665 Rockport Court

This is our third rental property with MIVP. Sadly, it did not measure up to our last two. Various maintenance items needed attention. The property also needed some updating, normal wear and tear repairs, etc. While the management was VERY prompt on responding to our requests, it was not pleasant to interrupt our vacation to have to call them for routine items that should have been inspected and handled before our arrival. Also, we were not pleased to see insects in the home.

There was also a slight misunderstanding about our pre-arranged early check in time. It appeared to be an internal miscommunication with the staff.

Upon entering this property it was just as stunning as described.
We felt at home as soon as we arrived. We loved all of the outdoor space,especially the dining table and the lounge area.
The pool was refreshing and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi.
Our favourite place was the boat dock / jetty where we sat every morning and evening. The sunsets were awesome. We were blessed to see the dolphins daily.

We used the kitchen, which was well equipped with a crock pot and lodge skillet.

This property is amazing and in a excellent location. If felt like home. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to return!! Marco Island is our favourite place!!

We had a fantastic 10 days staying at 665 Rockport. The house was beautifully - really clean, great amenities and had a lovely pool with a beautiful view. Everything we needed for our stay was included in the house. The surrounding area was very peaceful but there were some great restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and exploring Marco Island and the Naples area.

We had the best time at this home in Marco Island. We rented a boat and the location of this house could not be beat! We were close to restaurants & shops & close to Collier Bay and getting out to the Gulf! We took the boat everywhere. Ten thousand islands, Keewaydin and Naples. The view from the house was stunning at sunsets. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing & so refreshing after a long hot day. The house was comfortable and beautiful with every detail considered. It was sparkling clean and the vacation rental company was attentive & quick. Rent this house! We will be back.

We just returned from our vacation; it was the best we've had in years. This house was in a great location for relaxing. It was a 12-minute drive to South Marco Beach and a short bike ride or drive to shopping and restaurants. Views from the house were amazing. We will definitely rent again. The only negative was the bed in the master bedroom needed a new frame, and was too high off the ground. Every time I climbed in and out it was very loud and squeaky.

This is 3rd time renting from Marco Island Vacations and they have been great every time. 665 Rockport was beautiful and was in a great location. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and wash clothes. That is not always the case when you rent a house. The only downside was this house doesn’t have bicycles. We were kinda bummed but rented a golf cart and we may never ride bikes again! LOL. Only other thing I would suggest would be new cook ware. There is also a lot of boat traffic since this house is on the main canal to the marina where CJ’s is located. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location in a quiet area of town but close enough to the shops and restaurants. Clean house, pool, and hot tub.

This was our 5th year vacationing on Marco Island and yet again we were lucky enough to stay in an amazing home! Have used Marco Island Vacation Properties in the past and they make everything go so smooth! Loved the location of this house! Inside and outside was simply beautiful!! House has everything you could think of for an amazing stay!! Would definitely stay at this house again!

The house had all the amenities that we needed for the week, including beach chairs, beach towels and games. The pool had not been heated prior to our arrival but the rental company sent someone to the house as soon as we contacted them and fixed the issue. We would definitely rent this house again!

This house is located toward the end of a quiet road, but close enough to bike to restaurants, shops, and Tigertail beach. Great location! Very safe. The view is amazing. We saw dolphins two days that we were there. The pool is also very large and the hot tub was a nice perk during our early January stay. The main bedroom and bathroom are huge. Very close to the main bedroom is another bedroom with bunk beds. They were very comfortable and perfect for younger kids, but we also had a teenager in the room. There is a bathroom attached to that bedroom so a perfect option for teens who want their own bathroom. On the other side of the house was another bedroom with a bathroom beside that. Perfect for an older kid or a second couple or grandparents. There is another very small room/office off the kitchen with a murphy bed, but fine for a teen or adult who doesn't need much space. The living areas in this house are huge. Two big family rooms. They also have a great space for games/puzzles - a separate table from the dining table. The house was great and I would definitely recommend it. We did have trouble with the televisions and another issue, but we got help with those issues from friendly people.
