We liked the house. Very clean. Beautiful sunsets. There is a new primary bath. We loved the location. Easy to get around the island.

Great island - great location. Quiet and relaxing

We loved it!

This was our second visit to this property which reflects our satisfaction with it. Our first was during hurricane season which was a bit of a disaster!In between times it has had a deep clean and a lick of paint. The lanai overlooks a delightful waterway in which we spotted a couple of dolphins, and the patio and pool are bathed in sunshine from break of day to sunset. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a great time here! The pool overlooking the waterway is relaxing and just what we needed. The house is comfortable and had plenty of space for the three of us.

My husband and I and our two adult children and their partners just returned from a wonderful vacation stay at 242 Seahorse Court.

The house is light and airy with large windows onto the lanai and pool area and the channel beyond. The windows have blinds to keep the sun out in the afternoon. The house is well laid out with the master bedroom and bath on one side and the other two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry on the other side. It has a semi open floor plan, but has a distinct family room area off the kitchen and dining and living room on the other side of the kitchen that also open out to the lanai.
The sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The lanai has three separate sitting areas and all the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We liked the king mattress in the master bedroom so much, we’ve asked for information on its brand and name. We’d love to purchase that mattress for our home!

There are floats available for the pool. There are also beach chairs to use for the beach. We used the dock on the channel to fish, check out fish and load and unload from a boat we rented. There are also two bicycles in the garage available for use.

My adult children and partners had to work part of the time we were there and the internet was fine even while everyone was using it at the same time.

The property management was easy to work with—renting with them was a very smooth process. We found their website portal very helpful as it provides information on restaurants, events and information about the rental property.

Overall, we loved the property and hated to leave!

The property was well-maintained and the location was peaceful. We were able to fish off of the dock and were joined by a heron one evening. The property manager provided excellent service. Nice local park to walk to. Close to the beaches and harbors.

Needs some work for the price you pay. For example, the drywall had tape where it connected to the shower. The fridge has rust stains coming from the water dispenser. The couch on the porch outside by the pool was broken as well. We love Marco Island and the area is amazing. The house just needs some work.

We were very happy with our stay. The property manager was very helpful with our one problem. The view and pool was fantastic. Pool toys, a few games, and a box full of toys made our stay even more enjoyable. The bikes were fun, two adult bikes but preteens could ride them. A few repairs and updates are needed, but nothing that impacted our stay. Favorite restaurant was Speak Easy with the RIB special on Saturday. Kayak and airboat rides were a short drive away. We will be back to Marco!

other than these issues, very nice home and convenient..

Overall, our stay was wonderful. Renters should be aware that the owner has a very large car in the garage, and there are two bikes and a water heater in the other half. The house is dated, but comfortable.The lanai is a wonderful area.

We rent properties several times a year and this experience and process was one of the very best. The rental company has a very quick check in and out process and an app that provides details to EVERYTHING you could ever need, both at the house and in the area! Amazing quiet location and large clean house. Loved the dock, right on the water. Perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding.

Pool needed to be cleaned

Wonderfully open home with a place for everyone, many spaces to be together when dining or enjoying the outdoors. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Supplied everything we needed for a great stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Seahorse! The home was well appointed with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location was quite convenient to the beach, restaurants, and a nearby neighborhood park. Overall we had a very nice time on the Island.

When we looked at the outside of the home we weren't sure we picked the right home. Once we entered the home it was everything and more. This home was the perfect vacation property filled with everything you could imagine. First class all the way. The property management people were very friendly and helpful.I give them a 10 for customer service. Thank You Guys for making our vacation top notch!!!
