630 Kendall Drive

We had a great experience. The house was perfect in every way. Southern exposure so we enjoyed sunshine all day long.

This villa is ideally situated in walking distance of the beach and on a waterway, we even had a dolphin swim by one day! Very handy for shops and restaurants too and with Naples not too far away.
Excellent service from the agent when we reported the barbecue to be in poor condition and possibly not safe. It was replaced the very next morning with a brand new barbecue while we were out!
However the linen supplied is rather well-used, towels and sheets were not in the best condition, no doubt due to heavy use. We have had better supplied in other villas.
We were also plagued by "no see'um" bugs both in and out of the villa despite having a lanai. This was probably due to the dry weather but we were literally covered in bites. We have never had this problem indoors before, not sure if this is something we should have reported or if it was due to the lack of lizards and natural predators after Hurricane Ian last year.
We enjoyed visiting Margaritas casual Mexican restaurant- excellent food we went twice, Carrabas the Outback, and the Sunset Grill on the beach- what a view!
Overall a fantastic break and we felt the agent was caring and reactive when we reported the problem with the barbecue.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

We had a great week in the rental property. When we first walked in the teenage girls said "This looks like something out of MTV Cribs" :) as the view from the front through the pool to canal is very impressive. Overall the house was very clean and had everything you need for a week stay at on the island. The pool was very warm but comfortable and the chairs/recliners around the pool were great to relax on. There were fans outside that kept you cool even in 90 degree weather. The dock was very nice as well to hang out by the canal. The AC worked very well and the internet was very good pulling at least 150MB/s which was great for streaming or checking emails. The bikes were great to get around on and ride down to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but it is a trek to the beach due to the Tigertail lagoon. With a brisk walk it's about 15-20 minutes to actually get to the water (there is no straight line to the beach because of the lagoon). The rental company had good communication along the way texting garbage, checkout, and other reminders. I do wish the house had a keypad and not keys which is stressful to worry about losing them. Overall I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at 630 Kendall! The house was very clean. The pool was amazing! We were able to spend the day watching the boats go by in the channel. The house had everything we needed which allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home! Besides myself and my husband, we brought our 16yo daughter along with our 23 yo daughter and her boyfriend. We REALLY enjoyed the pool and the view out the back of this house is one-of-a-kind, literally. Someone purchased the lot directly behind this house across the canal and landscaped it beautifully instead of building a home. That was really nice to look at everyday! I don't believe the pictures of this home on the website are updated to show that. Also, they have upgraded some of the living furniture and light fixtures since these pictures were taken. Most importantly to note, if you are going to stay here, is that the home came with 8 beach towels, 6 or 8 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, lots of water toys, and a cooler. They also had 4 bikes and one kayak. We own kayaks at home and love to kayak so this is a great touch, especially since you can walk right out the back door and put it in the water directly from the new upgraded deck. However, we would have loved to have a 2nd kayak so we could go in pairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. I love frozen drinks - pina coladas especially, and they have a blender. However, I suspect it has been well used as it doesn't work as well anymore. We made it work for us, but a new one could certainly be on the list. The pool and yard are maintenanced impeccably and we would definitely stay there again. Marco Island is beautiful and makes for a slow-paced, enjoyable vacation. This house is close to Tiger Tail beach but it is a loooooong walk down to the water. Very long!! We did go there, but decided South beach was our favorite. There's minimal parking for it though. We stayed here in June 2022. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!!

My wife and 2 adult children enjoyed the 630 Kendall Drive rental very much. The floor plan is large enough to accommodate privacy when needed and entertaining. The 4 bikes and beach equipment added to our stay.

The blue house is amazing, it has everything you can ask for. The pool and the deck are the best for the kids. We have a 7 and a 2 years old. The location is also great, they had bikes, beach gear and toys. We had the best vacation week in years.

Beautiful home and very close to anything you want to do on the island. We especially enjoyed the pool and dock fishing. The house is very clean and well maintained. Andrew is the best and always helpful making our vacation enjoyable. I always contact Andrew for our Marco vacation plans!!

