Fabulous house to stay in. Great open plan layout with lots of seating and dining options. Comfortable bedrooms with modern bathrooms. The pool area was amazing with views across the canal with privacy either side. Would love to return to this home again. The rental company are the best I have dealt with in Florida over my 25 years of staying in the state.

This is our 3rd year renting this house and we have booked for next year already. It is the perfect house for my husband and I and our three daughters and their spouses. Each have thier own bedrooms with a bathroom to share while we have the master with our own bathroom. We all absolutely love the lanai with the pool and hot tub. It is close to South beach and all of the shopping and eating places. We love the extra's of beach chairs, the beach wagon and the beach cooler. The house is very clean and very well maintained. The management service is amazing and replaces/helps with everything we needed immediately. The only upgraded needed is that the bed pillow, bath and beach towels all need the be replaced as they are getting wore out. They are the same ones we have had for all three years. A wonderful rental house I would recommend to anyone. I only gave a 4 star on the condition of the pillows and towels.

My family of 8 had the pleasure of renting the Century Ave property last week. Could not have asked for a better house, everything was there for us other than groceries. My grandkids didn't want to get out of the pool, even to go to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend.

520 Century Drive was a beautiful house. The house was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were plenty of beachtowels, beach chairs, a wagon and cooler. We would definitely stay in this house again.

We rented this house and it was very nice. The house was in a quiet area, near the beach entrance eand hat more than enough space for the 2 of us. The only suggestion that we would like to make is to "invest" in 2 or 4 pool chair cushions for the beds near the pool. These cushions are not expensive and it would increase the resting on the beds extremely.

The property needs new pillows and towels. I borrowed a pillow from a relative's home after the first night. The management company responded quickly and professionally for the two slight issues we had (one was a ?, one was a chirping smoke detector). The area behind/underneath kitchen trash bin was very dirty....

It was another amazing week in the rental house. This is our second summer in the same house and we have booked for a week next summer already too. The only updates might be better bed pillows and bathroom and beach towels. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation with our family!

Initial impressions were very good. Property was clean and well presented.

However, pool was not heated when we arrived and was not repaired for three days due to issues after Hurricane Ian. This is understandable but very disappointing that Marco Villas were not aware before we arrived.

Bed in second bedroom collapsed but was fixed same day.

Large plastic drinking tumblers were cracked and several leaked and need to be replaced

Utensils: Could do with a water jug and pizza cutter. For a house said to take 8 guests, the number of knives, forks and spoons is minimal

To our knowledge, pool man came just once during our three week stay. He is due on Wednesdays and we were home all day. Bottom of the pool needed cleaning.

There is no clothes horse outside for drying swim shorts and towels

We had a great time at this property, which is in a great location for supermarkets, shops and bars. All are within walking distance.

THE GOOD
-Grounds are impeccably kept
-Very clean upon arrival
-Pool was great!
-Soft chairs in lanai are super comfy, used them often
-Comfortable beds, pillows could be softer but are fine
-Beach equipment/toys was a nice touch
-Curtain rod anchor failed causing curtain to dangle precariously, but property manager was super responsive and had it fixed within 36 hours.

THE NOT SO GOOD
-Kitchen was a little tight with Fridge location
-No cutting board to be found?
-Frying pans were rather beat up and old, lots of food sticking
-Could have used a few extra beach towels
-Entire screen section was damaged in lanai allow bugs in
-Vacuum was damaged and did not have enough power to work properly

We spent five weeks at this house and very much enjoyed our time there. But there isn’t an extra piece of furniture in the interior! Every bedroom other than the master has one bedside table. There is only one side table in the tv area, with a modem sitting on the floor below the Tv. We used the top of a cooler balanced on top of a step ladder as a bedside table in one room (only extra item we could find!). There is no way to clean the house, as the vacuum cleaner is useless, so we just swept and then purchased a mop to clean the tile floors. I mention these things because they can be easily remedied, and should be. We had no issues other than these inconveniences, the lanai/pool/spa were fabulous, though the cushions on the exterior chairs around the table were stained and flat from cushion death! The outside chairs and couch were fine and comfortable! The mattresses were decent and everything was in working order. The location was fabulous.

It met all of our expectations.

We rented this home for two months. It has an excellent controllable heated spa and pool that complements it’s relatively close location to Tiger Tail beach. So no matter what your water entertainment preference you are covered. You can walk to the beach (12 minutes) or drive (2 minutes). You can walk to 4 different good restaurants in about 10 minutes.
Since the home is located near the end of a canal, there was not much boat traffic however, this seemed to make it a preferred location for Manatees. We saw three different Manatees including a mother with it’s baby.
We had two small appliance breakdowns that the property manager took care of the same day so there was no inconvenience for us.
The layout of the home is perfect allowing for great visibility to the canal and pool no matter where you are in the house. The furniture (including the pool area) was comfortable and the king size master bed was excellent.
I have rented three different homes on Marco Island in the Tiger Tail beach area and enjoyed this one most.

