When you’re able to enjoy tropical sunlight for most of the day, you’ll truly understand why this 2,100 square foot waterfront home is called “Southern Exposure.” It sleeps eight, with two king beds, one queen, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
Prepare to be awestruck when you take a step out on the lanai and are met by the private oasis. Surrounded by palm trees, you’ll be able to splash in the heated pool or bask in the sun on the loungers in peace. Lunchtime already? Well, a poolside barbeque is the perfect meal, as this home comes with an outdoor gas grill. There’s no better way to end the day than watching the sky turn a brilliant orange from the setting sun.
The interior theme of this home is tropical modernity, as it incorporates decorative touches from both the surrounding paradise and contemporary styles. With its many windows, sunlight fills the rooms and brightens the sand-colored tile floors. Cozy furnishings and seaside décor further enhance the tranquil ambience. After a day in the sun, relax on the comfy couch and enjoy your favorite shows on the television in the living room, which opens up to the lanai. In there, you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both the interior and exterior at the same time.
The open kitchen features barstool chairs along the sand-colored countertop and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or a tropical treat on the lanai. There’s even another refrigerator in the garage for more storage.
Once you’re ready to drift away, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space, as well as windows to give you an endless view of paradise. The master bedroom, in particular, along with its access to the lanai, features a television and en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a shower, and luxuriating bathtub.
To enhance your comfort, the home’s amenities include air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, scooters, and bicycles. You’ve even got beach essentials like beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and sand toys.

This beautiful home was clean & a perfect location for us to walk to the beach & our favorites restaurants. Home furnishings & laundry were nice. Beach carts/chairs seemed new. Plenty of beach towels offered. Pool items a plenty. Kitchen well stocked. Management staff & app communicated well. We would stay here again. Saw a dolphin in the waterway on our last day!

Stayed for a week. Great location! Walked to the beach every morning. Often walked to restaurants. Rented a boat for the week. Almost was not allowed by Dolphin Cove to keep the boat at the dock, as there is not a great spot on the dock to tie it up. We ended up tying it to two posts of the boat lift and climbing up and down the ladder on the dock to access - worked fine for us, but some might find challenging. Two bikes were functional. Slider door wouldn't lock, but was able to fix. Pool great, but needed to add water often. Grill worked but small. Pipes leak when fish cleaning station/dock hose turned on. Need dimmers. O/W GREAT!

We spent a week in this beautiful home! Location was perfect, property was just as described, the amenities at this house were endless, home was clean and updated, beds were comfortable, home was decorated beautifully, kitchen was well equipped, beach towels and bath towels were excellent quality, beach supplies were perfect for kids and adults, pool was warm and clean, what more could you ask for!!! We have stayed in so many rentals over the years and this one was right at the top, we would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks to the owners for sharing this beautiful home with us!!!!

My family with two young kiddos stayed at 1141 Abbeville recently and absolutely loved it. The property is equipped with everything you need and I was pleasantly surprised with all of beach equipment included. The wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. made is so easy on me. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk to the main public beach access on Marco, it could not be more convenient. The property was clean and the entire process booking through March Island Vacation Properties was seamless. We will definitely be back.

THe house was fabulous, clean, sun filled and a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed plus an extra fridge in the garage. Plenty of chairs and coolers for the beach. Fantastic stay beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful home with southern exposure and very inviting heated pool. Great location—short walk to beach (chairs, umbrella, caddie provided) and several restaurants/bars/shops. Two bikes available for enjoyable peddling around island, easy rental at Island Bike Shop if need more. Owners attention to detail in providing guests a comfortable, relaxing and fun stay was noticed and greatly appreciated. Look for dolphins cruising down the backyard canal—we saw 3. Marco Vacation Properties great resource in finding property—easy check in/check out and helpful communication offered throughout our two week stay. Thanks for the Marco Island hospitality...hope to visit again.
