As you pull in the bricked driveway, you're greeted by the tropical shrubbery surrounding the front porch, which is the perfect place for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Making your way inside, prepare to be awestruck by the beachy modern interior in front of you. Sun floods and brightens spacious rooms of sand-colored tile. Comfy and stylish furnishings and tropical sculptures, paintings, and décor mix perfectly together to produce a serene feel. Sliding glass doors give you a constant backdrop of the tropical plants surrounding your private retreat, as well as direct access to the lanai.

On the lanai, you'll notice that it is every bit as mesmerizing as the interior, as you're met by pure peacefulness. The experience is even more enjoyable while you’re relaxing in the sun on the loungers, where the only thing surrounding you is the beautiful tropical plants. And there’s no better way to close out a day in the tropics than enjoying the unique view of the sky turning a brilliant orange from the setting sun.

When it comes time to cook and serve a family meal, the modern kitchen features granite countertops with barstools and comes fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware.

Time for bed? Well, every bedroom, along with their ample closet and drawer space, is furnished and decorated with all the colors and comforts of paradise. The master suite, in particular, features a television and en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and glass walk-in shower.

The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels, and a washer and dryer. It even comes with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

Take the bicycles to the community club house which is filled with a myriad of amenities. It features a custom designed pool, with a spacious patio lined with loungers, umbrellas, and stately palms. Other features include a movie theater, fitness room, aerobic room, billiard room and pickleball courts all for your use and enjoyment.
