Extraordinary view
Property maintenance issues throughout stay including pool closings, elevators out of order, a lot of construction noise each week day, doors not closing properly, loose cabinets, lights and/ or light switches not working, highly worn furniture in condo (the Tradewinds common area furniture was very nice), condo needs new paint throughout, etc.
The view is the only reason I kept the rental.

Very good overall stay. Great location. In April, sunset views were incredible.
Property well maintained but the apartment needs a deeper cleaning. Well equipped property.
Full service Vacation Rental Management makes it easy.
We don’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Cleaning OK but all the corners and near the sliders were dirty, I had to work hard to clean the stovetop.

My husband and I were so happy in our beautiful oceanfront condo on the quiet end of the best beach in Florida. Look no further for a spectacular view, like new kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa sleeper. As always, we counted on Andrew at Marco Properties to be cordial and responsive.

We loved this condo and The Tradewinds!! The condo is adorable, clean, and the owner left so many extras for us!! I can’t say, “Awesome!!!!” enough!!

Great visit. Surprised that there was so much construction; no water and no a.c. days. That is why I gave it only 2 star for property condition. Unit itself, great. Hope the tradewinds can finish the post hurricane construction soon. Will be back next November.
Unit needs a mop otherwise has most everything.

Condo was Amazing!!!

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our month long stay at Tradewinds 701. What you see in the pictures of this condo is exactly what you get. It was clean, comfortable and at a perfect location on the beach. This unit has been recently renovated and has everything you need for a home away from home. If you like walking on the beach, you are only a few steps away from the sand. If you like spending time at the pool, it is just below this unit. The balcony is the perfect spot for sipping your coffee in the morning and reading or just enjoying watching the ocean waves or people walking up and down the beach. It is also the perfect place for watching the spectacular sunsets in the evening. As soon as we packed up and headed home, we booked this same condo for next year.

Thoroughly enjoyable month at Tradewinds. Beautiful ocean view, sunset with taps every evening from our balcony. Unit was even better than we had hoped. Would definitely recommend this vacation site. Grounds were well kept and peaceful and enjoyed long walks on beach every day. We hated to leave.

We rented on our own the first year and decided to go through Marco Vacations Property Managers this year. We much more pleased with our rental this year and have already reserved through them for next year. Our rental at 701 Tradewinds was very comfortable and the locals are very friendly. Our only complaints are that the carpeting in the bedroom needed shampooing and we had problems with broken blinds. The internet connection was excellent and TV cable with two TV's was great. I especially enjoyed the comfortable recliner. It has a beautiful view of sunsets from the balcony.
Andrew from MVRProperties is a wonderful young man who offers excellent customer service. We will continue to use his company.

We really enjoyed our stay this year. The weather was outstanding. We did experience some problems with ants in the kitchen cupboards. We applied ant spray, but it probably requires professional treatment.
