1640 Almeria Court

This is our second time staying at this home and it did not disappoint. The property was centrally located, close to grocery stores and restaurants but still tucked away on the quiet canal. Pool was heated and the property was very clean. The owner was thoughtful and communicated well, which we appreciated. We hope to stay again next year!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable there. The kitchen has everything that you need and more. Loved that there was a pullout couch in the den. It was nice that there were at least 4 working bikes in the garage.

Very nice property, spotless and well maintained. Tastefully decorated. Layout was perfect for us. Kitchen well stocked. Had all the amenities we needed. Pool and lanai were great. Beautifully landscaped. Nice street with friendly neighbors. Hospitable owners who make you feel welcome to stay at their home.

We had a wonderful time in Marco for two weeks. Our rental at 1640 Almeria was perfectly located in the heart of the island. The house was in excellent condition, very clean and had all the accouterments to meet all our needs.

From beach chairs, sand buckets, boogie boards, pool toys, books about local seashells, bountiful beach towels, etc. Truly everything you need to have a memorable vacation, this property has. This is an exceptional property!!! Our family will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this home! Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Location is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching all the boats and an occasional jumping fish! The burrowing owls were nesting right out the side of the lanai during our entire 6 week stay and were fascinating to watch each day. Also loved swimming and grilling out, walks with our dog and biking on path.

The owners have done a wonderful job with this house. This is our second time in this house for an extended stay. The owners are very attentive and have done a great job stocking the house with anything you would need for a perfect Marco visit. It is comfortable, relaxing and a great replacement for home while on vacation.

This house has everything you will ever need. It is very clean, laid out great and you can tell the owners want you to feel completely at home in their beautiful house. Bikes, beach chairs, pool floats, fully stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated and comfortable beds. They even had a Christmas tree for us to use. Fantastic communication from the owners. We loved it so much we booked another month next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to coming back!

This house is everything you would want in a place to live in paradise. All of the amenities you would want are on the property, and not just cheap versions. Even with really hot weather, the pool and lanai are enjoyable. There is plenty to do on the island. Do yourself a favor and rent some kayaks for the week--paddle and fish the canals and Roberts Bay. South Beach is only minutes away.

The recent renovations inside and out are fabulous. The new kitchen and wrap around bar are wonderful, although we spent most of our time outside sipping coffee or cocktails while enjoying the palm trees and water view, pool and back patio. We had everything we needed and couldn’t have been more comfortable for our “girl’s getaway”. There are lots of nice restaurants close by and the beach was just a short drive down the road. Excellent communication and responsiveness from both the owner and the property management company. I would definitely rent this home again for my next trip to Marco Island.
