We definitely recommend visiting Marco Island and stay at this property. The view of ocean, the white sand, clean beach and well maintained property. A lot of restaurants, including the one in the same building. Everything was great!

The unit had a great view and staff was great. Having to use a key for all entry points is an inconvenience versus a key card. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Easy to upgrade.

We return to this same condo every year for many reasons. The condo is clean and bright. The sunsets are spectacular. The restaurant on main level is convenient and the food is delicious. We prefer staying on this end of the island because it is quieter with less traffic.

The rental company made the experience easy and accomodating with a last minute vacation decision and very short notice. We enjoyed the location of the Apollo condo and the amenities available. The staff at the Apollo were personable and helpful.Overall the experience was enjoyable with no complications.

Unfortunately, our stay was unpleasant.
With the ground crew trimming hedges and inspection and service of HVAC ducts and water pipes. The location and apartment were great.

Loved the ocean view and beach access. The condominium complex was nice with a nice pool and restaurant, but Apollo 302 was very dated and not very comfortable. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, decor was very old, and furniture in the living room was not comfy. We had several items break during our visit, but the responsiveness of the management was quick to take care of the issues.
There also were a lot of small bugs in the bathroom and kitchen that we didn't care for.

This is by far the most quaint little condo on the beach. The unit has everything you need including a most spectacular view of the ocean, beach and world renowned sunsets. If you are looking for a perfect piece of Heaven on Marco Island, then this is the condo for you. Andrew with the Property Management Co. is the most professional and kindest young man ever and the condo owners are the most delightful individuals that we have come to know. We frequent this condo multiple times per year for the past 10 years and will forever call it our home away from home!!

We are regulars to this condo for several reasons. It is updated, clean, on the beach, and at a quiet end of Marco, safe and secure, and not outrageously priced.

I stay at Apollo 302 with my wife. The apartment is clean and has all you need. The view to the beach is wonderful and you can see the sunset from the balcony. My only suggestion to the owner is to get a new set of beach umbrella and chairs.

This condo is the perfect piece of paradise. The location is heavenly with all the most charming and peaceful views you could ask for including the magnificent ocean and the most gorgeous sunsets. The unit is extremely clean and comfortable and provides all that you need for your little island stay. The owners are incredibly delightful and the team at the property management company is not only professional but more than friendly and pleasant. If you are looking for the perfect little paradise filled with peace, beauty and memories, this is the ideal choice for you.

This was my third time staying here and like my previous stays, it didn’t disappoint. I used the beach gear, cooked, sat on the patio and enjoyed the sunsets....this unit cannot be beat.

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view and great balcony. It was comfortable and had everything you need for a beach vacation. The bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that a nice place.

When entering property the first we noticed was the smell of fried greasy food in the apartment. The view and apartment we exactly as expected. The smell was horrible. I sprayed febreze, no help. I boiled vinegar still no help. Bought a glad plug in and still could smell the grease. After 2 days of trying I asked for a mop and they provided one. I mopped the floors for found dirt, everywhere. After mopping the smell was gone and the rest of our stay was great. From what I saw the maid never really cleaned corners or mopped just took a broom to the apartment. The apartment comfort level was adequate but the view was so wonderful it really made our stay great. Small things to make staying better would be new pans and also silverware. There was only 3 forks when we arrived and 2 were dessert forks. We got a couple at the thrift store that we left.

This is a beautiful, nicely decorated, upgraded and clean beachfront condo. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfect for two people. The Sunset Grill Restaurant on the main level of the building is convenient and the food is very good.

Overall good but the condo needs a refresh, especially the squeeky bed that felt like it was going to collapse at any minute. And my husband and I aren't not lareg people!

Excellent location right on the Gulf with a beautiful view! Well furnished up to date unit that was very clean, and well taken care of. The rental service desk was most helpful answering questions, and provided directions as needed ahead of time via email. I do recommend that the owner consider having the AC lines cleaned, and an ultraviolet light installed inside the AC blower to clear up the musty odor inside the unit. Otherwise, our stay was excellent!

The condo was very nice for our three day stay. The beach was beautiful and the sunset grill was very convenient and the food was good.

Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All the appliances worked well as did the television and wireless internet. View from the balcony is just what you see in the pictures, just amazing. Sunset is an event each evening, everyone is on their balconies or on the beach applauding. Storage closet had beach chairs and umbrellas that made time on the beach enjoyable. It was quiet and comfortable. Both the beach and the pool were amazing.

However, the unit is a bit dated, furniture has obvious wear and the mattress was just okay. Bathroom sink did not drain well either. Upon checking in, unit had a musty "old" smell that went away after running the A/C a few hours. We did have to call the property management company for more towels/washcloths - we only had two which was not enough for a week's stay. Overall, a decent unit but maybe lacking a bit in value.

