Welcome to a peaceful community just a short walk from some of the island’s major attractions. This 2nd floor, 800 square foot condo sleeps four, with one king bed, one queen, and two bathrooms.

Sitting out on your balcony, in the midst of sun-dappled trees, your nearest neighbors are the birds. The only thing missing is a beverage to sip as you savor the view. It’s not missing for long, because the fully stocked kitchen comes with a coffee maker, a kettle, and a blender. It also features modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare family meals.

Thick clusters of trees are the constant backdrop as you enjoy the comforts of the bright interior. Wood ceiling panels and comfy beach-inspired furniture give the living room a feel of coastal living at its best.

The bedrooms feature plenty of closet and draw space, windows that open up to the balcony, and come with a television. But good luck staying awake long enough to watch it. The soothing hues will send you off into a deep sleep as soon as your head touches the pillow.

The unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer.

All the seaside images in the unit remind you it’s just a brief walk to the beach. So, pack up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella and head to the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.

For waterside relaxation even closer to home, stop by one of the Mariner’s two heated pools and take a refreshing swim, then find a recliner on the spacious brick deck ringed by palm trees.

There’s no better finish to a day in the tropics than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Thai Sushi By KJ, all just a short walk from the unit.

Our stay at the Mariner 9-207 was very enjoyable. Much of this older unit had recently been updated, and was well stocked. The kitchen appliances were in excellent working order. Although the living room and dining room furniture was rather uncomfortable, the beds were very comfortable. The location was a 10 minute walk to the resident's beach. The pool was convenient and the pool area well kept. Unfortunately, there was not an outdoor grill for building 9. The lanai offered a lovely spot to relax, but also lacked comfortable furniture.

The unit was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed for our stay. The TV and internet system worked well and the furniture was clean and comfortable. This was our fifth year renting on Marco Island but at other locations and this unit was as enjoyable as the other units we stayed in. The heated pool was well maintained and was a pleasure to sit at and read a good book. The other people at the unit were very outgoing and a pleasure to be around.

Paradise,the only way to describe our stay at the Mariner. The room was as expected. Neat, tidy and tastefully decorated. The warm geothermal salt water pool was amazing. While the weather was cool, the pool made all the difference. There was a slight problem within the condo itself, which the management took care of immediately. The condo was a block walk to the residence beach and RC church. Life doesn't get much better!!

Nice experience. The apartment itself is a bit dark and doesn't have a garbage disposal, but all else is great.
