You’re so close to the shore you can hear the water lapping against your private dock, which you can use to tie up your boat or as a front row seat when the setting sun paints the sky orange.

The only other sounds that break the stillness of the spacious lanai are splashing in the pool and burgers sizzling on the gas grill. The family-sized table on the shaded area of the lanai, beneath an overhead fan, makes the ideal setting for your poolside lunch. Who knows? Maybe you’ll enjoy your family dinner here, too, since, the southwestern exposure provides you with a full day’s worth of sun on the lanai.

Arched windows fill the spacious, elegantly furnished interior with natural light, and two full-wall sets of sliding glass door windows give you a panoramic view of the lanai and waterways. Plenty of beach-inspired fabrics, paintings, sculptures, and décor add a paradisal accent. The dining room table is lit up by a chandelier and, of course, natural light through the enormous windows overlooking the expansive canal. After dinner, the comfy couch provides you with the ideal place to enjoy shows on the television in the living room. To top it all off, the interior opens directly up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the interior and exterior at the same time.

The open kitchen, with its granite countertops lined with rattan barstool-styled chairs, features plenty of counter space and modern appliances that make cooking a pleasure, whether you’re preparing a special family dinner or a tray of drinks for sunset watching on the lanai.

When it’s finally time to rest after your fun in the sun, every bedroom comes with a television and plenty of closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a luxuriating bathtub, and a glass-enclosed, walk-in shower, as well as direct lanai access so that you can fall asleep to the gentle seaside breezes.

The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It even comes with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. If you need to do any shopping, you’re only a short walk from the Marco Town Center Mall, filled with chic boutiques, plenty of dining options, grocery store, pharmacy, and even weekly concerts at the gazebo.
