We loved staying in this home. The layout was perfect for two families to have their own space! The home was very clean and just as pictured. The walk to the beach and many restaurants was quick and easy. The storage closet outside had everything we needed for a beach day, including a wagon, umbrellas, chairs and toys! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a rental home on Marco Island!

Enjoyed our stay here and would return. The house beside it us currently being built, so there was some construction noise. But it didn't start until 8am on week days and was minimal. Great proximity to the beach and very nice beach equipment.

It was a relaxing experience, the property was just like the description, design and location. Also, it was clean and well maintained. A few minutes from the beach. The pool area very convenient and fun for the family. Super customer service. I definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

We had another great experience renting this home through Marco island vacation properties. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay with our two young children. It was an easy walk to south beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had extra things we found helpful. Thank you again Andrew Vale!

We love 864 Swan Drive! Property is perfectly located, pool is clean, warm, and cannot be beat. Any hiccups we have ever encountered have been more than promptly rectified by Marco Island Vacation Properties.

We had absolutely perfect weather in Marco Island from Dec 10 -17 on our vacation and that made for a perfect family getaway. Glad to see Marco weathered the hurricane pretty well and is back open for business. 2nd year we stayed at the house on Swan Dr. and it was great. Pool was 88 degrees and we were in it every day. Got to walk the area and see some beautiful Christmas light displays. Ate some great food, as always (missed the Snook Inn, as they are remodeling/rebuilding). Can't wait to come back in December 2023.

Great experience. Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole experience from check in to check out. Communication was first class and timely, the property was clean and well kept. The only opportunity was some slight maintenance is needed on a few of the boards on the back deck. Outside of that is was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy, and there were lots of beach items for use in the storage next to the pool. Definitely would consider coming back and renting the same place!

Rented a fantastic home on Marco Island from Dec 17-25. Heated pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, lots of room for our family. 2 blocks from the beach and nearby to restaurants, mini-golf and many other activities. Would highly recommend this property for your upcoming vacation on Marco Island.

We absolutely loved our time at this rental! The house was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, had all the comforts of home, spacious, quiet, had plenty beach/pool toys, chairs, etc. We cannot wait to return!

We had a great time in Marco Island thanks to this place. Location was perfect, it had everything we needed and Andrew was super helpful when we needed him. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance to the beach and the wagons, umbrellas, and chairs were a plus to be able to use.
We had 5 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child (age 5). There was plenty of space for all of us.
Certain things that could be improved on:
We arrived on a Saturday and there was no internet service on Sunday my DIL found an unplugged extension cord that had the internet cord attached, after plugging it in after several hours (in the middle of the night loud noises, burning smell and sparks occurred) the company we rented from came the next day and checked it out and said it was fine. The pool surface always looked dirty we had to use the net to clean it. When the pool cleaners came on Thursday we told them about it. The stairs were slick and could use some anti-slip tape. All in all, it was a nice place to stay.

The house was great...easy walk to the beach. Well stocked with everything we could need for the beach like chairs, umbrellas, beach buggies, etc. Lots of beach towels. The pool was warm and lovely. House was clean, everything worked. No issues recommending this place whatsoever.

We had a great trip to Marco. The house is conveniently located near south beach. We had a few days where it was very windy on the beach, the pool was a perfect place to hang out and relax.

Perfect location to South entrance to beach (Crescent beach). Home is extremely well-maintained and impeccably clean. Linens and everything else you need are provided and in good shape. Pool is beautiful and warm. Location is perfect with a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the restaurants, theater and shops at Marco Walk. This home is a gem! Already booked for next year.

We loved the house, the location. We loved the rooms, the bathroomsm the kitchen. We loved the pool, the downstairs dining area. We loved every part of the house, every day for 10 days! We will have great memories and rememrances in the years to come of our dream beach house in Marco Island in the summer of 2019.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. We were travelling for the first time with small children and she was very helpful. She helped us to rent high chairs and cribs for the children which was one of our concerns. We were a total of 4 adults and 3 small children and the house was a perfect size for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and more. We loved that there were carts and beach supplies available for use. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood minutes away from the beach(less than a 10 minute walk) and a short drive to restaurants, stores and pharmacies. I highly recommend this property and the team renting the home! Thank you for helping to make our vacation a huge success!

p.s. DaVinci's restaurant is a quick drive away and offers excellent authentic Italian cuisine and pizzas.

I stayed at this rental on spring break with my family of 6 for a week, and we had a great experience! The house was immaculate and in great conditions, and it was a wonderful location! We were walking distance to the public south beach, which we realized once we arrived that is a HUGE perk. We also greatly enjoyed the pool as nice break from the ocean during the hottest part of the day, and during an evening swim. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful house, great pool, beach and pier close by.

The home we rented was a perfect getaway for our family. The home was clean and lavished with wonderful amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to everything. The beach was not crowded. My children enjoyed the private pool everyday for hours at a time. We definitely will be renting for Marco Island vacation properties again.

We were 1 of 2 families that rented the house which we thought was very close to the beach. We walked every to the beach every morning and walked home every evening. The house was equipped with several beach towels, pool floaties(we bought 2 to leave there), beach chairs and wagons to transport all of the beach stuff. The house was very roomy for the 6 of us( 4 adults, 2 kids). It was great having the washer/dryer accessible. The pool was beautiful but we needed to clean it ourselves daily since there was no cage to cover it.
The management company was very thorough and would send emails/texts with updates, which was nice.
Some things that could be improved would be the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the house. Mostly the bathrooms and kitchen. It would have been nice to have the toiletries supplied as well as some papertowels for the kitchen.

This house is adorable and a fantastic location! The pool and back yard area is perfect for relaxing during the day. It is a 5 min walk to the beach. Plan on buying toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags. The house is stocked with very few of these items and it doesnt last a whole week.
My only complaint is this house could definitely use new pillows. Plan to bring your own if you can.

The property was as expected. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the pool area. spent much of our time there. plenty of beach towels, pool toys, etc. easy access to grocery shopping. Was very satisfied and would rent again. Great time!

The villa was very well appointed with upgraded kitchen and master bathroom. The pool area was large with ample space for sunbathing and sitting in the shade when it got too hot. The pool was large and just the right temperature and it was kept really well by the pool guy who came twice a week. The linens and towels provided were of a good quality and the villa was very clean, all the things you could wish for in a holiday rental. You can walk to the beach and there is beach equipment provided along with a trolley. You can also walk to the square where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and the management company were very helpful when we first arrived and acted swiftly to our requests. We are very pleased with the overall experience and will certainly use the same company on any future visits to Marco

We rented this house with another family and found the layout of the house to be perfect. There were 2 smaller bedrooms on one side and a larger bedroom and bathroom on the other side. In between the 2 there was the main living area and kitchen. The kids loved the pool and we adults found it more enjoyable than houses with enclosed pools. Perfect house for families and easy 7 min walk to beach!

House was in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. Loved the pool!
Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Newly furnished. House was clean on the surface but in need of a deep clean. Base boards and furniture dusty. Master bed room had a great comfy king bed however found it funny that they put standard pillow cases on a king size pillow. Overall it was a great house and we had great weather.

This Swan Drive home is in a quiet neighborhood a very short walking distance to the south end beach entrance. It's perfectly situated with a great pool and nice floor plan for our five member family.

3 generations of us - from both Connecticut and Ohio - had a wonderful stay at this very nice property.
