THIS UNIT WAS GREAT!

Once again, my family and I had a fantastic time on Marco Island and Marco Island Vacation Properties helped make that happen! This property had everything we needed, was super clean, gave us a fantastic view of the ocean and was in close proximity to many restaurants and other venues. The communication with property management was (and always is excellent). I highly recommend this unit and Marco Island Vacation Properties. We hope to reserve through them the next time we stay at Marco Island. Thank you!

This was our first trip to Marco Island and we could not have been happier with this condo and it's location. We felt we were right in the middle of everything we needed within a short distance. The views were amazing, the condo was nice and clean, was well appointed and very conveniently located to grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping, food and the beach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the water's edge, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. This condo was hard to leave! We are already looking into our return next year!

We rented our unit to stay at as we got married on the beach in Naples during our stay. Marco Island presents itself very well and no different with South Sea property. M .I. Vacation Properties was great to work with. The rental was amazing! Spotless, perfect view of sunsets and sunrise also. The rental was better equipped than many households. Very nice pool. Because of our stay at this rental, we are planning on many returns to Marco. Hopefully at this specific unit.

Great week stay, with full cooperation by the weather. We enjoyed use of the pool everyday and took a few beach walks (although a little further away than expected). The condominium was nicely furnished and supplied with kitchen needs and the balcony was very pleasant.

We were expecting a lot so this is high praise. Condo is beautifully appointed and everything is high quality. We were a little nervous about the "high rise" situation but it didn't seem crowded and we stayed in Feb. We watched the sunset every night on the wrap around balcony. The end unit provides panoramic views of beach and island. We had such a relaxing time and truly hated to leave.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this place. Beautiful ciew, great location, clean and has everything you may meed at your stay. 10 stars for sure. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely property. Clean, very well furnished, and has beautiful China . Altogether very comfortable. Super views from the balcony that has a very private corner that is not overlooked .

A great overall experience from booking through checkout. Management company did a great job and was particularly good at communication. Condo is in a great location, clean, well maintained. Condo complex has a lot of well communicated rules which was good. Owners had a great assortment of equipment for going to the beach which was in excellent condition. The Marco Island area has fantastic restaurants and great activities for getting out into nature. Take a hike on the beach, do some shelling; book a backwaters fishing trip or nature tour. Plenty to do; or lay by the pool or on the beach! Do bring plenty of sunscreen.

Condo is n excellent condition and very well furnished. Views are unbeatable. Know that this building is about 1/2 mile walk to the shore—sand all the way so a very pleasant walk but be aware of this. Also, unit is in one of four massive side-by-side buildings that reminded me of college dorms. Not a big issue but just something to be aware of.

Overall, we were satisfied with the rental. The unit itself is pretty spacious. The kitchen and the furnishings are very nice and updated. The bathrooms are fairly nice, but older style. The view is beautiful and you get the afternoon sun on the patio. I didn't love the carpeting in the unit. I hate carpeting in main areas of a beach rental. They just get abused too quickly. The unit did smell a bit. I was contemplating getting a plug in, but never got around to it. Also, the knives had rust spots on every one of them. I tried to remove, but couldn't. Also, the pots and pans were very cheap. I know it's a rental, but those two things are important to me. The kitchen had all the other supplies you would need and was well stocked. The tower that the unit is in is quite outdated. It had a very old feel - built in 1975. The building interior carpeting is stained and tile is old and outdated and the building smelled. The pool was pretty nice. The beach is lovely, but a half mile walk from the unit to the water, once you get around the lagoon. The beach chairs definitely came in handy and we appreciated that you have lots of beach gear for people to use. We never did get to use the pickleball courts, but heard a lot of pinging everyday. Overall we did enjoy our time here.

Check in was easy and fast. Condo was clean and well furnished. The towels need replacing (old and stained).
We got accidently got locked on the 7th story patio when the sliding door locked (told it was impossible) when my wife slide the door. The staff was quick to come rescue us from the patio. Recommend staying in 4-703.

The condo had wonderful views, right on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. We had everything we could need for a great day at the beach (chairs, Towels, Sand buckets and shovels, pool noodles.)

The property is has high quality appliances and furniture, very comfortable, super clean and really close to the beach (be prepared for a 10mins walk)....the property management company is very profesional, super responsible, and provides an excellent customer service!....we were supper happy and satisfied with this rent!
