As you make your way inside, you’ll notice that the interior theming borrows its design cues from the surrounding tropics and blends them with modern styles. Boat deck-inspired tile floors, sand dollar white walls, and stylish oceanic décor are brightened by the natural light coming through the windows. The sectional couch provides you with the ideal place to enjoy shows on the television in the living room. To top it off, the interior opens to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the interior and exterior at the same time.

Time to eat? Well, the spacious kitchen features quartz countertops and an island lined with barstools for quick snacking. It also comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner on the wooden dining table or a tropical treat on the lanai.

Once you’re ready to snooze, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space and a cozy feel. The master bedroom, in particular, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a walk-in shower, as well as lanai access for gentle tropical breezes.

The house is filled with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, cornhole, ping pong, PlayStation, laptop docking station, arcade gaming cabinet, Peloton, bocce ball, and bicycles. You’ve also got beach essentials like an outdoor shower, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk to the silken white sands, turquoise ocean, and majestic sunsets of the Paradise Coast.
