About
Framed by swaying palms and lush tropical gardens, this 3,200-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom inland home is a private island retreat designed for both relaxation and connection. With a breezy open layout, stylish coastal décor, and a show-stopping lanai, this tropical escape blends luxury and warmth in the heart of Marco Island.
It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queen beds, one sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms. Well, it technically sleeps nine if you include your furry friend. That’s right, this is one of Marco Island’s exclusive dog-friendly homes (up to 50 pounds). It also comes with a two-car garage.
As you arrive, a graceful arched driveway leads you through lush landscaping to a Polynesia-inspired exterior. Inside, the airy living room invites you to settle into the ocean-blue couch and chair in front of the television, with sliding glass doors that open to the lanai—blurring the line between indoors and out.
The open kitchen is a gathering space of its own, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, barstool seating, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a celebratory seafood dinner. A wine bar with a built-in cooler adds a touch of island sophistication. Enjoy your meals around the granite dining table, where windows frame views of the manicured front garden.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. The master suite features an oceanic theme, a king-sized bed, television, generous closet space, lanai access, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, televisions, and storage—one with an en suite bathroom and the other with private access to the lanai. The fourth bedroom doubles as a flexible space with a sleeper sofa and a desk, perfect for catching up on work while still enjoying paradise.
Step outside to your private lanai, a true resort-style haven. Lounge beneath ceiling fans on the outdoor sofa, gather around the oversized dining table facing an outdoor television, and take advantage of the full outdoor kitchen and built-in grill. The heated pool and spa invite you to cool off or unwind, surrounded by tropical landscaping and island breezes.
The home comes fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary wi-fi, a washer and dryer, linens and towels, and a full set of beach essentials—beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella—for days spent on Marco’s white-sand shores.
Best of all, you’re perfectly situated in the heart of Marco Island. Walk to Mackle Park and enjoy basketball, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, a splash pad, and a pirate ship-themed playground. You’re also close to the Marco Island Racquet Club, Historical Museum, and library—making it easy to mix fun, fitness, and culture into your stay.
Whether you're relaxing in the pool, grilling with friends, playing at the park, or working remotely in style, this thoughtfully designed island home offers the perfect balance of comfort, location, and tropical charm.

Our guest services representatives are eager to answer all of your questions and concerns relating to your stay. There are a number of things that impacted our stay. Summarized below, but limited due to character limitation:
1. There’s construction right behind the property (Wish I could upload a photo to give an idea of proximity). If you plan to use the pool, be prepared to listen to construction and have dust kicked up in the pool area. When we reached out to voice frustration, we were told it was outside of their control. While we understand they can’t control a neighboring property, they do have the ability to disclose it, particularly when it is this close (and not just the generic construction paragraph in the rental agreement that any listing has). Hopefully our review makes others aware of the construction up front.
2. Pool heat issues. The pool was very cold upon our arrival. There were no directions on how to use the pool or spa heat. Maintenance came out to assist. After they left, things got worse with the spa completely draining all water into the pool/grass, so they came out again. After their second visit, the pool and spa worked correctly.
3. When the hot-tub is in use, the showers have limited hot water (about 5 minutes). In our experience, you couldn’t use a shower and the hot-tub heat at the same time.
4. The master bathtub didn’t work upon our arrival. Apparently, the rubber ring in the drain was missing so it couldn’t fill up with water. The management company was able to assist with this within 24 hours.
5. Ants - there were quite a few ants in the kitchen area. We woke up to numerous ants in our container of donuts so had to throw them away. Some level of ants/bugs is unavoidable, but this was worse than other properties we’ve stayed at.
A lot of potential for this rental, but not one we would stay at again based on our experience. The most frustrating part of our stay was the response to the construction.
Some kudos to the management individual who came out a few
Manager's Response
Thank you very much for your review, and we are sorry to hear that this stay did not meet your expectations.
As previously mentioned, neither our agency nor the property owner has any control over the surrounding properties. Fortunately, the property is in the mid to later stages of construction and will be completed in the near future.
Our agency provides clear directions within our property booklet, which was texted to you upon arrival. You contacted our office shortly after arriving, and our agency had a representative there within 30 minutes to give you a full tutorial on it. You then contacted our agency around 7:00 pm that night, stating that the hot tub drained. We had representatives there within an hour to assess and address the matter.
We are not sure what you mean when you say that when the hot tub is in use, you could not use the showers. The hot tub/pool had a separate heater located on the exterior of the house. The water heater is located in the garage. Our team also tested the water heater at your request and confirmed that it was working. It is a 50-gallon water heater and will run out of hot water depending on usage, as with any water heater. If you were filling the bathtub (which you used frequently), which uses 30+ gallons, you would run out of hot water shortly thereafter.
The property is serviced regularly by a pest control professional. If you reported this, our agency would have addressed that immediately, as we did with any other concerns you brought to our attention.
Again, we are very sorry that this beautiful house did not meet your expectations. However, it is a stunning property that many guests have already enjoyed and future guests will continue to enjoy. Take care.
