265 Villas at Waterside, Unit 201

This villa has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Marco Island. Convenient location to beach, stores, restaurants, the Wednesday market and a beautiful park. Walk in the gated community and meet great neighbors. We stayed here for three months and felt right at home. Next winter we will spend three months here again and we are looking forward to it!

We arrived at our condo in Paradise and immediately took a deep breathe and started to relax. We walked into our condo and knew immediately it was the best fit for us. The accommodations were wonderful. The condo was clean, lots of space, wonderful bedrooms and a spectacular lanai which we all frequented on a daily basis. Well equipped kitchen and linens, lots of storage space and we all had our privacy which was wonderful.
The area was perfect. Very close to Mackle Park which was beautiful for adults as well as children. The beach was approximately 1 1/2 miles away which I walked to every morning. I loved seeing the scenery and knowing in a few moments I would see the beautiful beach.
We frequented many restaurants that were amazing. We stood in line a few times at Annie’s ice cream store which we all loved.
We were fortunate enough to see a Bruce Springsteen cover band at the new and inviting Veterans park area it was so much fun!!! This park is also the location of the Farmers Market every Wednesday. One of the best I’ve ever been to.
The attention that we received from Marco Island Vacation Properties was incredible. We had two light bulbs go out and the handyman arrived within a very short time to replace. While he was there HE noticed another small issue and repaired it without us asking. Great customer service!!!
I definitely recommend this condo. We hope to return next year for a the month of February.

This villa had everything we needed! Very comfortable beds and furnishings. We love the location on the island and you have a nice view with a fountain in front of you. The balcony is a great place for a nap with soothing sounds and warm air! We found the people who live in this community are VERY friendly. There is a lot of artificial arrangements all over the place that collect a dust that I am allergic to and makes me cough, but we enjoyed it so much we are already booked for next year. We loved our stay and even extended for next year!

Love staying in the Villas at Waterside. Nice location, good pickleball group. Condo is roomy and nicely decorated but is getting a little dated.

This our third stay at 265 Waterside Circle, 201. We really like the location and the condo fits our needs for a three bedroom. The upgraded TV and TV provider were a big plus this year - our third. The kitchen is well equipped. We will be back next year.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The condo was very clean and the management team was extremely responsible when I needed them - which was only one time since the condo was in great shape. It is very clean and well appointed. We are familiar with the area and this condo has the best location. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo could use an upgraded Wifi and a new high definition big screen TV - the current one is limited on channels and clarity. The living room carpet is clean but is showing some age? Bring your own knives if you do much cooking. We could not stay for three months next year or we would definitely been back to this location.

The unit we had was very well equipped with great bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. - excellent. One exception would be the main TV was not high definition and could use an upgraded. The cable TV service and channel selection was definitely BASIC and could be upgraded. The unit was very clean but after staying for a few weeks the carpet seemed like old wear was working up through a cleaning? We would highly recommend this location - easy to get around the island from there. We got the opportunity to check out many of the dining establishment on Marco and were generally pleased with most of them. We would highly recommend Marco Island.

The condo was beautifully decorated with everything provided; pots, pans, glasses, silverware, towels etc. Kudos to the owners; they scrimped on nothing. When I first arrived there was a problem with the WiFi connection, which was corrected within minutes by the rental agency.
