Check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed the stay on Tahiti Rd especially because it was convenient to family. The house was nice, the kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and furniture was adequate. I was disappointed there was not any grass for our dog. In pictures we thought property was fenced in but, there is only partial fence. Check out was easy by just dropping off keys in drop box.

The property management company and the maintenance people were all amazing and nice but the house itself was a little rough. We come to Marco every year and we decided last minute on this one. We usually rent more high end house but this one was super chap and it was last minute. We did get what we paid for. The sliders did not lock and we had issues with that the whole trip with them coming to try and fix it. We have a toddler and it was scary for me that the doors did not lock properly. There was ants by the front door in a big pile inside and then also coming out of the drain in the master bath. The guest room toilet was leaking with the O ring so there was always water on the floor in there which was kind of yucky. Had great gear to take to the beach which made it easy and all the appliances were nice. The garage door was broken the first 4 days of the trip and would go up but they did fix that. There was not a lot of supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc) so make sure you pick that up on your own before you come to the house because there was not anything extra,

Had fabulous time. Had fabulous time in backyard. Private and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Would like the lights to be labeled and I think a couple of the lights were burned out.

We visit Marco at least twice a year and have been doing so for many years, as we have dear friends who live on Marco Island. We always rent a house because we bring our dog, Mom, etc. This trip was the first time we rented the house on Tahiti Dr. and it was perfect! Very comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely be booking this house again!

The house was well appointed and clean. The heated pool and hot tub were excellent! There are plenty of beach chairs/beach toys in the garage. The house is also equipped with 2 beach cruisers which we used frequently.

The house is ~2-3 miles from the beach access so be prepared to drive or ride bikes to the beach.

The only downside is that none of the sliding glass doors seemed to lock and they aren't equipped with alarms. All of our kids can swim, but I would have been very nervous staying here with young children.

If this is your first time on Marco be prepared to be warned about the noise ordinance in effect all the time. We have kids (who can be loud!) and we weren't prepared for how quiet the neighborhood is.

This property was exactly as advertised and is the best one we've ever rented. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Our kids used it everyday. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook many meals with no problem. This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a grocery store just a couple miles away. Check in process was the easiest we've ever had with any rental. Definitely would stay here again.

The cleaning crew should be fired when you ask for towels and it takes all day to receive them.

Check in and check out are in a separate location, but was very easy and efficient.
The house itself was great for our family of 4. We spent a ton of time outside in the pool area, the kitchen had everything we needed and wifi was on point.
The neighborhood was quiet and the location made beaches and restaurants easily accessible.

Although the house does not have great curb appeal and seems to be in an older neighborhood, it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room and living area is modern and well-furnished. The bedrooms and bathrooms are not spacious, but comfortable. The pool was excellent - clean, well-maintained and extremely private! Location-wise, the property is very convenient to the beach, shopping and dining.

This was a perfect home for our family of 5. We have three boys aged 9, 4 and 3. This homes pool was large and truly heated, even on cooler days the pool was very warm. The hot tub was very hot, no problems there :) Only 5 minute drive to south-side public parking lot for beach access. Honestly you are only about 5 minutes from anything on Marco Island. And if you needed a larger store like Wal-Mart that was around a 12 minute drive, very reasonable. Home was nicely updated, and well stocked with beach towels and kitchen items. Loved having a washer and dryer to use in the home. Loved the management company's app system, it gave notifications for trash pick up and pool/hot tub heater directions, very user friendly. Didn't need to contact management for anything during our stay. Would highly recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home .The exterior landscaping was rather drab no grass however the interior and pool area made up for that very nice !! Also Marco Island police station is just down the road and they seem to think they need sirens blaring all the time when going somewhere!! . Very nice pool and sauna tub spent much time out in it .Home has late model appliances and interior finish is very lovely!! Great place for the price !

The property was very clean and very beautiful. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Plenty of room for our family w/ kids. The pool and hot tub were awesome and great to relax in every day. No bugs of any kind. Is a good central location. Surrounded by neighbors but tall hedges surrounding the backyard make the pool area and entire house feel very private. The only issue we had was that the garbage cans hadn't been taken to the curb for collection in what seemed like a long time. Getting them to the curb for pickup was difficult and unpleasant given that they were spilling over with bags of oozing, rotten and smelly garbage from prior renters. Overall, we loved the house and would absolutely rent here again. House is a great price. Love the island and the Naples beaches. Even close enough to explore a bit of Ft. Myers and the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary.

We had a very nice time at 232 Tahiti. It was nice to get up in the morning and jump into the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean. There were a couple of bicycles to use in the garage along with some coolers and chairs for the beach. There was a wagon provided but the wheels were broken. Overall a nice home. We would definitely stay here again. We had a couple of minor issues but Andrew Vale from the management company took care of them right away. My only negative would be that there were some bugs and worms in the pool. No net was available so I couldnt remove them myself. I figured the pool company was coming but didnt see them all week.

Loved the house so much we barely left it! all mod cons, comfortable, clean, well located for shops, food, grocery store and ice cream! pool and hot tub were fab, as was wifi, showers and all equipment... we wanted for nothing when it came to facilities at the house. Highly recommend it

This was a beautiful home (232 Tahiti Road) to rent. It looks just like the pictures and it was very clean. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. The rooms were all good sized and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances. There were beach chairs/toys and bikes available in the garage to use. Everything was in good condition.

Since we had previously owned on Marco Island, we had a great time visiting with friends and going to dinner. But there was a fire in the Everglade with severe smoke which invaded the area. Because of this, we were only able to go outside three days which really put a damper on our vacation.

Marco Island Vacation Properties was friendly and efficient. Our initial contact was with Elizabeth, who was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Check in was quick and later when we had questions, Andrew was also very helpful. Everyone returned phone calls promptly.

I would definitely recommend this rental home and the rental company.

Had a wonderful vacation at this well appointed beautiful home. The location was close to everything yet in a quiet neighborhood setting. The pool and spa were perfect . Enjoyed dining out, the beautiful beach and amazing sunsets. Explored the island as well as Naples. Dont forget to stop at Stans on Goodland for Sunday fun with live music. Loved it so much I plan to move to the area in a few years.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. Each time it has been clean and well taken care of. We would certainly stay here again.

The house has just ok. There was not enough lighting in the house. The guest bedrooms did not have cable. We could not put our car in the garage because there was a car being stored there. The living room couch was very uncomfortable. We did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi and the kitchen was well equipped.

House very clean, however, road construction one st over made it a noisy location. Garage had a car parked in it and many bikes and storage, so it was difficult to get into and out of our car, and we had to move bikes in order to use washer/dryer. At check in, staff failed to give us the remote for hot tub, requiring another trip back to office.

Our family loved staying at this home while we were at Marco Island. It had all the necessities and more. Updated alliances, comfortable beds and very clean. We will look to stay here again on our next trip.

Awesome layout. Great kitchen. Outstanding pool and outside sitting area. We were a party of 6 with 4 adults and 2 children. We were very pleased with this house.
