We loved this house. It is a great location and we loved having our dog on vacation. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed catching fish off the dock.
The management company is extremely attentive.

My family rented the home for 10 days and it was wonderful. The home is very well maintained and in a great location. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, as well as a cart for easy transport. The only negative we experienced was an air conditioning problem. It was about 87 in the house when we arrived (thought since they knew we were coming they should have turned air on) and the first night the heat was miserable. I contacted management company and they sent someone out next day that made necessary repairs. There is a large pool that was a lot of fun after spending the day at the beach. We did have a power outage and it would have been nice to have had a drawer with flashlights, matches and candles. However, we did find a few candles. The grill was working so we were able to finish cooking dinner. I would highly recommend this home and hope to rent it again in the future.

House was great. Plenty of room. Very well stocked house including towels, beach chairs and very well stocked with kitchen supplies. The only downside was that we had to stay at the house while the HVAC folks came to fix A/C. Rental agency gave unconcerned generic response of “sorry for the inconvenience”. Didn’t realize I was going to be responsible for watching someone else’s house while I was renting it for vacation. 100% of the blame for this is on rental agency, not the house of homeowners.

We enjoyed another beautiful vacation by using Marco Island Vacation Properties. We rented the home based on its location and easy biking distance to so many places. The home was well maintained and provided us what we needed to begin our vacation. (Soap, trash bag, toilet paper, etc.) This allowed us to relax after a long day traveling..and go to the store when we were ready! The pool was very nice and private. The home had a lovely outdoor seating area that felt like an extension of the interior. Outdoor ceiling fans made this area extremely pleasant! Marco Island Vacation Properties Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer any questions. (Three things we did think was worth mentioning regarding this home is there are only 2 bikes, so if you need more you will need to rent them. The second thing is liquid laundry detergent is needed for the front load washer. Finally, there is no cooler or cooler bag for the beach.....Excellent chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart are there for your use! If you’re looking for a quick bike ride to the beach and an excellent pool/outdoor area, that is not clearly visible by all neighbors across the canal, this is a perfect home to rent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only down side, which was not the owners fault, is the construction next door. They started at 7:30 in the morning and were loud most of the day. Otherwise, the property was clean and well stocked.

We stayed at 910 Olive Court for two weeks in March 2022. The home was just at advertised. There was a change in the lanai where they removed an outside table and made a nice sitting area. A good improvement. The facility had everything we needed and we would have rented it again but it was already rented for 2023. The rental company was great. We had a couple of minor issues and they were on them immediately and got them resolved the same day. Very friendly and professional to work with. We have rented another property for 2023 and will use Marco Island Properties exclusively for future rentals.

This was a beautiful vacation home with a large pool and spectacular outdoor area. The home was luxury and was stocked with lots of towels, beach and pool accessories and 2 bikes. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals and the grill was great. The beach in Marco Island is so beautiful and was not busy at all in May. A little far to walk to beach access if carrying supplies...about a mile. We would definitely visit Marco island, and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the home, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The management company was great as well I had reached out a couple times and they were very responsive.

My husband, puppy and I had such an amazing time in this house. It was so big and spacious and had so many amenities! We spent most of our day relaxing by the pool and cooking on the barbecue. Such a beautiful place to get away and relax.

ENJOYABLE, THE HOUSE WAS CLEANED, THE POOL ARE WAS GREAT, BUT THE MASTR BEDROOM THOSE NOT RECEIVED ENOUGH COLD AIR TO BE CONFORTABLE LIKE THE REST OF THE HOUSE.

