Beach Club 413

We loved our recent stay in Marco!
The condo was a perfect location! It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach which was spectacular! The unit was clean with great views and the building itself was so quiet! We took full advantage of the beach chairs, towels and cooler!
We messaged the management company a couple of times for recommendations and they responded almost immediately!!
They were just so kind and helpful!
Would definitely stay here again.. hopefully next April!
On a side note, Marco Island is so clean and lush.. and the sunsets are EVERYTHING!

We have come back each year and everything was excellent. Unit did not have cart to bring chairs, umbrella etc. Called and that day a new cart was delivered to our unit. Anytime we ever called over the years response was prompt. Bravo to the staff.

We arrived January 4 and stayed till the 27. The condo needs a few upgrades as in kitchen utensils and skillets, the exterior door needs weather stripping to keep out the bugs that congregate around the outside light. The balcony door is really hard to open. The was described to have a garbage disposal but it did not. Lastly no where to rinse your feet after being at the beach, there is 2 showers on the property but they do not work.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! We made all our meals and it is perfect for a couple who are looking for an intimate setting. The entrance to the beach across the street is just perfect!

The unit was in a good location but it was showing its age. The unit was in need of an upgrade. Its been awhile since it was painted and the furniture well used. It was a small one bedroom and in my opinion over priced. The management company was very quick to answer questions and fix issues. The unit was stocked with items that can be used on the beach and the privet entrance to the beach was handy.

Small but clean with adequate kitchen. Love the ability to cross the street and use the private path to the beach. Appreciate how quiet the place is. There seemed to be some “looking down” on those of us doing short-term rentals vs those who own or lease long term?

Vacation in Marco is always great and this year did not disappoint. Our accommodations however were very disappointing. Beach Club unit 413 is in need of a serious makeover. We found lights with burnt out light bulbs in the shower and the light over bathroom sink. The paint in the shower ceiling was peeling The apt walls were scuffed, scratched and badly in need of a fresh coat of paint. The sofa felt like it had no springs. We’ve stayed in this complex three previous times and never had issue with the accommodations until now. Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see online.

My wife and I planned a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway; so we decided to contact Andrew at the Marco Island Vacation Properties, since our first choice was not available he recommended a unit across the street. The Beach Club 413, was amazing!!!! Clean, comfortable and well supplied with all the amenities. Parking was great. The management company keeps the property in great shape. It is practically across the street from the beach . Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores for last minute items. Andrew and his team were amazing and attentive to any questions or needs. The pool area is well kept and has plenty of seating and umbrellas. I recommend this property for a short period or event a long stay. Thank you Andrew for the consideration of extending our checkout time.

This home was so beautiful and it had LITERALLY everything you needed. The folks at Beach Club were super nice and helpful if we had any questions. You are also super close to the beach which was a huge plus. Food in the area is great too!

The positives: beach chairs and coolers. Large fridge and late check out - very nice. Negatives: outdated bathroom and barely enough TP. No laundry soap or dryer sheets. Did not appreciate the noise warning emails. We weren’t even there during those times. We were at a cocktail party and a wedding. We went to bed as soon as we came home.

Our stay at Beach Club was very enjoyable and relaxing.

It was a nice cozy spot.

The condo was exactly as described. There is a private walkway to the beach, which made getting there very convenient. There was a beach cart, chairs, and an umbrella that really helped with getting our kids to the beach. A few things were broken, but they didn’t impact us at all, like the wagon for the beach. The bed is very firm, and the appliances are older, but it didn’t bother us at all.
It was perfect for our family, and we would stay there again.
Also, the lady in the rental office is amazing!

There are pros and cons to this unit. Pros: Location is great. Bed is comfortable, AC is good, washer/dryer in unit is very convenient. Cons: unit is horribly outdated. Old, stained furniture. In desperate need of a paint job because there are areas in the unit with chipped paint and also ceiling in shower is chipping away. Odor always emanating from shower stall. Balcony is small and cluttered. Bedroom dresser is half filled with sheets and blankets leaving very little room for renters. All of this is easily corrected with a little TLC. Having said that, the management company is exceptional and was quick to respond to any complaints and offer assistance.

The condo was very comfortable. The deck was a great spot to watch the sunset and sit outside. The pool was nice and easy walk to the beach. Restaurants were walking distance. Can't wait to visit again!

