This rental home was a great fit for our stay in Marco - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was just fantastic, plus the little play room worked as a "bedroom" for our youngest kiddo. The management is great, responsive, and highly communicative about expectations and reminders for trash day, the noise restrictions for Marco, etc. Would highly recommend for family and friends looking to stay in this area. The only deduction in stars for cleanliness was regarding some spider webs high up in corners, likely harder to spot for the cleaning crew (easy to fix). The pool and patio area was fantastic allowing both sun and shade for most of the day- and we spotted a dolphin, a stingray, some jellyfish, and a manatee mom and baby in the canal! We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this house 3 years ago and it’s evident it has not been maintained. We’ve been to Marco 6 years and this was our worst experience. The shower curtains have stains/are dirty. There were stains on the master bathroom mat, as well as the dining room chairs. One of the first floor bathrooms had black gunk around the shower door so we didn’t use it. The showers overall were not clean. We received a text message about the noise level being too high at 9 in the morning when the landscapers were caring for the property. The pool has missing some tiles and spackling. The hammock was ripped upon arrival so we replaced it so we had something to use. I would be disappointed if I was the owner of this property and the lack of maintenance.

Pool wasn’t heating and didn’t get to use for first three days. Hot tub didn’t work for first two days. Both were fixed but multiple days without both put a damper on the trip. The house overall was very nice and clean. Bedrooms each had their own bath. Towels were high quality not the usual cheap hotel towels.

Very positive vacation experience. Responsive property management. Delightful home with considerable thought to the family & rental must haves.

We were very pleased with our stay in this. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Great bathrooms. We actually loved the separate old fashion hot tub, it was always hot and a great place to hold a conversation.
There was a leaky sink faucet . Marco vacation properties replaced it the next day. Great service. Highly recommend the place!!!

FANTASTIC!! We all really enjoyed ourselves. The house had bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Pool toys and beach towels too.

It is a wonderful home. My problems were that no one had obviously done a walk thru of the home. There were tons of bugs, spiders, etc. knowing that a hurricane came through prior to our visit. I would have thought someone would have gone over the property. The dishwasher smelled awful.
The house had tons of toys for you to ply with.

It was a good house. We were together as a big family of 8 and had enough space. We just realised little edges which was not a big problem. There were always people took care of the property, means pool, green etc. Even we had a problem with the laundry (washing machine) it was fixed quickly. We would rent again.

Great location and dock for boat rentals is satisfactory. Home was large enough and provided enough space for our group. The pool and deck space was great, but the hot tub needed to be serviced
(We let the property management know). Thankfully it was summer and didn't need it. Kitchen is well stocked for you beach/boat getaway (FYI there is both a 10 cup coffee maker and a Keurig machine for the coffee drinkers as the property description is not specific on those appliances). Would stay again!

The rental property was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have beach towels and chairs available as well as bicycles. Property was very convenient to shopping and the bay. Pool was in the sun but had some shade for lounging. Some minor plumbing issues were quickly addressed and demonstrates attentiveness of property management.

Easy process. The house was great. Well equipped and well maintained. The location was good, but a drive to the beach and a .8 mile walk to the stores/restaurants. But a good value. There is one bedroom that has twin beds and a hall bathroom......just FYI if you're wanting private bathrooms for all bedrooms.

Nice large home on canal with pool & hot tub. When we arrived there was a box rotting food in there which left us battling gnats all week unfortunately & the hot tub filter was not working at full capacity most of the week. They were kind enough to give us a late check out though.

This home offered nice spaces for the family. With 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and a large living/family area, it was very nice for the family gathering together, but could have used a little more seating. Easy access to a nice size pool and hot tub was a lot of fun for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall I would give this home a 9 out of 10.

This house was perfect for our family to gather for a week. Pool and hot tub thoroughly enjoyed, house was clean, bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen was adequate, could use more larger bowls and pots but we managed just fine. It was at times difficult to get out on to Collier Blvd due to traffic. Great trip!

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and we loved the open floor plan. The pool and hot tub were great!! The pool could have been a little warmer. We will definitely be back!

Greatly enjoyed our vacation on Marco and this great house! Spacious, clean and well appointed. My husband and I loved the hot tub and my sons enjoyed fishing right from the dock. The video games were perfect during the couple rainy days we had. We will definitely rent this house again. Highly recommended!!!

Overall the vacation was great, had a few issues, like no propane in grill called they came right out, had a from a repairman with no notice. There were not too many necessities(cookware,ect..)

This is a beautiful home that lived up to all of our expectations. We had 10 family members together for a week vacation in this lovely home and enjoyed every minute of it. Marco island vacation properties Company was very responsive to our needs. There was a minor problem with the air conditioner for a couple of days, but that was taken care of. The view is spectacular, the pool is beautiful. We rented a kayak for the week and was able to let down into the waterway right in the backyard and our family was able to enjoy that while we were there. Would definitely rent this property again!

The rental home is great for a family, with plenty of space for gathering and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The fenced-in yard is helfpul,, especially for pets. The home was well equipped with "rental move-in" supplies such as coffee filters, paper products, and basic cleaning products. The sufficient amount of plates, glassware, silverware and utensils were a plus.