My husband and I were very happy with this condo, so much that we booked it again for 2022. The owner was thoughtful and considerate with the many upgrades. The condo is clean, bright and well-equipped. The view of sunsets is spectacular. And having the Sunset Grill Restaurant just below as an option for dining is a plus too. Some reviews mentioned the noise from the restaurant, but we didn't notice "noise", maybe chatter, but that wasn't bothersome.

The sunsets! This property had the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. I look forward to seeing them every night. The building itself is dated but not the condo. It was very modern and no complainants. As one of the reviews put it the kitchen is small and not well equipped. I was able to cook breakfast and lunches without any issues. Had basic things needed but lacked spices and seasonings. This property is perfect for a romantic getaway. Marco island itself is very quiet and calm. You can find a few bars where people are partying a bit but nothing like Dayota beach or South Padre Island. There are many different restaurants to eat and drink at. I didnt try the resturant downstairs just cause i was always looking to try new things. Marco prime was amazing and well worth the price. My only complainants was on my day I had arrived they were testing the fire alarm... it was a nightmare but didn't fall back on the owner. I had just got in at 2am so was looking forward to sleeping in that wasn't going to happen...
The beach was amazing. There were always friendly people out there that struck up conversations with me. I was able to find several sand dollars while running on the beach every morning. Would definitely stay again just would ask if the alarms were being tested prior to being booked...

Wonderful experience. Condo as described and very clean! Small kitchen with basic equipment. Great for 2 people. View was amazing! The mattress in the bedroom may need to be replaced- not the most comfortable but OK.

Marco Island didn't turn out how we expected. It's much more populated than we thought it would be. The Apollo complex was fairly clean and had good security. The beach is just to busy to enjoy a nice walk and the sand isn't your typical to walk barefoot on.

The only problem I was with the furniture in the condo. The recliner and couch sit very low to the floor. I had difficulty sitting and getting up from a sitting position.

View from room was great! Furniture was a little dated but the overall condo was nice. Good place to stay and great location. Resort was very accommodating. Beach bar/restaurant had great food and was fun to hangout.

Condo is very nice. Has everything you need for a stay at Marco Island. My wife and I like having the full kitchen so you can make things there and have a big fridge. The sunset grille is nice and has good food. Condo had great bathroom with nice shower. Perfect for just the 2 of us. Staff was nice also.

completely loved Marco Island. Was happy with everything with the exception of the sleeper sofa. I spent 3 miserable nights on it. Other than that, a great stay.

Our stay in Marco Island was well beyond 5 stars. The condo is beautiful, the location a true fairytale, the ocean and sunset views breathtaking and the cost incredibly affordable. Vacation was good. View was amazing. Room is outdated. Bathroom needs major updating, tub fills with water when you shower, has some cracked tiles in the unit, king bed needs new mattress! Had to call police on unit 301 because of some loud domestic abuse going on half way through my stay...then we left a day early because of the obnoxious people next door on the balcony listening to the swearing and crying going on! Never again.....

We had a great time in Marco. First night was alittle chilly so we called the management company and the owner delivered additional Blanket the next day. Condo was well stocked. The view was incredible The payment process was alittle iffy. I had a hard time working it.

The location of this property is fantastic! The view from the property is amazing - and just steps from the beach! Our family - 2 adults and 2 children, enjoyed our time at this property. Please note, the pool is not heated, though, which limited our time using that amenity.

We love Marco Island and the Apollo is such a wonderful location on the quiet end of the Island. This unit is a great pick for the single person or couple looking for that getaway to sunshine and walks on the beach.

Location: perfect. Management: Great. Condo: nasty. The condo desperately needs updating. Appliances and furniture were 30-40 years old! No wash cloths and only 2 towels when we arrived and the refrigerator has NO SHELVES. Crazy! and very disappointing. Best part: balcony with view of beach and gulf.

We had a blast. Great view. Wish they allowed swimming after dark.

The condo is right on the water. Seen dolphins everyday. It was so nice to set on the balcony and eat out meals. The owner got new furniture mid way thru our stay. Meet the owner/property manager. Both were very nice and helpful. If we had a problem they got right on it and took care of it. This was our second time renting this unit. We love the area. It such a slower pace. The only issue we have with these units is the one bedroom ones don't have much counter/storage in the kitchen. We've made do with it. Love going shelling at this beach and at tiger tail beach. Will diffently be coming back in the future.

Good, It would have been excellent, except for the smokers in the lower apartment on the right, the smoke came to my balcony and I could not breathe the pure air.

My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time! They watched beautiful sunsets every night and had a quick elevator ride downstairs for access to the pool and beach. Very friendly building staff and responsive management. Highly recommended for a budget friendly traveler!

We loved the location of the Apollo and being able to always see the Gulf from our room. Walking right out to the beach for the day was so great and convenient. We had beach chairs and an umbrella to use that were part of our rental which was helpful. We walked to brunch, lunch or dinner several days and there are a lot of options within walking distance. This place isn't fancy and it's a little like a fort to get into this place, but was worth it.

