We were super thrilled with our stay at Marco Island. The home was walking distance to the beach and in super close proximity to some phenomenal dining options. Having the pool and the hot tub was awesome as well! 10/10 would recommend and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time on Marco Island. The house was very clean and bug free. The pool was great and the sunsets on the beach were awesome. We had everything we needed at the house and it was very comfortable. And the location is the best!!!

The property really has everything you need and then some. It’s locate very close to the beach where you could go walking. The house looks renovate in certain arenas and shows the updates. The only think that the house would need is a renovated master bathroom. Thank you

This home is beautiful. Great location close to beach! Everything you need is here. Took 4 teenagers with us and they had a blast. There is so much to do around Marco Island and the BEST shelling island around! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home for 11 days! We will be back!

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, very tidy, extremely well equipped, there is everything in the kitchen you could ever need to cook, and there are lots of beach essentials in the garage. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. The fully enclosed pool and backward make for a wonderful oasis. We also appreciated the extremely reliable and daft response from the management team that answered all our questions beforehand! We will definitely return, hopefully soon!

We had a wonderful time at the house! Great location, great amenities, comfortable furnishings, beautiful beaches! Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to vacation.

Location is reasonably quiet, very little traffic, walking distance to the beach, near many nice restaurants, and has a garage for you car. Who could as for anything more?

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The house was a short walk to the beach (about 2 blocks). It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were lovely (especially the hot tub, the weather was actually on the cool side while we were there). We hope to return sometime soon.

We highly recommend this property, MIVP, and Marco Island as a vacation destination. A short walk to the beach, a great selection of amenities and activities for the house and island, and service is second to none. A truly beautiful place. We will be back!

We had a good time in this rental house, near the beach

This home lives up to all the positive reviews, which is why we picked it for our first visit to Marco. What a perfect set-up - the owners have truly thought of everything. Pool toys, a beach wagon for the kids (which we would've rented otherwise!), right down to packaged toiletries in case you forget. We spent a week with our two young children and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Location is ideal around the block from the beach entrance -- and what a beach it is. Only snag is no walkable spot to pick up a quick bottle of wine... but that's what the bikes are for! Really, really beautiful home, and their management company Marco Island Vacation Properties is wonderful to work with too. Definitely don't hesitate to stay here and enjoy your week in the sun!

We come down to Marco Island twice a year.Stayed many different places. The location for this house is great. The pool and Hot tub were great. The house was just the right size.

We have stayed at this location several times and enjoy using it as our brief escape from our home in central Florica. The home is normally in good condition and the location is excellant for beach lovers.

We had a fantastic stay at this house, everything was in working order and the pool was great. It is listed as pet-friendly which made me a little concerned about the condition and cleanliness, but there were no signs that pets had been there. The location on Marco is fantastic with easy walking distance to the beach.

Everything was perfect. House have great swimming pool, but you can walk to beach in 5 minutes. Place is clean and nicely decorated. We had Thanksgiving dinner there. Kitchen have all and more stuff for cooking. Beautiful lanai for morning breakfast. Just perfect.

My Husband and I just recently stayed at 310 West Flamingo. Let me say it was PERFECT in every way !!! the property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We loved loved the pool and the grounds were well maintained. The biggest attraction is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!! Literally only a short block 1/2 away from public beach access to South Beach !!! We were close to shopping and restaurants and especially loved the close proximity of Marco Walk with restaurants, a movie theater and was very easy to work with Marco Island Vacation Rentals and our stay was flawless !!! WE WILL BE BACK !!!

The property is accurately represented on the web sites, is in great condition, and has many extras to make your vacation even better. This was our third year to rent this home for two months. We love the home, the location and the management company is the best! Can't wait for next year.

This 2 bed/2 bath home was clean and convenient, as well as fully stocked for everything you could possibly need for our 9 night stay. Management team was extremely helpful and friendly at check-in and check-out. The owners obviously take great pride in their home and keep it updated and comfortable. We loved our stay and will look forward to another stay at 310 W Flamingo Circle!