Property located minutes away from the beach which was a big plus. But it's located deeper in the island on the end of the canal where all the garbage is accumulated. So if you are looking to fish from the back of your patio this is not a place for you to be. Overall landscape of the house is nice and vell maintained. Inside accommodation are also great, but all the fake plants and lighting fixtures needs to be clean with detais. So if you are allergic (like our daughter) you will end up with allergy medication. Pool nice furnished but patio cushions needs cleaning, same with tiles around and gutters. With those little improvements it should be a nice family vacation spot.

great oportunity to enjoy with my family in uncertain times

We had a nice visit at this property, it’s a gorgeous house with a private pool, two provided beach cruiser bikes, and all the beach equipment you need! There was a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to make for all of our meals over the 5 day stay. It was also relaxed about bringing our two dogs, and had a nice yard for them!
We had a couple downsides during our stay though, the garage/garage door opener only worked for 1 out of the 5 days, so we had to have two different people over to look at/fix the garage door opener. Before that, we had issues with the AC not blowing into the rooms and bathrooms, and this issue caused a leak in the garage that stained our car so we had to go get that washed. The biggest disappointment was that we had to have a family member stay at the house for over 3 hours of our main beach day to be with the dogs and allow the repair men in for the AC. We just did not feel comfortable having random people there with our dogs and the rental property did not send anyone over or check on the stay knowing we had all these issues. It was a bummer for us to have to miss out on the beach for those hours, plus other days we stayed home for the various repair men to come. Those are really the only disappointments from this property, which I would hope no other renters would have to deal with. Overall it was a great property, and the management was nice when I did call to report the garage and AC issues.

Beautiful home with all the amenities of a great vacation spot. Very posh decor and comfortable furniture. We didn't bring a pet with us but it is a very pet friendly neighborhood. The pool was great. I just would have liked more sunshine in the pool area as the roof of the house is high and shades most of the pool during the day. The house was clean and there were lots of linens and towels. It was a very pleasant vacation.

910 Olive Ct is our 5th rental home in as many years and bar far the best so far. From a great layout inside, to great outdoor living space to a very well equipped kitchen. We loved the location right near the beach and close to grocery shopping. The amenities were excellent and the furniture, towels etc...of great quality. The only disappointing thing for us was that for the time we rent over Christmas is there is no sun on the pool or in the outside living space which we would have liked...having said that, on those very hot and humid days, we were glad.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home.
Home is nicely decorated very clean. The home is well equipped and plenty of space is left open for the guests belongings.
Since our last stay the homeowner added great lanai furniture which made our stay even more pleasant.
The home is centrally located on the island. The check in/out process was easy and Marco Island Vacation Properties is professional and helpful if needed.

Had a wonderful time with family at this home. Great location close to the beach. We loved being able to ride the bikes down to the beach. Outdoor living area and kitchen was amazing was very easy to entertain. And the best part of all of it???? It was pet friendly! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone or stay here again.

We stayed over Spring Break March 16-23, 2019. The property was in good condition and the location was ok also. Like most Marco locations you will have to drive to the parking lot if you have items to take to the beach. The house had some nice beach chairs to use. There are also two nice bikes you can utilize. The pool is covered (like most homes), so you will not get a lot of sun out there. Our teenagers would go to the dock to get some sun and we went to the beach a lot. Overall the house was in good condition. Would recommend staying here.

The house was very nice, it had everything we needed. Convenient location in town, it took about 45 mins. by boat to get to the bay. Loved the bikes.

910 Olive Court was a perfect vacation house for us, with us being two adults, two teens and a toddler.

The home was nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable, from the king in the en-suite master to the queen and twins in the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was completely equipped with more than enough dishes, silverware glasses and cookware. The kitchen appliances were newish and fully functional.

The home included new "smart" televisions with cable and dvd players. The internet service was fast and able to handle all of our needs.


The very clean garage was home to two new bicycle (with tire pump), beach chairs and umbrellas and fishing gear.

The lanai included almost too much furniture- dining table and chairs, chaise loungers and cafe table. The pool did not have a spa, but it was larger than most Florida pools. The pool could have been warmer from my view, but the kids thought it was fine and had a great time in it. The dock on the canal was smaller than most but adequate to tie up a small boat.

This home contrasts strongly with 3 other homes we have rented in this same neighborhood on Marco Island, all of which were lacking in some or all of the features of this rental.

I rate 910 Olive Ct. an AAA for a seasonal rental.