5 star vacation - this location is ideal - located right on the beach with the ocean only a stones throw away. Everything you could ever want for and more when it comes to peace and tranquility. The view is breathtaking and the accommodations comfortable and charming. As for the property management company - the staff is incredibly professional, pleasant and oh so friendly. First time renting a condo right on the beach and it was great. The condo was super nice, very comfortable, even a dishwasher and the view was amazing. We've been going to Marco for years, since we live in Ft. Lauderdale, but never rented a condo and it was perfect.

We enjoyed our visit to Marco Island. Property is conveniently located. The furnishings are a bit tired and could use updating as well as a new mattress and linens. The Property Manager was very friendly and helpful. The pricing could be a little more transparent as there are parking fees, management fees, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. that pushed our actual the nightly fee closer to $250/night for 3 nights. Of course a longer stay would level this out a bit.

This vacation was a perfect stay and the location couldn't have been more fantastic. With waking up to ocean, watching the sunset from our balcony and even at times when the storms rolled thru over the water(it is Florida after all) it was awesome to watch from the safety of our room. I also loved the special touch of having them drop off extra towels for us in the middle of our stay! So many memories were made and my 2 kids just couldn't stop telling us how much fun they had. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful beach views from the balcony. The unit was very nicely decorated and really. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. It was so nice to have clean towels and sheets available. We really appreciated having the beach chairs available in the storage closet . The convenience of being right on the beach was ou favorite thing.

Perfected location on 3rd floor above the grill, which we called in and carried out a lot. We sat on our balcony and watched the sunset each night. The condo could use a bit of update with chipped floor tiles etc but no bother. Not sure how clean housekeeping was doing , there was a ladies swimsuit hanging on back of bed room door and 3 new bottles of ladies cologne in bathroom cabinet. But overall if we went back we would rebook there'

Excellent vacation rental. 302 has a great view and is very close to beach. Awsome sunsets. Condo was in good shape/clean/well stocked (except toilet paper & dish wash. detergent). Only one elevator working, so some delays. Clean pool/hot tub. Would stay here again. Was not given wi-fi code when picked up keys so had to call back. Enjoyed sunset cruise, rented catamar, drove to the everglades for airboat ride/tour. Great food within walking dist. Lovely beach/dolphins.

Graet week again in Marco Island and the Apollo. The staff at the Apollo were very professional and helpfull durning our stay.

The location of the condo was perfect, having direct access to the beach and a pool at the condo. With little kids, this was a great setup to not have to cross the street to get to the beach with all of the gear. The views are also spectacular. Being on the 3rd floor is also the perfect floor to be on with little kids, as the 2nd floor extends out so we didn't have to worry about accidents with kids and balconies. But it was high enough to have really nice views. The unit was sufficient in size but tight for two adults and two kids. For the cost, it was good value. If you are doing a decent amount of cooking in the unit and have small kids, it can be challenging. With no kids, it would be perfectly sufficient. The unit has a good amount of beach gear that we took advantage of - umbrella, chairs, cooler, boards, raft. The unit finishes are not high end by any means, but sufficient for the value of the nice location and views.

The condo is small but, perfect for 2 people and a perfect location - beautiful sunsets from the terrace! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the bed was comfy and many items you need for the beach are in the storage closet. Everything was clean and neat. Keys are needed for everywhere you go i.e., pool, beach, etc; it's a little challenging but, gives you a sense of safety. One elevator was out of service while we were there and that was a hassle.

This was year #2 in the same condo in the same building (Apollo). For us familiarity bred enjoyment -- we liked settling into the same bed and view of the gulf. We now have our favorite restaurants and places to walk. The staff --Tracy, Jackie, and David--were so helpful. Everything about the building was clean and inviting. We got the opportunity to meet the owners and we were impressed by their commitment to provide guests with a good experience. We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tub--last year both had malfunctioned.

This was our third year in a row that we have been to Marco Island and we stayed at the Apollo each time. The Apollo is one of the older properties on the beach but it is clean, is in a great location & had everything we needed for our stay. The views are breathtaking and it is nice having the Sunset Grille on site for dining. The staff at the rental company was very professional, friendly & helpful as was the staff in the lobby of the Apollo. The unit we stayed in this year was not the best one we have stayed in. It was clean but there were definitely things in the unit that need attention & upgrading. Most importantly, the mattress and bedding should really be replaced. We read about the mattress in a previous review as well. Also the comforter set on the bed was worn, wrinkled and stained. The sheets and pillow cases were old looking and mismatched. A nice bed and sheets is something that would make a two week stay much more comfortable. We would definitely work with the same rental company again & would definitely stay at the Apollo again but may try and rent a different unit as the one we stayed in last year was much nicer.

Toilet was running the whole time we were there.Sand was on the floor when we got there.Mattress replace ment would help this make a more positive stay.Great views.Loved the location

Our first time to Marco Island but definitely will not be our last. The condo at the Apollo was everything we needed. Everything wa sup to date and VERY clean. Already looking forward to next year!
