The house was clean and in great condition. The furnishings were nice. Pet friendly, Ideal location with a short walk to the beach .

Excellent location of house! Would definitely stay here again! Pool was kept comfortably warm which was wonderful because it was windy and low 70's while we were there and "beach" days were few. Everything you could possibly need was in the house...beach gear, bikes, dishes, spices, linens, etc. Neighbors were very kind as well! Pool guy Enrique was a joy to talk to! New couches were fantastic- just a bit worrisome having two cords stretched across a walkway but that was minor in the scope of things (afraid of not only tripping but snagging and ripping electronics from the couch). Just had to be careful is all. The front door opens to the outside with the hinges on the outside which we found odd. This house is definitely on our list to return to soon!

Great stay at this property. We had a minor issue and the company was there within a few hours to check and resolve the issue. Hospitable and friendly! Absolutely professional.

Dishwasher was full and needed run/dishes put away on arrival.
Pool service came twice during stay, with one visit being very odd as pool staff was lounging on the back lanai for an extended time.
There was a furniture delivery/set up scheduled during the stay that was not communicated until the day of check in.

Overall great house to rent and no complaints! The management company for the house was great as well. Our coffee pot appeared to have a small leak in it and a replacement was delivered within a couple of hours.

We enjoyed our time at this rental house on Marco Island. It was a short walk (0.5 mile) to the South Marco public beach access and the Sunset Grille. Beach toys, chairs, and carts were available for use. Five bikes were present but 3 required some maintenance which was addressed quickly. There is a nice sized screened in pool out back which gets morning and mid-day sun. Overall, we had a nice time at this property.

The location affords walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is equipped with an ample supply of everything you'll need for your stay. Lots of beach towels, beach equipment, cookware, dishes and glasses. It is lacking in enough flatware for 8 people. Nice beds, ample seating inside and out and a quiet neighborhood. We have rented from Marco Island Vacation Properties several times and we have always been impressed with their immediate response when an issue has come up. They couldn't be more accommodating. We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the home. It needs a thorough deep cleaning. Floors are dirty and even though the cleaning people had been there, the floor was gritty and needed swept after our arrival.

Had a wonderful time. Home was clean and very comfortable. The only issue was with the AC. Even after sending out a tech it still would not keep the house cool during the heat of the day. the temp in the house would climb to 83 degrees or above by bedtime and then cool down at night to the thermostat setting of 70 degrees. With this being said I will give it an Overall rating of 4 stars.

Great home in great location. Management company great to deal with as always! This is our 6th year booking through Marco Island Vacation, they are great!

Nice home with a practical floor plan. The house was dirty and smelled bad (dog). There were dust balls under all furniture and dust caked on AC vents, cabinet tops, et cetera. The homeowner should reconsider who is cleaning their home. Once we removed floor rugs and cleaned, it smelled better. We had to clean a house we paid to use! Overall, the home worked well and we enjoyed our stay (after cleaning). Apparently, the owner controls the Nest thermostat. After a long, hot day, we got home to an 76 degree home. As always, it was a pleasure working with Marco Island Vacation Properties. Andrew Vale takes very good care of us. If I'd called him for a re-clean, he would have made it happen. I just didn't want to mess with it.

Home has all you need for a vacation, the Pool and Terrace fantastic, walking distance to the public entrance to the beach, we had a wonderful stay, owners were very accommodating, the team at the rental agency are fantastic, Thank You team.

Renting a house for our Marco vacation was the best decision we made. The house was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 5 kids. The kitchen was well stocked for our meals-in and the size and layout was perfect for gathering together and retreating to the bedrooms for down time. The pool was a hit with the kids and the garage stored so many amenities for our trips to the beach. We had to call in a leaking kitchen sink, but within 24 hours, a repairman was onsite to correct the problem. We had a great experience staying here and we were sad when it was time to pack up and head home. Definitely keeping this place in our "do it again" vacation list!

Great Pool. Good location. Lots of nice big towels. Needs better wagon and a smaller cooler option would be nice.

The house was very nice and in a great location. It was nice having the pool to hang out in during the afternoon when the kids were napping or after we got back from the sunset. Great location to stores and restaurants and so close to Caxambas Park so we could rent a boat and we also were able to launch our own kayaks.

