Sin duda alguna fueron unas excelentes vacaciones, la vista es mágica, todo limpio en la propiedad con excelentes ubicaciones la casa contaba con juegos de mesas que fueron el toque de la noche, montamos kayak en fin unas Varaderas vacaciones

So much space for our group! All the beach stuff you could need. Tons of beach towels, too! Enjoyed having so many kayaks for our large group as well. Lots of seating in enclosed porch area. It was a longer walk to the beach than I imagined (Tigertail has a lot of sand to walk thru to get to the water).

We had a fantastic stay on Marco Island! The house was exactly as advertised - spacious and bright with a perfect layout for our 2 families (7 cousins ranging in age from 6-14). The kids spent endless hours between the pool and the dock, and we loved the easy bike ride to Tigertail Beach and to the shops. It was the perfect distance for a fun family outing on wheels. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full range of appliances, which made cooking meals a breeze. What truly impressed us, though, was how well-stocked the house was with essentials. We've stayed at many VRBOs in the past, but this one had everything you could think of - spices, oils, aluminum foil, you name it! They even had a whole selection of margarita blenders, which came in very handy after a long day at the beach! Little touches like this really made a difference and helped us feel right at home. Overall, we can't recommend this house enough. The house was perfect, the location was ideal, and the owner was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

This house is in a wonderful location and is near everything you could need. The activities provided for you, kayaks, bikes, pool floats etc were much appreciated and added to the fun the house also provided all the amenities we could need. The acoustics in the house we're not good as you could hear any little thing throughout. The fact we received a warning call as we were just sitting on the lanai talking at 6:55pm on a Saturday was upsetting. I mean there are 12 people talking, and it wasn't the neighbors complaining, so just know the owners receive noise alerts from sensors at the house. Seems invasive to me. Some of the mattresses were uncomfortable and some outlets in bathrooms did not work. Description of beds was misleading, as the sofa bed is in the living room and not in with one of the king sized beds as expected. There is also a neighbor who would stand on his lanai and watch us in the pool which was kind of disturbing. Overall though, we had a wonderful time and have no regrets about choosing this house.

We had 12 people from age 20 to 84 and we all had a great time. The house accommodated us perfectly and had everything we needed for a good experience for all. The kayaks and bikes helped a lot considering the weather wasn’t always great for pool time! We walked to the farmers market, restaurants and the grocery store. Great location!

Our stay was wonderful until we went to breakfast on our last day. We returned to the house after breakfast to let my granddaughters go to the bathroom and had found out that all the toilet paper had been removed from the house. We had returned to the house before the 10:00 check out time. We also had an incident that we returned home from being out one day and the garage was open. Now that we know that the owner of the home lived close by and was the one ho removed all the toilet paper I fill kinda creeped out. Long story short would we rent from Marco Island properties yes, this house maybe no unless the owner understands about privacy.

The bikes, kayaks, pool and location on the water were great. My bed was terribly soft and noisy. Two of the bedrooms were very hot.

Marco is a great Island and this home is in a great location on the water. The Property Manager took care of issues in a timely manager. The House needs some TLC compared to others in the area. It was large enough with enough bathrooms for all. The pool was well kept.

We selected Kendall for our holiday gathering on Marco Island; it was a great choice. Our family enjoyed a two-week stay in a home that perfectly met our needs...bedrooms, baths, heated pool, well-equipped kitchen, good location for stores and restaurants, and a dock for launching kayaks or fishing. The owner and management team were responsive and helpful.

As a family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children), we spent 2 weeks in this house and we had a very good experience.

We visited one week post Hurricane Ian and other than one panel of the lanai not being there you would not have noticed any issues.

Great sized swimming pool and very quiet location (well, until the 3 kids went outside!!).

Marco Vacation Properties great as always and the home owner themselves even took the time to come check on an issue after the pool pump stopped working due to a power surge.

Second time (and second house) with Marco Vacation Properties and would recommend them to anyone.

We stayed at 435 Kendall for the 2nd time. Great location enough room for grandkids to visit. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on Marco. Management was very attentive to our needs.
Watching the sunset from the lanai is the best! Would definitely stay here again.

Andrew- Property Manager is great. He is very responsive and goes above and beyond. The location of the house is great. The canals were alot of fun kayaking in. The pool and screen porch area were a hit!!

Plenty of room for a big group. Pool was great, as was house location on water and kayaks to use. The layout is odd, and though it's 6 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms only is accessible through another so it's kind of 5 bedrooms really. And those two bedrooms have no bathroom on that side of the house. House could use some updating but we didn't spend much time inside anyways. Very helpful responsive owner, would stay again.

Our stay was great. However the propane tanks were not full as stated. We had to buy a propane tank.

We had a fabulous time. The property was in great shape. We loved the pool the inlet in the rear of the home for kayaking. There was 10 of us and the bedrooms were accommodating for all. Would love to stay there again.

This was a very clean property that allowed our entire extended family to stay comfortably. (We even had a baby with us who never got woken up because the way the rooms were divided.) We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lanai, pool and dock. I’d recommend to anyone looking for privacy with a large group.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 anglers. The home was clean, the kitchen had everything you need and the location is very close to Tigertail Beach. My son and I used their bikes for 1/2 mile ride to beach to avoid $8 parking fee.

The picture and description do an excellent job of letting you know all the details. There were no surprises and the property met our expectations and needs wonderfully. Our host was so kind and quick to answer any and all questions. It seems I had hardly sit “send” and a reply was waiting for me. Super great.

We enjoyed 35 Kendall Drive very much. Conveniently located near Tigertail beach, rode bikes there everyday. Owner provided bikes and kayaks were a great perk. The boys fished in the canals daily with the kayaks. The home is spacious and well appointed with anything you could possibly need durning your stay.

Grandparents, kids, and grandkids all had a great time! Location is great for biking, scooting or walking to Tigertail. We had everything we needed to kayak, bike ride, and swim. Kitchen had all amenities needed. Definitely plan to return.

The house was well stocked, clean and accommodated all 8 of us well. We loved using the multiple bikes, kayaks and beach chairs. We were very busy going from our pool to the beach, walking/biking to the grocery store, restaurants, etc! We had a few minor issues (wobbly table, broken toilet seat) that were fixed immediately. Check in/check out was simple-the property app was very helpful.
