The interior of the unit takes its design cues from the surrounding beach, with sand-inspired tile floors and walls and sea blue fabrics. Sliding glass doors brighten the living room with natural light and seamlessly connect the interior to the exterior. Decorative touches like tropical paintings and seaside décor enhance the feeling of seaside serenity.

The kitchen features a two-level granite countertop lined with barstools, which is convenient for a quick bite. When it comes to more intricate meals, you have all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy ever-changing brilliant orange sky from the incomparable Marco Island sunset.

The balcony is also the ideal place to start your day and enjoy your favorite coffee or tea. With tables and chairs overlooking thick clusters of palm trees and lush tropical mangroves bordered by the turquoise ocean, you never know what you’ll be treated to.

The brightly colored bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and both come with their own television. The master suite also gives you sliding door access to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.

The unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Best of all, you’ve got the beach itself, a peaceful stretch of silken white sands and inviting warm water. The South Seas offers plenty of enticements of its own. Take a swim in the heated pool then enjoy a picnic lunch beneath the shade of a tiki umbrella. Play tennis or pickleball on the courts alongside Clam Bay. For something a little more slow paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball. Go for a morning walk through hibiscus-scented garden paths. Enjoy a workout in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills, or participate in some of the daily activities in the social room.
