This three-bedroom, inland, Florida-style home is so spacious and luxurious it’s like staying at your own private tropical resort. It sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
The lanai is enclosed by palm trees and thick tropical greenery, giving you privacy as you swim in the heated pool or use the gas grill to cook up a family barbeque. After lunch, play a game of ping pong or relax on the patio watching the outdoor television. The house also comes with cornhole and bicycles to explore the Island, so you’ll never run out of ways to enjoy yourself.
Life is just as relaxing inside, where modern furnishings blend with ocean-inspired design to create an easygoing coastal feel. Natural light brightens the coral-hued tile beneath vaulted ceilings. Leather sofas as comfortable as they are stylish face the big screen television. Tropical indoor ferns enhance the feeling of tranquility.
The kitchen features a granite countertop and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the dining room table overlooking a garden with colorful tropical flowers and plants. The kitchen also comes with a coffee maker, kettle, and blender so you can sip your favorite beverage on the lanai as the setting sun lights up the Paradise Coast.
Spacious bedrooms are decorated with all the colors of the tropics and come with plenty of closet and drawer space. Open the windows and fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes.
The house is filled with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk to the silken white sands, and turquoise ocean of Tigertail Beach, which is famous for its mesmerizing sunsets and an endless array of watersports. Wade through tidepools in search of colorful shells. Go snorkeling or try stand-up paddle boarding. Or lie back and do nothing but listen to the sound of breaking waves backed by a chorus of seagulls.

I was happy to entertain a number of family members at 870 Kendall. I had not been to Marco Island for many years. The pool was absolutely perfect.
The house was completely stocked. While Tigertail Beach was a bit of a hike, those of you who know Marco Island understand that beach access is very exclusive and limited. It was a very easy bike rider there, and bikes and beach paraphernalia are provided.

The pool area is fantastic to hang out at after a day of exploring. The location to Tigertail Beach was great and the shelling was also fantastic. The parking fee for the beach is $10 a day but well worth it. We walked across the marsh which is a shorter walk. Would stay here again.

Had lots of fun swimming in the pool, which was very large, and the water temp was perfect in March! Easy drive to the main strip. Minimal traffic on the Kendall Drive since the road ends at a private resort entry. The home was very cozy, and furniture was comfortable.

the experience with the real estate agency handling the property was seamless! they responded immediately to inquiries via text and sent reminders for trash removal etc. the house was fantastic!!! the pool was sufficiently warm, the decor was inviting and beach themed. my favorite amenity was the beach bike that i rode 4 times a week (i stayed for
a month) to the south end for beach yoga and around town for shopping, breakfast and happy hour. We Dined outside by the pool in a very comfortable outside area with ceiling fans, tv, and dining area. the only downside was the no-serums mosquitos which ate me alive until i ordered some mosquito lanterns and applied bug spray and then it was fine. i think this is an issue anywhere on the island. Loved my month here and was sad to leave!!!!!

This is a beautiful vacation home, with a lovely pool. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Marco Island, in this beautiful home. However, I did not give a 5 star due to the home not being cleaned properly, prior to my arrival. I had to call maintenance upon arrival due to the restrooms being noticeably dirty. Within an hour someone was called to the property and cleaned the bathrooms properly.

Stayed here for a month, mid March through mid April. Great home close to beaches. This house has a nice covered lanai under the house by the pool, ping pong table, outdoor tv. We spent a lot of time down there due to Covid 19 and the beaches closing after out first few days. That was really a let down and we paid $145 to access the beach. Home is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Could use a better large fry pan that’s not warped though. Also the kitchen sink has granite that runs down the middle so if you move the faucet from one side to the other you get wet. That was hard to get used to. Overall and with the awful Covid 19 we had a nice stay

Our stay in 870 Kendall was fantastic. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with lots of attention to details. Probably the best place of the house was downstairs, with the pool, open patio with couch and TV set, and BBQ and dinner table. Also being only 5' by bike from Tigertail beach is a big plus. We usually rent houses in the middle of Marco and go to Marco beach, but over the years, this area became extremely crowded and not so fun anymore. Tigertail beach is still somewhat away from the big hotels so that you can relax and enjoy the beach without too much noise. I'd highly recommend 870 Kendall drive as it's been one of the best rentals we've had over 15 years.

We had wonderful vacation at this well appointed beautiful home. The location was close to everything in a quiet neighborhood setting. The rooms were all good sized and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was very clean. The lanai and pool were large and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The large outdoor tv and seating area were very nice.
There were beach chairs, beach cart, bicycles available for us to use in the garage, Also enjoyed playing ping pong and corn hole.
We would definitely stay here again and we are planning our next trip for this winter.
We had a great experience staying at kendall Dr.The house was very family friendly and my kids loved it, especially the pool!! Great communication from Andrew and we can’t wait to stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!