The only issues we had were the AC kept going up to 79 during the main part of the day and we weren't able to get it resolved until the last day. And the ice machine didn't work.

My only complaint about this property was that the basketball goal by the pool was no longer there and that was the deciding factor for our two teenage boys! Other than that, this place was amazing! Close to the beach, pool was well maintained and was used quite a bit during our trip, and plenty of beach towels! We cooked several nights and while there wasn't a ton of pots and pans, we had what we needed! Andrew and the owners were also VERY helpful and accommodating if any issues came up! Loved this place!!!

Great house and set-up with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and pool. Only suggestion is to evaluate the A/C as it had trouble keeping the house cool during the day. Also the gas grill was unreliable and may need to be replaced.

We were thrilled to find this lovely home to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! Our family gathered on beautiful Marco Island and created the best memories. The home was just perfect for our family of 7. The house was clean and orderly upon arrival. Everything we needed was there. The pool was fabulous. Our only experience with the property management company was at arrival and departure. They were very professional. Would love to rent this property again.

This home is exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Up to date appliances and very clean overall. Very comfortable surroundings.

We loved this home. It was spacious and inviting. 3 blocks to the beach. We walked every time. There are chairs and sand toys provided in the home. The pool is much bigger in person. Would love to rent again.

Our family spend five nights in this house on Marco Island, and we truly love the experience. The house is clean and spacious, and the pool was a nice bonus! The walk to the beach wasn't too bad, but definitely bring a wagon to carry your stuff for the day. We would definitely come back to this spot for a vacation.

Our stay on marco island was great! Our rental property was perfect. Location was great and was very peaceful. Great vacation!

We have stayed with our family twice at 841, Seagrape and have really enjoyed our holiday on both occasions. The location is perfect for our grandchildren as it is very close to South beach and the owners have a stroller which has come in very handy having small children. The property is very well maintained, we found a tear in the lanai screening last year and the owners had it mended straight away. We found the kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals there and it was very well equipped. The pool was perfect for the children and with life jackets they could swim on their own with an adult present. They loved the freedom and at the end of our holiday were swimming very well. Our family would love to return to Seagrape drive again as we all feel very comfortable there, and look forward to next year, when hopefully we can return to this lovely home.

We loved the house. The floor plan was very good for us when our grown children visited. The pool was great. Loved being able to open up the house. And the fun beach toys chairs and wagon were great for our short trip to the beach. Would rent again!!!

We have rented this home before. The location is great. There was plenty of room for everyone. Is well-kept and very quiet in the Neighborhood.

The house was nice and clean, about 4 blocks from the beach with a nice pool. We vacationed with our 4 grandchildren, who really enjoyed the pool,but got a little noisy while playing in it, so beware of the low sound ordinance on Marco Island. I would recommend this house for couples or for a quite family LOL.

The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is close to the beach and the marina. We enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful,bright,roomy home. Very short walk to the best restaurants, shops and bars. 2 blocks from the ocean set back in a pretty neighborhood with its own large screened in patio with pool. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids! Two dining areas, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking or making & packing a huge picnic for a day out at the beach. There is no better vacation destination than Marco Island!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 841 Seagrape. The house has a great layout, it was clean, had everything we needed, and the pool was fantastic. The location is idea because it is an easy walk to the public beach. It's also easy to walk to the stores/restaurants in the Marco Walk, the mini golf, and the souvenir shops along Collier. The property management company was friendly and very accommodating and provided great communication - we were sent reminders to take out the trash/recycling, how to prepare for check out, etc. The only advice that I would give renters - would be to be wary of a particular grumpy neighbor who doesn't like noise (even during the day). We had a house of 4 adults and 3 kids - on a day that was too windy for the beach, we decided to hang out by the pool. This neighbor must not be a fan of laughter and/or families having fun. But for the most part, we spent our time at the beach so it wasn't a big enough issue to impact our vacation. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return again in the future.

Our family stayed here in December 2016. Everything was up to date and clean. The location is great and we were happy!

House was very clean, the pool was maintained very well. Could walk from the house to beach in 10 minutes.The only problem was the Air conditioning would shut off at certain times and be uncomfortable.I think that it was computer controlled.Other then that had a great time.
