This house was perfect for the 6 of us . Great pool, deep and nice hot tub great location, clean. Had a couple small issues and management took care of them the same day . Would rent again !.

We were very happy with the home. It was clean and very comfortable. We had an issue with the tv's and the management team sent someone out the next morning and fixed the problems.
There are ample pool toys for the kids and beach equipment (coolers/chairs etc.)
We would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have rented this home on Marco. Easy drive to the beach, great pool, and very clean. The air conditioner was not working upon arrival, we called the management company and within the hour it was fixed. We did have to purchase an umbrella and some chairs for the beach (which we left in the rental) because items were broken. There were five guests and we did most of our cooking at home. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and utensils for cooking. Very close to a Publix for those quick trip needs!

Very nice, large home. Excellent floorplan for privacy. Had all the required amenities. Enjoyed the pool. We found it a nice location, centrally located on the island. Routine maintenance companies very courteous & professional. As always, the Marco Island Vacation Properties team was outstanding to work with from reservation to departure.

This beautiful home had everything our family of 9 needed! We love to cook and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed! The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and spacious! The pool was a hit with our granddaughter and the big “kids”! The property managers were friendly and available-we never had a problem or question. I would highly recommend this home to any family! We would love to return for another family vacation!

The furnishings were just a little bit "tired" for the price of a weekly rental, especially the upstairs suite. Mattresses, bed, and upstairs carpet need upgrading. This did not prevent us from having a good time and enjoying the home's amenities (pool, hot tub, lanai) but I expect a higher quality home at this price point.

This home exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and had everything one would need. There were a few maintenance issues that we purposely overlooked. We knew if we reported them they would have been fixed and addressed immediately; But we were there to enjoy the weather, the scenery, the palm trees, the accommodations, our family and attend our daughters wedding. We look forward to staying there again

We stayed here for 6 nights, great house and location, clean and has everything you need. We only had 4 adults and a baby and had plenty of space, they allowed our dog to stay which was one of the biggest reasons to book this house. I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Great location & Beautiful home with all the amenities you will need . Close but not to close to the beach & nightlife. Our family had a wonderful time and we are all ready looking forward to our return next year.

This house was perfect for what we needed for two families in FL to celebrate good news! The house was clean and the instructions were very clear regarding the hot tub. The garbage disposal was leaking the night we arrived (Sunday night) and even though the rental company was closed, we were able to get ahold of them and they sent out someone to fix it first thing. The only issue we encountered was that a construction company showed up to do roof work while we were there, and we were not informed of this. And for the money we spent, we felt it had to have been an oversight to have roof work/pounding going on when the house is to be used for a vacation getaway. It was a very uncomfortable situation for us, in turning away the construction this should not have happened. Other than that, wonderful stay!

We had a great stay, and would recommend this property to anyone looking for alot of room. The pool and Hottub were also awsome. there were bikes, fishing poles and beach supplies everything to make your stay complete. only thing was a full lenght wirror or two would have been nice.

It was really nice and Accomadated all 8 of us well. It was close to a Publix, Walgreens and restaurants. The beach was within 10 minutes away. They had plenty of nice big beach towels and the heated pool was great.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was better than the pictures. We had a family of nine and two dogs. It was perfect for us. We docked our boat behind the house. Rented a pontoon one day and found an awesome beach. Pool and hot tub were throughly enjoyed every day. I will be back to Marco Island in the future.

The house is very nicely laid out, clean and well cared for. The beds are comfortable and the linens and beach towels are perfect. Everything you need is in the house and the kitchen both inside and outside is well stocked with things so you can cook at home. This home was very clean and absolutely beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was perfectly located near grocery stores, shopping, beaches, and restaurants. We absolutely loved it and look forward to staying here again.

Experience was fantastic. Constantly updated with information, App was great source of information. House was clean and perfectly situated. We were two families, total 5 kids (9 people in all) and house was perfect size. No complaints what so ever. Excellent memories for the kids.

We rented this property during Spring Break for a family vacation. It was our first trip with our 7 month old baby and the house did not disappoint. Extremely clean and plenty of space for all. The location was convenient in a very nice neighborhood. Marco Island Vacation Properties was very helpful with getting our rented baby equipment and even jumped in with a forgotten item. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our only critiques include updating the cabinets of the outdoor kitchen area, changing the outdoor blue lights to regular bulbs, and providing a few more high quality pots and pans. Otherwise, it was an amazing home and we will definitely use Marco Island Vacation Properties again.

Despite the cooler weather we had a great vacation. Accommodations were satisfactory. Premises were clean and location was excellent. Only complaints are that pool and hot tub heating was not satisfactory and mattresses on beds need upgrading.

Property is just as described. We stayed with 10 adults over Christmas week. Lots of space for everyone.

While the week started out cool it got unseasonably warm and we enjoyed several days on the beach.

The BBQ is excellent- we grilled a turkey breast roll for Christmas dinner!

The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Everything around our vacation was perfect. From booking, check-in, and the house! We couldn't have asked for a better time in a better place. The house was amazing!

The house was beautiful and roomy; fit our family perfectly. The pool was beautiful and the kitchen is open to the living areas which allowed those who were making dinner to be integrated into conversations. The company was responsive to our needs during the stay and were quick and pleasant in their replies. Would not hesitate to stay again. A GREAT WEEK.

This house was perfect or us! We were a group of 10 adults and 2 kids ages 14 and 4. There was plenty of room and having all of the bathrooms was a plus. Note -- there is an abundance of beach towels, so no need to pack your own! I think this information is useful. The house was very clean and well kept. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much all you need to get by while on vacation. Loved that they had a blender - I drink a protein smoothie every morning for breakfast so it made sticking to my diet a little easier, while on vacation. The pool was perfect - the kids (and adults) were in by 9AM and there were nights we sat out in the pool and hot tub until midnight. It is so close to everything! Walmart is about a 15 min drive, Publix grocery store is just down the street, there is a CVS Pharmacy down the street as well as the Dollar Tree. Ace Hardware is right down the street for your bait + tackle needs plus you can obtain a FL Fishing License there. We rented a pontoon just 6.5 miles away at Isle of Capri Marina and had a wonderful time. We returned home to a nice BBQ while the kids were enjoying the pool and unwinding from the day. We went to South Marco Beach, a very short 7 (or so) minute drive where we relaxed and watched the sun set while having dinner on the patio at Sunset Grille! Public parking is $8 for the day, a small price to pay for the convenience. Back to the house - There is a shower out back that was nice for washing off before entering the pool. The mini fridge is great also, in the pool area. We also enjoyed fishing right in the back from the docks. I had to call the property manager, Fergy, a few times for some small issues but the Customer Service he provided was above and beyond what was expected. On the first night, the propane tank was empty but he showed up very quickly with a full tank! Overall, our stay could not have been better, will definitely rent on the island again and perhaps, the same property!

The house was perfect for my family. So much space for everyone to have their own areas the second floor suite was great. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the many chairs provided for tanning. My teens had a blast fishing off of the dock and caught lots of fish. We absolutely loved this vacation rental!