The house is very nice and the view is great. The bikes were nice to ride to Tiger beach just a few minutes from the house. The house was clean and well-maintained. Shooks restaurant had good food and entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay in this delightful Marco Island home! The house and the north end of Marco Island is beatiful! The house was super clean and well equipped with everything that we needed during our stay! We really enjoyed the pool with the relaxing waterfall sounds! Such beautiful views and wonderful sunsets from the lanai! Easy walk to Tigertail beach and having use of the bicycles allowed us to leave the car at home and explore the island on bikes! I will recommend this property to friends and family and I will absolutely choose this home for future Marco Island vacations!

House was fabulous~!

Our family of four (2 college kids and parents) enjoyed an amazing week at this home - the view, the pool, the pier, the beach gear, the bikes all helped make it perfect. So much space for just the four of us! Easily able to walk or bike to restaurants, stores and the BEACH! Our first time to Marco Island and loved the peace and quiet and personality of the area. We rented a boat for one day and explored the intercoastal waterways. We did a jet ski dolphin tour with Avi - soooooo many dolphins everywhere and he was great.

We've stayed in some Marco Island rentals and this was a last minute rental. The process was easy. The house was very comfortable, well-appointed with a nice pool area, kitchen, and bedrooms. Plenty of towels, cookware, good outdoor seating and loungers, laundry appliances, nice cable tvs, etc.

My only criticism is that the lanai screening is in need of repair. We contacted the real estate office upon our arrival to report it. They said someone would be out to fix it but no one showed up. That's ok, it just looks bad and no-seeums can get in. If it were August, it would have been a big problem. And there were outdoor lights that didn’t work. Other than that, we would stay there again.

The house was a great size for us as it was just the two of us. Would work well for a family or two couples. Loved to sit on the dock and watch the sunset. Well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cookware, utensils, etc. The hall bath has a closet full of towels. Just be sure to bring shampoo, laundry/dishwasher/dish detergent. The folks from Marco Island Vacations were great. Short walk to tigertail beach and the house comes with bikes and a beach cart which is nice. A couple of recommendations: Avi’s Watersports for a jet ski trip...Avi is just the best. BiminiTwist for a shelling tour or fishing charter. Sandy was our captain...both Sandy and Avi had us on the water longer than scheduled. For incredibly fresh, low key seafood lunch, Lee Be Fish can’t be beat. Deep Lagoon is a new restaurant right on the water at the Esplanade and was terrific.

We have rented homes on Marco Island from Marco Island Vacation Properties for a number of years. Andrew and his staff have always been professional and have always be attentive to our every need. I would not hesitate to continue to rent one of their properties. We have always been overly satisfied.

Nice home, stayed at much better maintained homes on Marco for the same price.

We had a great get away. Beautiful weather, the pool was fantastic. Open floor plan, comfortable king bed, plenty of bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great January in Blue House, property was in good shape in a great location short walk to Tigertail Beach.
We had excellent service from Andrew of MIVP, any problems were dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction.

This house was awesome. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The location is great, the pool is perfect and the layout of the house is really nice. I drank my coffee on the dock every morning, then went to the beach then back to the pool. For those that like the beach Tiger Tail is cool to see, but South Beach is easier to get to and a better beach experience. It is only 2 miles away. I will rent this house again if its available the next time I am in Marco. Loved it!

We had the most amazing vacation in Marco Island at this house. It was beautiful, spacious, spotless and had everything that we needed for a week in the sun. We are already trying to plan a return visit!!Thank you!!

The moment we walked into this house we knew we had found the perfect place to call home for a month!! Everything you could ever want or need was provided from cooking utensils to bicycles to fishing poles to pool towels. Location was perfect for walking the beach, biking for pleasure or to restaurants or just sitting in the lanai watching boats glide by in the canal. Highly recommend this home as well as Marco Vacation Rentals. Checking in/out was a breeze!

We spend a month in Marco each year and have been coming for many years. 630 Kendall was one of the best houses we have rented- excellent location, close to Tigertail beach, wide water, sunset facing and very comfortable inside and out. We were very comfortable and really did not want to leave!
We had excellent service from Andrew at MIVP, nothing was too much trouble and made our stay trouble free.

3 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for all possible opportunities. 3 different dining spaces, everything is beautifully decorated. Outside is a lanai with a nice pool area and a solid boat deck.
There we had a breathtaking view on the sunset.4 beachcruiser bicycles took us in just a few minutes to restaurants, publix supermarket and the beach. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time.
