We love this house and its location. It's an easy walk to the beach and has everything needed for a fun beach day! Loved relaxing by the pool and hot tub. The house is very clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The furniture is new and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the pink house!

Our rental was in a great neighborhood with easy walking distance to beach. The rental provided us with everything we would need to go to the beach, bike ride, etc. The house was very clean and in great condition with proximity to everything we needed.
The rental company was amazing to work with. They sent helpful text reminders at appropriate times and did not require us to get the house to an inachievable condition on the short day of departure as are the expectations of other rental properties.

Our entire family of 7 adults and 1 baby stayed at this home over Thanksgiving. The location is incredible and the house was perfect. We used the bikes and wagon everyday to go to the beach and explore. The house was clean and well stocked. We would definitely come back!!!

It was very nice the only thing that bothered me was getting automatic texts everyday when we were there about the noise ordiance to make sure all the furniture was moved for the bad weather which we knew about the noise ordiance but other than that everything went great

The house is beautiful. My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is a convenient 2 blocks from the beach. The house had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels.

We had Wonderful time at this rental home. It was clean and spacious. The only thing was that the trash cans were overflowing with trash and liquor bottles were left behind a bush outside. We called and someone came and took care of those problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay here and would like to return again sometime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pink house. The home is beautiful and well stocked with pool toys, beach towels and beach wagon. It was a 9 minute walk from the doorstep to the waters edge- perfect for our grandchildren. When not at the beach we enjoyed the well maintained pool.

Myself and 6 other family members spent the week at the pink house! Our stay was wonderful- the location was perfect down to the close walk to the public beach access. At the end of a long beach day, we spent our time out back in the pool and hot tub. The house was well stocked for all cooking needs and comfort measures. The house was very clean, and the property managers at Marco island vaca properties were some of the nicest people! Overall great experience with the booking, the house itself, and Marco Island as a whole! We will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later!

Stayed here for a week in early April. Great experience, easy booking, check in etc. Easy walk to beach, bikes on site. Pool and spa were in perfect working order. Would rent again.

We are frequent visitors to Marco, and the location of this home is beyond ideal. Just a quick three block walk to the public beach access. Loved that this house has four bedrooms, a great outdoor sitting area, nice pool and well stocked kitchen. Was thrilled
that this rental home includes bicycles, in addition to everything you could possibly need for the beach - beach cart, beach, wagon, umbrella, toys, cooler, and even a water jug. We will be back in the near future.

It's a centrally located house, with a hot tub and heated pool. Decor means a lot to us on vacation. When we reserved this particular house, the photographs portrayed a nicely decorated home. The house was sold between our reservation and our arrival. When we arrived, the house was spartan. Rudimentary furniture and appliances were available, but it did not feel welcoming. It was arranged carelessly. Details that make & break satisfaction were not attended to. It felt like a squatter's house. We think your neighbors are taking advantage of your garbage cans with their garbage. At this price point you have to up your game. The rating is an odd number for an odd house.

We loved our stay in this house! The property was just as described. Kitchen was fully stocked, lots of beach toys, chairs and wagon to make the short walk to the beach. Our grandchildren came for a visit and there was plenty of room for them. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and the outdoor area to relax. Great communication with the management company and owner. We loved this property so much we booked again for next year!

Best vacation. Ever. No joke. We were blessed to be able to spend 4 weeks at this amazing property. Where to start?
The communication- only two times during our 4 week stay did we need to reach out to the management company, and they blew us away each time. Once, one of the sliding door locks stopped working, and they had someone out to the property within 20 minutes to fix it. The gentleman was extremely professional and friendly. Replaced the lock in no time flat. Any question we had- they responded within 5 minutes. Highly recommend the management company! A++++

THE BEACH! We were able to walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes flat. Literally the best location on the island because of being so close to the public beach entrance. We walked there almost every day or evening. The sand is powdery white and soft, and the sunsets gorgeous. Be sure to walk to JW Marriott's Quinn's outdoor grill and watch the firedancer. It was truly magical. In the garage were beach chairs, a wagon to pull beach gear, bicycles, floaty chairs for the pool, everything we didn't know we needed!
KITCHEN- The kitchen was very well-appointed and as described. Very clean and cooking was a joy.

BEDROOMS- with 4 bedrooms, we were able to invite our adult children to come for a long weekend or week. There was a nice large TV in each of the rooms, the beds were comfy, and the linens were plentiful.

POOL and HOT tub- we spent hours in the hot tub, and many days in the pool. Even though it was January, we were still able to enjoy the warm pool.

The neighborhood was fun to walk, and our 2 pups loved the house. Neighbors friendly.

Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience.

Loved everything about the house! The property is very clean and property manager is responsive and helpful. Our family had a great week of stay there, we enjoyed the pool, the spa and very short walk to the beach!

Took a trip with my parents and my in-laws while we attended a conference at the Marriott.

Not a single thing bad can be said about this property. No problems and a beautiful 3 minute walk convenience to the beach. A GREAT SPOT!
