Excellent location for a relaxing getaway. Spacious home ideal for larger family. Wonderful pier and pool area with dolphins feeding right off the pier once or twice a day. Excellent location if renting a boat with quick access to some of the best spots to hit by water

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks. It is in the perfect location. By car you are close to restaurants, shopping and activities. By boat you are minutes to beaches and restaurants. The house is very nice, clean, cozy couches and comfortable beds. It's well stocked, including water toys and bikes. The pool is very nice and the grounds are perfectly kept. The rental company had great communication and reacted quickly to anything needed. They were top notch. We would choose this home again, and use this rental company to do so.

Beautiful home and great location! Sadly we had to keep spraying bugs in the laundry room, kitchen and guest bathroom! There is a great need to update the mattresses and bedding as well as kitchen cookware etc! Also bathroom items!

We loved our 4 week stay at this home - the location and views were our favorite. We saw dolphins playing in the canal several times and they like to roam under the dock too. The neighborhood was very quiet but yet close to most anywhere we wanted to go. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We used the pool area a lot and enjoyed sitting on the dock.

The place was great for different activities. Favorite was sitting on the dock and fishing. It was a great spot for kayaking and the pool was much bigger than we thought. Had a little problem with the pool,but they had people there right away. The place was very clean. Perfect spot for getting around. We loved the place and would recommend this house and we will be back

Stayed there for 10 weeks. Liked house, location and service a lot. MIVP responded very quickly to any concerns or issues. Communication on service interventions (pool, lawn, insurance company) could have been better, but not a major negative factor in our evaluation still.

Was our second visit, this time for 35 days! Will definately book again as we love the location, property and amenities.

We love Marco Island and enjoyed our stay! Our boys enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and fishing on the dock!

Our family of four (21 and 24 year olds) had a wonderful stay at this property. Spacious, well stocked, clean and comfortable. The pool and the 4 adult bikes were the highlight of the stay and used multiple times a day! We also loved having an oversized washer for our daily loads of laundry and nice appliances. The master bedroom has a great view and spa like bath. AC was strong and cool! There are also 3 large screen TVs and two separate sitting areas for us to store as out. Location wasn’t bad as nothing on the island is far. We’re from the DC area where a normal drive anywhere is 30-45 mins so <15 mins to get from any point on the island to another was a treat. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also a bonus. I loved starting my day with coffee and sitting out on the dock in one of the 4 Adirondack chairs. Hoped to see dolphins but didn’t. The owner was also very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Very pleasant stay. Our kids loved it too.

Property has an excellent layout, plenty of space and really large swimming pool. Location is excellent as a number of restaurants within walking distance. Property could probably do with a little updating, as some areas looked a bit tired but all fully functional. The master bedroom mattress does need replacing as not very comfortable and large dips evident that can’t be avoided. Definitely stay again and thoroughly enjoyed what this property has to offer.

This spacious rental property has it all. The grounds were manicured, the pool clean and warm & the house was immaculate upon arrival. The location is quiet on the end of a cul de sac. The views of the water and dolphins playing could be seen from almost all the rooms in the house! We used the dock for our boat with easy access to the Gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds and furniture were comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Marco and our time spent at this home. We’ve already booked a return visit for this spring!

Our stay was fabulous! We have been coming to Marco Island for several years and stayed in a variety of accommodations (hotel, condo, homes) and this house put all the others to shame. The location is perfect as we prefer Old Marco. You can walk to dinner every night. We were able to rent a boat for the week instead of having to turn one in each day we went boating. The pool was perfect to relax in after a day of boating. The beds were comfortable and the inside of the house is well maintained and extremely clean! We will definitely be booking this house for our future stays.

This is a wonderful home, great furnishings and the perfect layout for all sizes of family's. If you're looking for a tranquil private setting to relax and enjoy the island, this is the place. Dead end road, private dock, and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery and a nice morning sunrise from the dock. Teens? No problem, 2 full living rooms to enjoy TV from. Couldn't have been more relaxing any other place. We will definitely be back.

This house was perfect for our family. The house was clean and in good shape. we loved sitting out on the dock watching the dolphins go by. Marco Island Vaca Propeties was easy to work with and very quick responding to our questions.

The past few weeks have been thoroughly enjoyable in this wonderful home. The layout is great and allows for privacy for the visitors with the master and guest bedrooms being in different wings. The views from the poolside rooms are awesome and the fact that some of Marco's best dining is within walking distance makes it that much better. We also rented a boat for a week and access to the waterways and great fishing was just minutes away. This is a home we will definitely stay in again. As for the management services, they are top shelf! The house was spotless, check-in after hours is a breeze and when we made a request it was addressed in minutes even on the weekend. MIVP is the VIP of vacation management and we will always look to them for our Marco Island needs! Thanks again Andrew and Elizabeth. See you again soon!

This house was in a convenient location. It was clean and very comfortable for our family. The pool has plenty of toys for the kids. There are lounge chairs around the pool. It has a deck to watch the dolphins. We had a wonderful time.