The unit was old and definitely needs updated and a good cleaning. The bed was old, the tv in the bedroom did not work, and the dresser that the tv sat on had 3 legs.

We have been returning to this condo for at least 5 years and have always been happy with the location, the condo and its upkeep and the assistance is available if needed.

Outstanding!

Very nice property, pool and beach entrance great. Condo was in need of some updating, if you are there when it is warm get ready to be really warm the thermostat would only go down to 72 and the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. Yes it does have washer & dryer but you can only wash very small amounts and the dryer vent went to the bedroom which made it even warmer. The lanai was fine but all the beach supplies were stored out there which took up 1/4 of the space. Ice maker did not work, refrigerator leaked inside and the water froze in the fridge. The furniture needed to be replaced. Looks like they shopped at the local Salvation Army store which is probably good for the Salvation Army. Overall look for a different unit in the complex which I have to say is very nice but just get another unit. The rental agency was fine but they do not furnish or clean the individual units. Nice to have a private beach entrance and the southern location is nice and quiet.

When I arrived, the toilet would not flush. I called the after hours line, as it was late, and they said someone would come out 1st thing in the morning. They didn't come the following day until 5pm. The man who came was very nice. I didn't know I had to purchase my own toilet paper, but he was nice enough to give me some more. The check in process wasn't very friendly either. My ride dropped me off at the wrong location then I had to get another Uber to go back and get my keys, then return. Once I got there I could not find my room and had to call the after hours again.

Great location, short walk to beach, very nice well kept space, and clean.

I was able to rent the Unit for approximately ten days. Nice location. Nice building yet the actual Unit needed some enhancemners The “ living room” furniture needed to be replaced some time ago. The over stuff chair in the living room had a broken arm and I was concerned about its use The couch also had seen better days.

It is the simple things that can be addressed that would improve most people impression for example the backing on the bathroom throw rugs used to step on after the shower is used should be discarded. I was concerning about the use of the rug in that it would potentially cause a “ slip and fall “

This our second stay at Marco Beach Club. We love the location with the private walkway to beach. This complex is smaller and we like that too. The pool area is nice with a heated pool. Our unit was clean but the bedding could use an upgrade. The bedspread had snags and was showing wear. Also the frig would make a loud bag noise when the compressor would kick off. It cooled well but it may need looked at by a repairman. We had a problem with the tv in bedroom and called Marco rentals and they came right out to fix it. Great service!!

Four of our employees attended a conference and we found these condos that were perfect. Everyone had a unit, complete with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Great option and a great alternative to hotel living.

Due to severe weather in South Dakota our flights were cancelled. So we stayed 2 extra nights and ended up at Beach Club. Could not use the pool due to roof construction. Things did not work in the Condo. Furniture was ready to fall apart.

Generally,it was an excellent experience.We had to buy some light bulbs for some that had burned out and the TV in the living room was hard to turn on because there were no simple instructions-just a pile of manuals. Otherwise,everything was great.

Condo was clean and very nice.... location was perfect with only s few steps to the beach. Great place for a get a way. Security light outside the bedroom does shine in at night . But overall in was very nice and we would book again.

Overall, my experience was very enjoyable. The location, pool , private beach access and other amenities made it a care free vacation. One of the pocket doors to the bathroom did not lock. Everything else was great.

Marco Island is beautiful. The condo is very small. Kitchen is extremely small. Can't open the dishwasher and oven door at the same time. No way can two people stand there at the same time. Blinds in the bedroom did not shut tight. We put towels up to keep the light out. The living room couch is old and probably should be replaced. Price was high. That all being said the location was great. Access to the beach was great.

Great location & spotless unit BUT although reported & allegedly repaired, the refrigerator leaked and either soaked contents if left at a normal temperature ruining items, including specialty baked goods or if increased temperature as repair person did, left a frozen sheet of ice on the bottom shelf which also froze perishables - eggs, fresh veggies & berries, etc. Couldn't use fan in living area as it wobbled and if you're light sensitive, this unit won't work unless you're a night owl since bedroom blind didn't close completely & there was an exterior light right outside the window that was on all night. At least we didn't need a nightlight! If fridge is repaired/replaced, this unit would rate 5 stars & come highly recommended.
