Every room has an ocean view in this two-bedroom, 7th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
The spacious balcony extends the length of the unit and is furnished with a breakfast table and sun loungers. Start the day with your morning coffee, savoring the view of turquoise water streaked with sun and waves breaking on silken white sands of Tigertail Beach. At night, you’ll be treated to the bright orange skies of a spectacular Marco Island sunset.
The interior is every bit as inspiring. Every room opens up to the balcony, so the mesmerizing view is your constant backdrop as you relax in the living room or serve up a tropical feast in the dining area. Natural light brightens the colorful seaside décor and eye-pleasing furniture that’s as comfortable as it is stylish. This unit comes with three different cooling devices – air conditioning, ceiling fans, and night breezes off the ocean.
The kitchen features granite countertops and all modern appliances and cookware.
In the cozy bedroom, the bed faces the beach, so you’ll fall asleep to moonlight reflecting off the ocean and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.
We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect so the unit offers amenities like free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
The South Seas surrounds you with countless deluxe amenities. Walking paths wind through manicured gardens past clusters of palm trees, taking you to the heated pool and picnic tables shaded by tiki umbrellas. You can also play a game of tennis on the courts beside Clam Bay. For something a little more slow paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball. Work out in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills or enjoy some of the daily activities in the social room.
The section of Tigertail Beach outside the South Seas is so peaceful and inviting it feels like your own private beach. Stroll along the shore collecting colorful shells. Rent a paddle board and explore the lagoon or just sit back on the sugar white sand and watch dolphins playing in the surf.
When you’re in the mood for a great meal, you’re just a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants like Nene’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza and Thai Sushi By KJ.

The condo was clean and beautiful. The key situation was a little much. You had to retrieve your keys for the condo at a separate location. There were soooo many different keys to access different things within the building. The walk to the beach was long, but enjoyable. I would stay again

An absolutely amazing condo - we loved it from the moment we arrived to check in at the guardhouse, to when we said goodbye to the guardhouse. The condo was everything that was described and more - modern stylish furniture, great standard of decoration, well equipped and with an amazing balcony to enjoy the spectacular views.
It was equipped with everything we needed and plenty of linen and towels - including beach towels, even loads of hangers in the closets.
There is a laundry room on each floor shared by the 12 condos, which had recently been replaced by new equipment, so was very clean and worked well, always a unit available when needed.
We had read a number of reviews commenting about the long distance to the beach, but for us it was fine and a trip we did twice a day for the 10 days we were there.
The host - Andrew, was brilliant great communication prior to arrival, and prompt, courteous and very helpful with any queries we had.
We would definitely recommend this condo, and would certainly return.

The condo at South Seas exceed our expectations and included everything we needed to have a great vacation. The area was awesome and the staff at Marco Island Vacation Properties went out of their way to help us select the property and then reschedule it when a hurricane threatened.
