Our vacation rental , was awesome , conveniently situated , perfect location ! The house was very clean , open concept and plenty of room ! Had a great time !

Had rented this property in prior year, 2022. Pretty much 5he same, nice location, starting to show some wear, but just went through 2 major storms weeks prior. Management company was very responsive to needed immediate fixes.

Our family vacation was excellent and this property suited us very well.

This was a beautiful well laid out property which was very clean and well equipped. It had everything we could possibly need. Lovely outside areas around the pool which is south facing so gets sun all day and great to watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here making good use of fishing rods to catch catfish off the dock and used the bikes to go out cycling. I would recommend this house for a vacation rental.

Great house-great location.
Wax ring in master bath needs some work as does the inside of the shower door needs a good scrub down.
The grill needs a good cleaning also--but I'm might be a little obsessive compulsive!

Great location and wonderful property. Only downgraded condition and cleanliness due to outside amenities. The dock needs some maintenance due to splintering boards and the pool area was littered with plant and lizard droppings. Don’t mean to complain, just notes to the management and owners to make it even better! Wonderful wildlife sightings from the property. The park across the street was a highlight for activities and exercise. Great farmers market on Wednesdays! You can’t go wrong with this place. MIVP is superior with service and response.

A lot of rentals have out-dated photos. The place looks nice online, but when you get there, everything is a little run-down. That is not the case here. The place is beautiful with high-quality furniture and construction so you really feel comfortable and at home. The garage is excellent, the lanai and seamless connection between inside and outside is fantastic. The pool is lovely. The garage has a lot of extras to help with a beach trip - cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. The bikes are a little rickety, but work for maybe 3 to ride around or to the beach and back at a comfortable, chill pace. The Wednesday Farmer's Market is across the street, and is a MUST.

House was in great shape, and the location was perfect. We were able to bring two boats and park them on the dock behind the house. Overall, a great experience and can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay at 1279 Balboa Court. The property was nicely equipped and the pool was fantastic! If you're looking to walk to the beach, it's a bit too far to tote beach chairs, etc. The bikes that are available make it doable. However, if you're bringing tons of stuff, I recommend that you drive. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but they were all handled promptly. Overall, I definitely recommend this property and the agency. We'll be back!

We love Marco Island. This is our second trip this year, would have been 3 if not for lockdowns. The property was very elegant. We fished, we ate well, enjoyed many rounds of miniature golf and had the opportunity to make memories with our grandson. Thanks to all at Marco Island Vacation Properties, you are the best. Just awesome!!! From the customer service to the house itself, it was all excellent. I really appreciate all the little things that were included with the home, like beach chairs, pool toys, bikes and all the household items. I loved having a dock and a safe place to keep my boat in the water too. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful last minute stay in this home. The rental company was great to work with in getting us set up quickly. The home is in a great location to enjoy all that Marco Island has to offer. We enjoyed the pool area and the views into the canal where we could see boats and dolphins. The home is set up very nicely with everything you need. We will definitely return to stay!

The house is very comfortable. It is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is very comfortable and clean. The location is great - central to all things needed including shops beach and water sports. There is a lovely lake just across the road from the property and it was a lovely place to walk around. The view from the back of the house is lovely and it is very peaceful. Good service and communication from the property management team. Highly recommended.

The home was beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need on vacation. We didn't feel we were missing anything. We had everything we needed for the beach and fishing poles to fish off the deck and plenty of pool toys as well. Would definitely come back next time in Marco Island!

The house was perfect for our needs. Very well equipped! We had a wonderful stay.

Balboa court is pleasant, light and airy and in a great location for Mackle Park. The bikes meant we could cycle to the park with ease (literally just across the road). The home was clean and well equipped and the bed was comfortable. A couple of things to note if you are considering renting - there is a very noisy air con unit on the outside of the next door property which runs day and night. It is very close to the master bedroom and to the pool. The canal is not a wide one so neighbouring properties feel close. There is a home each side and directly across the canal which means privacy is restricted. We had problems with the pool which didn’t reach temperature until our last day which was disappointing. The lanai is very spacious and the seating area is lovely. However, there are only two loungers (which was fine for us) and no cushions for them. The home faces south so receives full sun all day and also has the benefit of some amazing sunsets. Marco Island vacation properties (Andrew) were fantastic to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We will definitely use them again as our first choice if we return to Marco. We have used other rental companies before but these are by far the best.

We absolutely love our stay at this home. We found the home to be very nicely decorated and very clean. It felt like a home not a rental. Beds were comfortable & the pool & lanai were great. We highly recommend this home for your stay in Marco. Its a quick drive to the South Beach access & parking. Close to grocery stores & restaurants. Its also just across the street from Mackle Park, which has a walking path around a lake. We walked that every day it wasnt raining. Loved being on the canal and the location was very central to everything.

This was our second time renting this home for four weeks, and we had as much fun in it as we did the first time. The home is clean, very well appointed, and is located conveniently close the the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Bravo to the owners and the Marco Island Vacation Properties Rental Agency.

Our vaccation in Balboa cort on Marco Island was just fantastic! The house was above our expectations, we didnt miss anything Marco Island is a quiet place, but we had car sowe easily could go to Naples, Miami , Everglades and Key West. And dont forget the huge Miramar outlet only 40 minutes away!
We really can recommend this house, and hope to go there again!

This is our 5th annual rental from Andrew and his team, but our first time at this home. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed throughout! We enjoyed the brightness and open feeling which added to our experience. The location was great and very close to one of Marco Island's treasures, Mackle Park. Kudos to the owners and the rental agency team. We will be back to this home.

We arrived on Marco Island late night after a long flight from Germany and stopped by Marco Island Vacation Properties to pick up key for home. Easy find for rental home as everything on Marco is just 10 minutes away! Upon entering the home we were very pleased. Above all, the home was very clean and well maintained.Home was more than spacious for two couples. The floor plan of the home is excellent, especially if you have more than one couple or family since the master bedroom is on one side and the other two on the other side. This provides privacy for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area daily and the very comfortable furniture and Weber grill. House sits close to the end of the canal so we had a great water view over pool and patio.The home is very well equipped. Furniture was up to date, very well decorated home. Kitchen was very nice with everything we needed to get us from morning till midnight! We were here for 20 nights and after the first day it really felt like home! This home is just what we needed to recharge our batteries! Relaxing, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. It was everything we could have wanted! Honestly, nothing felt used about this house. Everything about this home was top notch and the owners should be commended on a lovely home! We rented the house thru Marco Island Vacation Properties a family owned agency. Andrew, one of the family owners is tremendous and very easy to work with. His response time from when we booked the home until we arrived and throughout our stay was immediate. We highly recommend leasing from Marco Island Vacation Properties. All in all, we would love to come back and enjoy this home again!
