We had a wonderful experience on Marco Island! The house was amazing and the rental company is very helpful and responsive. The coffee maker in our rental was broken and they replaced it same day. We will definitely return.

This house was perfect for what we needed! The location is great, walkable to restaurants, 7-11 and the beach. It was exactly as decribed and in great condition. Super easy to check in and out. We had a great week!

Our stay was fantastic. There was plenty of space for my wife and I. Had all the amenities, very convenient to all the restaurants and beach. Very relaxing, comfortable and inviting.

I would definitely stay here again. This place suited our needs so much to where we didn't want to leave the property. Meaning relaxing in the pool area with a cocktail and relaxing, need I say more. This was a great experience.

Company made rental check-in and out very smooth - we arrived late and I had to arrange for another person in the party to check-in for me - the rental company took care of that without a problem. The house was very clean, in great condition and offered good amenities - walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Pool area was our favorite part of the rental property.

We loved this home and all the amenities. Great location as it was close to the beach and many restaurants. The only downside to this house was the lack of sunshine at the pool. Literally no sun at the pool at any time of the day. This was highly disappointing as we planned on lounging in the Florida sun by the pool.

Modern 2 million dollar smart home. Just gorgeous. Home was clean. Beautifully decorated. Had 6 bikes in the garage. Beach chairs. Pool. Outside kitchen, tv and music throughout the house. Ping pong table.

This home is a one of a kind find! The property is conveniently located in close proximity to the beach and even closer to some of the best restaurants Marco has to offer. The home is your luxury home away from home. We enjoyed the thought out needs you may have that are provided in the home for your use on an island vacation. Bikes, beach apparel and extras in the pool area are just a few of the many things that are provided by the wonderful owners of this home. The lighting and entertainment within the home and outside were used to relax and enjoy. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to share your home with my family!! We had a wonderful experience at 624 Seagrape Drive. The house is as advertised - which isn't always the case in the rental market. It is well maintained, highly functional and enjoyable. The pool and outdoor area is really nice. We loved spending the morning at the beach and then relaxing at our private pool in the afternoon.
The location is ideal - it is no more than 10 minutes to get anywhere on the island. You can walk out the back gate to mini golf. Most importantly, you can walk out the back gate and head south for one block and you are at a public beach access point. This is so convenient! The beach cart, chairs, umbrellas and cooler were in good condition and provide everything you need to have a wonderful time at the beach.
The property management company was wonderful to work with. We appreciated their proactive emails with reminders. The app is a great place to search for recommendations. Check-in and check-out was so easy - it took just a few seconds.
Book this house - you will not be disappointed!

House was beautiful, accommodating 3 adult couples perfectly! Spent tons of time at the pool!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The location was wonderful and a very easy walk to the beach. We went to the beach everyday and was able to watch every sunset at night. Location is right across the street from the plaza, so three 16 yr old girls, always had something to do. We have stayed in Marco numerous times, and this is one of the best houses we have stayed in.

Walk to beach is perfect location. We visited mini golf several times as it was nearly in our back yard. The pool was great and the technology in the home was easy to use. Also the property management company are all so kind and responsive! We are already booked to come back next year.

This vacation home has thought of everything. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked and there are towels galore. The pool and lanai are an extension of the home. We enjoyed the bikes and used the beach chairs, beach cart, and cooler. Just come with your clothes and sunscreen and pickup your grocery order at the Publix or Winn Dixie. We enjoyed delicious meals and utilized the grill. The home is close to everything you need from the beach to food. Enjoy your time in this home as you will make some wonderful memories with friends and family.

We rented for two weeks in the end of December for the holidays. The house is impeccably decorated with the high quality items and an extensive sound and light system throughout the home. As a contractor by occupation, we could not believe the extent of the upgraded features offered in the house and how they thought ahead to address every possible need of their renters.
The location is ideal, walkable to beach, restaurants and ice cream shop. We used the bikes everyday.
For Christmas, I had a good piece of jewelry sent to the house via Fed Ex. Something happened with the delivery and it never came before we left. No one could find the piece, and Fed Ex had left it without a signature. The owner Tim and Andrew Vale, the rental agent, searched the yard and house for the small package. It was eventually located! They are honest, and thoughtful people who went out of their way to help me. I am forever grateful and will be a returning guest next year!

We have not yet been here for 24 hours (of a 5 night stay) but there is no question that this property is exceptional. Location? Excellent. 600 steps to the beach, right behind a miniature golf course (quiet thus far) and within a very short walk of several restaurants.

The home is the attraction. Modern but comfortable with all of the tricked out lighting, appliances, and extras. Subtle but smart decor, not gaudy. The pool and deck area is the true star of the home and it is set up to keep the family entertained. The master bedroom and bath? We could stay in there several days if it were not for the need to eat.

I worked in the hospitality industry so I find faults pretty easily. I'm happy to say, I'm stumped. The owners of the home took great care in the design and obviously want their guests to be comfortable. Beach chairs, toys, a cooler and a cart are sitting in the garage waiting to be taken over to the Gulf of Mexico. A ping pong table and cornhole game out back will keep the kids entertained.

I find myself gushing over this home, and I assure you I'm not the owner. Absolutely wish I was. We will forever be spoiled in the vacation rental world as this house will be very difficult to top. Book it. You won't regret it.