My family and I had a very memorable experience the house was amazing the only two things I didn't like was the illumination at the pool and the beach the water wasn't very clear as I expect it to be but other than that everything was perfect and the management was very helpful and attentive. I loved the place so much I will returned as soon as I can.

This house is in a great location - right across the street from a public access beach. The house is spacious and has a nice pool, hot tub and lanai. Overall, a really great place to stay!

We love this home. The location is perfect for us. The home is well equipped. And the management company is the best! We'll be back next year.

This is our 2nd time renting a home on Marco Island through Marco Island Vacation Properties and we were very happy both times. MIVP is WONDERFUL to work with. We had a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay, and they worked to have them promptly resolved. The house itself is very nice, clean and an easy walk to public beach access by the Marriott and close to shopping and restaurants. We really appreciated all the extras the homeowners made available - towels, blankets,cooking items,bikes, pool and beach toys and chairs. Overall, A+++!

We absolutley loved our stay. The 3 min walk to the beach was awesome and the home itself was VERY furnished! Very kid friendly!! WE HAD A WOW TIME!!! hope to do it again soon!!

Excellent first class service easy and efficient

This house is though it is not new in a very good condition, it is decorated very personal and with love furnitured. You find every thing you need for a family stay. The master bed is a bit "noisy", the childrens beds a bit too short for grown up teenagers, the aircondition works very well but is loud outside the bed room. If the maintainance area of a hotel along the garden would not exist, it could be a paradise at the pool.

We stayed at this house for a Spring Break with our two teenage sons. Its best feature is the short .3 mile/5 minute walk to the clean, wide, white sand beach at the Gulf. Great screened-in pool with sun room, new appliances, beach accessories/toys, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Only reason for 4 stars is the bed in the master bedroom. Very squeaky and not too comfortable. We highly recommend everything else and would stay here again.

I can not say enough about the reality company they were the best! The house is an older house but has been up-graded mostly. It is very well stocked; when you go all you need is your clothes.The location to the beach is within walking distance. The only thing that we saw that needs to be done was the bedding was not in good shape(Master) and there is a work shop behind the house that in the month of December was very noisy, it was hard to use the pool during the day light hours because of this. My advise would be to see if this is on going or if it was just the month that they do major repairs, we did not inquire to the Marriott. The location would have been a five star if it had not have been for the work shop. We spent more time at the beach that we would have liked to enjoy the nice pool.Neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was really nice. We love Marco Island and will return, best restaurant Little Bar, Snook Inn. Marco Movies great, American Air Boats Frist Class. Princess tours first rate.The house cleaners did not do a really good job before we arrived; I elected to clean it myself. Over all we had a great month weather was beautiful.

This was a great place to stay...5 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes drive from the Everglades, great restaurants, boat rentals, and alot of nature. There were a few small things that might have bothered some people that the property manager took care of within the first day, like a broken coffee pot, the TV was not working properly, no gas in the BBQ...small annoying things. The bicycles all need a tune-up and are not really rideable for longer than to the beach. That's all the "bad" stuff...I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!! The pool was awesome and the hottub was an added bonus. My kids loved staying here. Alot of fun stuff to do closeby and the house is a great place to be for hanging around.

Only thing is wish AC would've cooled the back florida room a little better.

I'd like to say that place was very clean and it was close to the public access to the beach. Marco Island needs to get some chain restaurants, but there is Naples nearby for chains. Great stay. We loved it.

Our overall experience was great, the house,location and the management staff.
We are looking forward to go back to Marco Island later on this year.

This property was perfect for our famiy vacation.There was plenty of room, and it was very clean. Loved having the beach items there to use. Was hoping the beach was alittle closer, but the public access bridge was perfect.There was a small leak in the ceiling that needed repaired. The price was great for this vacation home. Would love to stay there again.
