Welcome to your own private oasis with all of the amenities. This 2,000 square foot, three-bedroom waterfront home sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

As this is a waterfront home, you’ll be spending most of your time on the lanai, which features an enormous heated pool surrounded by palm trees, creating your own private tropical oasis. Once you finish your serene swim, make your way down to the dock to watch for the passing dolphins and manatees, all while you dry off using nature’s towel: the sun. Then, fire up the gas grill and serve a barbeque on the shaded table overlooking the picturesque waterway lined with palm trees.

As you make your way inside, you will be greeted by an interior that is quite literally glowing, as natural sunlight is always entering through the many windows. With its sand-inspired walls and tile floors, as well as its cozy furnishings and beautiful oceanic artwork and décor, you can tell that the true inspiration for this house was the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. After a day of sun and fun, sit back and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television in the living room. To top it all off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time.

The spacious open kitchen features all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to prepare and enjoy a special family dinner at the wooden dining room table or a seaside snack on the lanai. It even comes with a blender, so that you can enjoy blended tropical drinks as the setting sun paints the sky a brilliant orange.

All of the bedrooms are decorated with all the colors and comforts of the tropics and feature ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, offers a television, en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and his-and-hers sinks, as well as direct lanai access, so that you can drift away with the fragrant seaside breezes.

The house is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

People drive for hours to the beaches of the Paradise Coast, but you’re just a brief walk from the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.