For the second bath we would prefer the hall from the extra bedrooms to the bath to have a door separating them from the living area (a minor issue).

We are a family of 5, with teenage boys. This house was perfect. Plenty of room. The HIGH ceilings make the house feel very spacious. The pool is perfect size the outdoor space is great. We have been vacationing in Marco for about 25 years and we have not stayed near this location before. The location of this house is perfect. We rented bikes for the week and biking from place to place was so easy. The beds were comfortable. Really a great place to rent. We had zero issues, the house is exactly how it is pictured.

Everything was exceptional. We loved all of the beach stuff provided (umbrellas, coolers, and a stroller to carry everything). Easy access, very clean, and loved the hot tub and pool. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great layout. Great neighborhood especially Close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Management replied quickly and solved some things that needed to be taken care of immediately. Definitely would rent home again.

Attractive home with everything you need for a long stay. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of plenty of beach stuff (towels, chairs, etc.). 1 mile to the Tigertail beach parking lot, but the beach itself is then another half mile from the lot - walkable, but a bit far on a hot day.

PROS: very clean, beautifully decorated home; loved the pool and hot tub.

CONS: house temperature was 87 degrees when we arrived. Guest services were prompt, but wasn't until 2AM that house temperature was bearable; home needed some maintenance- lanai fan about to fall off; light above toilet in master bathroom.

BIGGEST COMPLAINT: THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY IN VRBO STARTS WITH, "One of the world’s finest beaches is just a short walk from your heated pool." SINCE WHEN IS A ONE MILE, 19 MINUTE WALK A SHORT WALK? THIS WAS VERY MISLEADING. WE FELT CHEATED AND DISSAPPOINTED. VRBO, PLEASE CHANGE THIS FABRICATION.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house over the Fourth of July 2018. Loved the pool and hot tub and the fishing dock which was used quite a bit. Had some issues with locks and Marco Island Vacation Properties were very responsive. Would recommend to anyone to stay in this property with two caviats. The first is that it is not a short walk to the beach. Its a short drive to the beach. So you have to be very committed to staying at the beach that day because parking runs between $8-$12 a day. I also do not recommend using tiger tail for beach access. You have a long walk to the beach from this point . parking was $12. So we were already committed because we found out after the fact that was not the best beach access point. I recommend using the beach access between the Hilton and the Marriott Crystal Shores. Parking was $8. The gripe I do have is that I booked through VRBO and was charged and additional $153.00 just too book. Had I booked direct through Marco Island Propeties I dont think I would have been charged the fee. When I called the property management company several times. I was told I would have to call VRBO myself to get this straightened out. I dont believe the costs were broken down that way when I booked so that fee was a surprise to me. Other than that we had a great time!!

Nice Place very friendly staff.

The house was great and the pool areas was fantastic. We loved the pool area and hot tub. Great for a morning cup of coffee, playing in the pool or lounging in the hot tub. We especially liked that the pool was deep. The house was close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store which was nice. You could walk to the beach, but with a 8 month old, we did drive. We would definitely stay at this house again.

This beautiful home is a gem, nicely furnished and comfortable, with space for everyone. Great location. We enjoyed the lovely pool area daily, soaking up the sun and cooking on the grill in the evening! Looking forward to a return vacation!! We have visited Marco Island for the past six years. This particular property was very clean and presentable, very modern with an open concept. I love the decor and furniture of the house. The pool was excellent, you can even watch the sunset from it. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy, including your own chairs and umbrella for your daily beach escapes. I highly recommend this property for your next adventure to Marco Island.

The home was perfect and clean. Very roomy and had all the amenities we needed. The management people were absolutely helpful and very friendly. They were easy to get a hold of. The location of the home was perfect intuit we walked to dinner and stores. And it was a quick bike ride to the beach and many other places. I am so glad we chose this home as it was essential in making our vacation a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time staying in Marco Island. The house we stayed in was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. The beds were amazingly comfortable! We have been bragging about this amazing house to all our friends! The property management company was excellent to work with, friendly and extremely helpful. We felt very well taken care of.

We had a wonderful time at 520 Century Drive! The beach was close and the house had all of the amenities that we had hoped for...pool, hot tub, comfy lanai, adequate bedroom space, large living area suitable for get-togethers with relatives and friends! The house was in very good condition and the two things that we found that needed repaired were done so in the first day of our vacation! We truly appreciated this quick fix! It is a neat home and lots of extras were . beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The only thing that could have made this stay better would have been a few bicycles for the younger visitors who would have liked to go to the beach more frequently. All in all, we would love to come back and enjoy this home again!!

This property was great! Bedrooms were good size and was very clean. Great pool area for the kids to enjoy and hot tub also. Fishing off the dock to catch fish was fun, just have to fish the tides. Great property would definitely rent it again! Working w Andrew @MarcoIslandVacationRentals was fantastic. Top notch rental agent was on top of anything we needed.
