoried” and guests will be billed if a single spoon is missing, is that necessary? And to that point, it would be great if the condo could provide more in its “starter set” depending on the length of the guests’ stay. A single trash bag? If we have more trash, that means we need to go to the store to buy an entire box of trash bags just to use one or two? Just generally it left a poor impression.

We had a great stay. Loved the private access to the beach right across the street, as well as the pickle ball court and pool. Pool is nicer than the pictures show. Great walkable location to restaurants too.

Rental process was easy Location was AWESOME. Beach was awesome. Only one glitch, the bed. Everything else was SUPER

The check-in process was easy. We reviewed the rules and check in details prior, so there wasn't too much of the unexpected. We love how you can see the beach from the balcony and at the right angle, the sunset! The bed in the bedroom was very squeaky but we dealt with it because the pullout bed had an unknown stain. But other than that, everything else was nice and very accommodating for us. Overall, hubby (the birthday man) says "it was fine to me. Very nice". He's a simple man ❤️

I absolutely loved my stay here! I was in town for a wedding and I was most impressed by the private key fob to use to walk to the private beach. The bathroom and shower were the best part of the condo!

I was a little disappointed in the beach cart and closet, the cart wheels were broken and the chair as well. There was a dirty alcohol cup filled with sand/shells/ and cigarette butts.

However, I would not let that deter me from giving this place a great recommendation!! The ladies at the rental property were a wonderful greeting party!; )

Great location and all the amenities that you need for a FL get away. Clean and comfortable....except for the bed in the bedroom. A good night sleep is so important on vacation. A lumpy, squeaky bed can be fixed easily. The pool was perfect but the umbrellas are all broken. Would stay their agiain because of the location, landscape and cleanliness.

Clean unit, recently painted and sufficiently stocked. Needs replacement of beach chairs (broken) and beach cart (wheel broken), so unable to use it. Additionally, most of the sun umbrellas at the pool we’re broken, which left guests scrambling to find one that would work! All in all, would recommend. We plan on returning.

Beach Club 216 was a very nice cozy quiet peaceful stay. The Only thing that was challenging was finding the Marco Island Welcome Center and my cell phone reception.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and were very satisfied with our stay. We had direct access to the beach through a private entrance and didn't have to walk 20 min like most other condos without the direct access. As for the condo, it has all you need for cooking, sleeping and just lounging around. The owners were also quick to respond whenever we had a question or need! If you want a week of lounging on the beach or pool-side, then this is the place for you!

It was a wonderful vacation with my just my daughter & I. We walked the beach in the morning and lounged at the pool all afternoon.

We were finally vaccinated and ready to get away.Beach Club had private beach access right across the street. Had the pool to our selves most of the time. Just what we needed for a last minute get away!

Quiet, relaxing, refreshing, Room was clean and in perfect location for public access to beach as well as shopping and restaurants. Amenities within room appropriate for stay

Place was great! The only thing my wife complained to me about was the bed. The water pressure was very weak in the kitchen sink, bathroom was ok. Other than that it would have been perfect.

We have stayed at this property twice now,nice quit place. The pool is great and beach access is private for guests only.

There was a dead rat under the deck by the pool

Reception was in the other end of the town. Is not optimal, but they were very helpful.

My husband and I had a great time on Marco! The condo was in a great location in the southern end of Marco. It was right across from the beach with our own private access just steps from the condo. The sunsets were great and many dolphins were seen playing in the water at all times of day. The complex was quiet and on the quiet end of the island, but everything (stores, restaurants, etc) was just minutes away - even walking distance to the Marco Walk complex. The unit was perfect for 2 people and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean, and although we didn't use them ourselves, many others took advantage of the convenient outside grills. We've used Marco Island Vacations before and have never had any issues with them, they're great to work with.

Staff was quite helpful with the last minute needs upon arrival...prompt and courteous, even put a chocolate on my pillow (seriously!).
One suggestion: Get new wash clothes, since they were all stained

Overall had a great stay! The condo isn't fancy but is the perfect beach retreat. The beach is about a 3 minute walk from the condo- nice and close!

Some pro's and con's:

Pro's:
-Condo was absolutely spotless- very, very clean!
-The condo and the general area was extremely safe.
-Dealing with the rental staff was pleasant, friendly and prompt.
-Great location, just across from the beach.
-Condo was stocked with dishes, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach cart, umbrella, etc.
-The property was very well maintained, and all of the other guests that we dealt with were friendly- seemed like a great crowd.
-There was a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap.

Con's:
-Check-in and check-out are off site (not within walking distance) which is a bit of an inconvenience if you aren't renting a car. However, the staff was able to accomodate us when we asked them to for check-out.
-We didn't love that the patio was screened in and only had 1 lounge chair. There was a small high-top table and 2 bar stools but the stools weren't very comfortable for relaxing on the patio.
-The couch in the living room was clean and in good condition but was extremely uncomfortable and seemed old.

Everything was fine. One suggestion would be an instruction sheet on where things are located in the closets . Took a couple of days before we found the items for the beach and coffe maker. The cleaning crew brought a new coffee maker the second day that was not needed . The one that was in there worked fine. Too bad they had new high rise construction in front of building . I’m sure that originally they were on the beach. Marco and Naples prices a little pricy for the average person. Could use some updating and a smaller refrigerator
