Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. Beautiful home with central location in quiet neighborhood. Short drive to beach or bike if you are ambitious. Large interior with plenty of space for whole family. House was well equipped: appliances, cookware, towels, bicycles, fishing rods. Wished all bedrooms had TVs so teenagers didn't clash at night but we managed. We enjoyed the pool everyday, fishing off the dock, watching the dolphins in the canal right outside the back door....amazing!

This house is very nice. It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area is also very nice. We had plenty of room for 8 people. We only had one issue with the pool. I called the rental agency and they had someone there within the hour. He fixed the problem and came back again later in the day to make sure everything was okay. He also came back during the week to check again. I would recommend this rental.

We had a lovely lovely two week stay at 1167 Breakwater Ct with friends and family in August 2015. The house is well situated close to many of the amenities just off San Marco Road. The kitchen, lounge, living room and master bedroom suite are all large and spacious.
If I was to be critical I would say that the walk in closet to the double room downstairs should be converted into an ensuite bathroom and a door added on the upstairs landing to make the second bathroom up there private. The biggest downside to the house was the lack of outdoor furniture. There is only a casual dining table and 6 chairs and 2 recliners. There is plenty of space on the linai to accommodate at least 2 more recliners (minimum). The upstairs shared balcony is a lovely feature affording beautiful views but it desperately needs to be furnished with a bistro table and chairs on which to relax and spend time.
The house is lovely and Marco Island Vacation Properties were very helpful, we hope to come back again soon, but the house would be improved by the addition of more outdoor furniture.

We had a great stay at 1167 Breakwater Court. The rooms we spacious and a the house had a lovely open living space. Utilities for the house were a little light, no kettle and only a few Towels etc. Apart from that I would highly recommend staying here

House exceeded our expectations. Large, very well furnished and very well equipped with pool, and canal view. Both owner and agent were very responsive when minor problems arose. Location is 5 minutes to everything on Marco Island, in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Only minor nits were poor quality bedsheets in MBR (we bought new ones),and difficulties getting the MBR cool for sleep without freezing out the living area. Overall, a fine place to stay.

Our family had a wonderful time in Marco Island and the house just added to our stay.The home was very clean, just the right size for 6 adult and our grandchildren. If we had any issues the fix was just a phone call way and the property management young men where right there and on top of the issue. The home was close to grocery store, restaurant and the beach. Just a short drive, not close enough to walk. A phone for local phone calls would have been nice because we are not on an American phone plan to make such calls to the property management company and to local restaurant and golf courses to make reservations. The kids loved the pool. It was nice to have all your meal out on the deck. The back of the house was all sliding door which was very nice to open for the day because of the fully screened in porch.
This was the perfect size for 2 families and the layout was very open and spacious. It could use some new carpeting in places and updated towels, pillows, blankets which didnt ruin the experience, but seems like not a costly change that would have big impact. Overall very positive.
