We had a great stay the home was beautiful functional and met all of our expectations! The home was very clean well appointed and allowed our party a real stress free vacation. The pool area was fantastic we spent a lot of time. Outside. I would highly recommend this property it’s better than advertised and I would definitely rent it again!

Very nice house and great location. Would like to stay 2 weeks next time. Had 2 families in this house and lots of room. Great stay!!!

The house was big and fit our family. Beds were good. There were weird plumbing issues with loud pipes. It had all the amenities that you would want but you could tell everything was well used/loved. Location is good being on the north side of the island but it is a long track to get out to the mouth of the river. Overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone.

Would like to say this was probably the best all around vacation we have had. We try to go somewhere different every year but my wife,kids,mom and dad said they would like to go back to Marco and that a good complement cause the last two years we went to St. Augustine and siesta key. The trip had everything we wanted except we need more time to explore everything that we want. It can’t wait till next year. Thank you to the ladies at the desk for all the help getting us started and as usual there’s always questions when you first get to the house and the text and emails were answered and taken care of immediately. See you next trip

ladies week - worked out perfectly

My family stayed here a week in April. (Now I wish it were TWO weeks!) This home checked all the boxes for us, starting with the staff at MIVP. When we had a small issue, they were there for us. The home was immaculate, supplied with everything we needed, has a wonderful design and decorated elegantly, but simply, and comfortable furnishing (although the Lazy-Boy recliner is missing its handle to recline), is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, has a nice open view from the patio, and is centrally located in Marco, and reasonably priced. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Three senior couples shared a week here. We loved it! The house is very well appointed, even including a meat thermometer that we needed to use. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Location is in a very nice neighborhood for walking, and it's close to the pickleball/tennis center and nearby lake.

We had a nice, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the pool and rode the bikes to the beach. We loved he house - it was so nice and clean!

Our family consisting of 3 families 10 people in total, have been coming to the Island for 19 years. We have stayed in 4 different rental properties and are very happy we found 149 South Seas Court. It is the best at providing all the things we need and then some. Hopefully, we will be back next year.

This home is in immaculate condition with amenities galore. The home was very fresh and clean upon our entrance. Very spaciously with plenty of room to two families with children. This home has everything you need bikes, coolers, beach chairs, toys, floats, tons of towels just bring your clothes!!! Pool and hot tub are bigger than most I’ve seen on the island. The boat dock was a hit for fishing. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Very nice property. Great amenities, more then described in the property listing. Would recommend this property to anyone. I appreciated the property management company’s process. The mobile App was fantastic and communication was timely and spot on.

Home was beautiful and very clean. Great quiet street plus tons of extras in house from bikes to swimming toys and beach supplies. Loved the master bath. The two items not perfect were the upstairs was hotter and took a long time to get to a comfortable temp and the stovetop was hard to use as the numbers were unable to be read.

We had a great experience. Everything was clean and the house was spacious. We had two couples plus 3 additional adults and we all had our own rooms. The only complaint was that we like to sleep with the house nice and cool at night and we were unable to turn the air below 72. There were bikes for each guest and lots of pool floats and toys. Several beach chairs and umbrellas were also included. The second bedroom downstairs isnt really a bedroom, but an office with a murphy bed in it. Definitely have to drive to the beach and it was difficult to find parking on the weekends. But you are close to the grocery stores. The pool deck area has plenty of seating and shade for hot afternoons.

We stayed in this home with 6 adults and 4 young children and found the space and amenities well appointed. The pool and hot tub were great and overall condition was good. We prefer to be walking distance to the beach which this is home not however everything else was great. I would consider staying here again.

We loved our wonderful week at this gorgeous home! The pool and spa are great and the layout is ideal for a bigger group. Will definitely come back here!

This home was incredible for our family + grandparents to get away for a week! With 5 rooms, a pool, a large kitchen, and plenty of amenities - it was the perfect home for our family vacation!

Home was everything we needed & more. Quiet neighborhood in an area of nice homes on the canal. Very nice boat dock. Pool area was spacious & well appointed with plenty of comfortable sitting. The home is very nice, lots of room to accommodate 8 adults, very comfortable & quality furnishing. Owners supplied lots of towels,bedding,bicycles and most anything you would need for a day at the beach. Would not hesitate to book this home again!

A very relaxing and lovely home we stayed in. Location is great, swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the pier, biking riding around town and overall the updated, clean house was terrific.

We loved and very much enjoyed staying at this home! The layout was perfect, and our family enjoyed most the pool, hot tub, kayaking and paddle boarding from the dock and the beautiful views! Home included all the essentials for the beach as well! Close to everything and management company was friends and very responsive!

Very large spacious clean home with all the amenities you can ask for! Also very close to the beaches and short drive from restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The only suggestion we have is to possibly have one of the bedrooms have a bunk bed or two queens.

Beautiful Home

Our family of five had a fantastic family vacation. The WIFI was outstanding as the kids did remote school and we worked remotely. The house had everything we wanted and needed.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful home, we loved it! A perfect vacation home for a large family. The kitchen is amazing with any and all necessary and even unnecessary small appliances. Big screen voice activated TV’s kept the kids busy (and some adults too)! The pool and hot tub are at your fingertips! Dinners were at the giant table in the dining room! Bikes, coolers, chairs and carts are available for the beach. Our only complaint was an uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom and this was discussed with management.
