Welcome to a quiet, peaceful retreat right in the heart of the Island. This 2,100 square foot home sleeps eight, with two king beds, two extra-large twins, one queen futon, and three bathrooms. It also comes with two one-car garages.

When you step inside, a feeling of tropical paradise surrounds you. Open the shades and let the Marco sunlight through the towering windows brighten the airy and spacious rooms with sand-inspired tile floor. Cozy furnishings and an island-style décor blend together to create a feeling of tranquility. A sectional sofa as comfortable as it is stylish is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your shows on the television in the living room. To top it off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both at the same time.

As this is a family-friendly house, it comes with a ping pong table, so feel free to have a friendly competition. But, don’t worry, everyone’s a winner when you’re living in paradise. For those who need to take a break from paradise and instead need to work while in it, there’s even a full private office with a sitting or standing desk, chair, and monitor.

Tropical shrubbery surrounds the tiled lanai, giving you privacy as you enjoy the perfect comfort of the heated saltwater pool and hot tub. After your watery relaxation, feel free to rinse off in the heated outdoor shower. The only sounds that break the silence are the waterfall feature in the pool and the sizzling of burgers on the gas grill. With the shaded table and chairs cooled by the overhead fans, poolside barbecues will quickly become your favorite meal of the day.

The kitchen features pendant lighting above a granite countertop. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve up a family dinner on tables overlooking the lanai. One of those modern kitchen appliances is a blender, and Marco Island blenders specialize in creating tropical drinks for relaxing on the wicker loungers after dinner as you savor the fragrant Island breezes.

Every bedroom, along with its ample closet and drawer space, is furnished and decorated with all the colors and comforts of the tropics. The two master suites, in particular, feature walk-in closets, direct lanai access, and en-suite bathrooms. The larger suite even has his-and-her sinks, a soaking bathtub, and walk-in shower.

We want you to spend your time enjoying every minute of your stay, so we’ve made sure the property is filled with all the comforts and conveniences of home, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also comes with beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

The Paradise Coast is famous for its warm sands, turquoise waters, fabulous sunsets, and endless array of water sports. Take a parasailing cruise. Wade through warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. For a sight-seeing adventure how about a swamp buggy tour of the Everglades?

Rented for 8 nights, 2 families of 4. Spacious house, clean, well positioned, quiet despite being on Bald Eagle Drive. Equipements included exceeded our expectations both in variety and quality. Customer was super responsive. Really, just perfect for us.
