This 600 square foot, 1st floor, west-facing beachfront condo sleeps two, with one queen bed and one and a half bathrooms.

Start your day off in a true Marco Island fashion, with a cup of coffee or tea in hand while enjoying the view of the brightening sky from a tropical sunrise. Once you’re ready to go to relax in true bliss on the crescent beach, there’s no need to worry about passing through the lobby of the Tradewinds, since your patio has direct beach access. After your day at the beach, end your day here as well, with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

Once you make your way inside, the light from the sun follows you and brightens the sand-colored tile floors and walls. Enjoy the feeling of tropical comfort, with the cozy and stylish furniture placed perfectly in front of the flat-screen television. To enhance your comfort, the interior features seaside sculptures, paintings, and décor that are reminiscent of what lies directly out your door, creating a feeling of seaside serenity.

The kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware you need to make the perfect meal to enjoy on the dining table or patio. And, of course, there’s a blender for you to use to blend tropical beverages to enjoy on the patio or at the beach during sunset.

The master suite, along with its ample closet and drawer space and en suite bathroom, features access to the patio, so you can fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves breaking on the shore.

The unit comes with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and televisions in the living room and bedroom. You also have beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

People drive for miles to visit the exotic crescent beach of Marco Island, but this paradise of soft sand, warm water, and endless activities is right outside your front door.

Think of an amenity that would make for the ideal vacation and chances are you’ll find it at the Tradewinds. Take a swim in the triangular heated pool then fire up a gas grill for a poolside barbeque. Enjoy some of the daily activities in the social room.

For dinner, you’re just a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, and Thai Sushi by KJ.
